Communication generally allows: interaction between two individuals; exchange of information; sharing ideas; expressing needs. This involves at least the participation of a transmitter and a receiver. It could be the process of encoding, transmitting, receiving and decoding "signals" regarding the exchange of information and ideas between participants. To communicate, we use more than words: in our interactions with others, our body has its own language. Our gestures and eye contact are ways of communication, visual messages that influence the messages we deliver verbally. Managers who effectively manage the negative emotions at work are attentive to the messages they communicate verbally and non-verbally, as well as to their way of doing this. Communication is essential in people's lives, because in this way individuals can understand, interact, create relationships, develop themselves, their lives get more beautiful and harmonious shades. The main elements in communication are speech and spoken language, with which we can send messages. If the language in which the communication takes place is known to all participants, then it will be conducted in good conditions, without the risk of proper non-acceptance of the message.

This paper aims to show the importance of developing professional training practices, but also their role within the modern organization. We will also analyse another category of interventions in the industrial and organizational environment that has developed on the idea of changing and improving work organization, respectively the workplace, adapting it to the employee and new individual and organizational needs.

New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT) are considered valuable tools for the educational environment, but there are very few studies that analyze the effects of the stress caused by the use of NICT on teachers. This research examines the stress generated by the use of NICT by teachers in the instructive-educational process. At the same time, stressors are identified as a result of the implementation and use of new technologies. Synthesizing the results of the scientific approach, the use of technologies increases the stress of the teachers. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the extent to which the stress generated by NICT affects teachers and didactic activity. In other words, it is to be seen whether NICT attenuates or amplifies the stress of teachers and their impact on the instructive-educational process. As the educational environment tries to adapt to the information society, it is important for teachers to continually improve on the use of NICT, even if there may be factors that prevent effective use of the technology itself. Therefore, this research analyzes the relationship between stress and NICT used in the educational environment.

Economic relationships lead to the determination of behavior towards resources, including those related to biodiversity. Human interventions are not negative only by making maximum use of biological resources, but also through activities that do not directly target these categories. The main ways humans contribute to the degradation of biodiversity are: modification and destruction of habitats, voluntary and involuntary transfer of species, overexploitation in all areas, starting with resources. The purpose of this research is to highlight the importance of protected areas in the world, as well as in Romania, highlighting economic activities that help to preserve and protect nature and the natural environment, activities that are included in management plans for sustainable development.

The paper objective is to assess the impact of the ESF additional funding for transition from school to work schemes. The paper will explore, in particular, the added value of the European Social Fund in funding students’ internships in Romania in terms of number of students benefiting of transition from school to active life schemes, students’ expected benefits and labor market insertion. The paper is based on the assumption that internships are significantly improving students’ learning outcomes considering that internships give to the students the opportunity to see through personal learning experience and they are means of gaining a competitive edge in the marketplace and a viable tool in obtaining the first job. Based on this, it is expected that additional funding to support students internships should lead to increased recent graduates insertion rates and shorter period for their first job. Under 2007-2013, about 0.3 bill Euro were allocated to support transition from school to active life projects of which benefited over 260,000 persons. Since official data about the labor market insertion of the ESF support beneficiaries are not available, it is limiting the in depth analysis of the effectiveness of the ESF support to specific cases.

Communication means transmitting some ideas, messages, feelings, thoughts and wishes, that occur between two ore multiple persons. The concept of communication by itself starts from our existence as human beings, because if we sit back and analyse a little the idea of communication, we wouldn’t be able to interact with other people without it, in other words our existence on the earth would be useless. As I mentioned before, by any form of communication, verbal or non-verbal, we can share multiple emotions, feelings, desires, at the same time we can learn new things. Communication helps us, as human beings, evolve, develop our expertise in various areas, and it is an important factor when it comes to becoming successful and professional productivity. Leadership is the complex process through which a skilled person manages to convince more employees to accomplish certain goals, tasks or missions, with the common interest of developing the organization or firm.
