This study aims to empirically prove the impact of overconfidence, risk perception, loss aversion, and herding behavior on stock investment decisions in the city of Surabaya. The population in this research were stock investors in the city of Surabaya who found 87,702 people, with a sample of 135 people obtained through purposive sampling technique. The analysis method of this research uses Partial Least Square. According to the results of research that has already done, overconfidence has a significant positive effect on investment decisions, risk perception has a significant positive effect on investment decisions, loss aversion has no significant positive effect on investment decisions, herding behavior has a positive effect on investment decisions.

This study aims to prove the influence of misuse of information technology, machiavellian nature, academic procrastination, and student integrity on the behavior of academic cheating accounting students as prospective accountants. This study used a descriptive quantitative method with primary data using a questionnaire. This study took sample students of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta class of 2017-2018. Sampling techniques using purposive sampling. Data collection is done by disseminating questionnaires through a google form. The number of questionnaires was processed as many as 112 questionnaires. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the misuse of information technology, machiavellian nature, and academic procrastination positively influenced the academic cheating behavior of accounting students as prospective accountants, while the integrity of students negatively influenced the academic cheating behavior of accounting students as prospective accountants.

Human resources are an important resource in a company because human resources determine the success of an organization, both institutions, and companies. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to work-life balance and employee compensation properly so that employee job satisfaction in the company continues to increase. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and compensation on employee job satisfaction at the Women's Cooperative Setia Bhakti Wanita Surabaya. The research method used is a quantitative method and data collection using a questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale as a measuring tool. The population and samples used in this study were all permanent employees at the Setia Bhakti Wanita Surabaya Cooperative with a total of 40 employees. The data used are primary data and secondary data while the analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of research that has been done: 1). Prosperity is a condition that is dreamed of by every human being. However, in practice, conditions of prosperity are very difficult to achieve. Many factors become obstacles in achieving prosperity. One of the efforts to achieve prosperity is to support sustainable development goals (SDGs). BMT is one of the institutions that is starting to grow for economic recovery in Indonesia for that BMT can help realize the goals of the SDGs. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of BMT in achieving sustainable development goals. This research is qualitative research which consists of data reduction, data presentation and finally drawing conclusions. With the object of research, namely BMT Bina Rakyat Sejahtera. The source of data in this study is primary data, namely data obtained directly from the BMT BRS management through interviews. The results of the qualitative analysis show that there are 8 SDGs objectives that have been implemented by BMT BRS. The eight goals are zero poverty, no hunger, good health and well-being for all at all ages, quality education, gender equality, clean water and sanitation, economic growth and decent work, and industry, innovation and infrastructure.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product design and promotion partially and simultaneously on iPhone product purchase decisions on students in Yogyakarta. This research included correlational research. The population of this research was all Yogyakarta students who have bought iPhone products and iPhone users. The research sample was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. Data analysis technique used descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test used normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of product quality, product design and promotion partially and simultaneously on the purchasing decisions of iPhone products for students in Yogyakarta.

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of profitability on stock prices with the size of the company as a variable moderation. This study used a population of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX during the period 2015 - 2019. The profitability ratio used is the return on asset (ROA). This research is based on signaling theory. This research uses the method of consulting the T-test analysis and the F test. There are 14 companies as samples obtained using the purposive sampling method. The data collection method used is the study of data documentation which is secondary data. The approach used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression in conducting hypothesis tests using spss applications as a tool in hypothesis testing. Test results in this study showed profitability had a significant influence on stock prices, and profitability had a significant influence on stock prices moderated by firm size.

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a mediating variable of manufacturing companies from 2016-2019. This study is quantitative research. The applied population is 62 companies, and samples are 17 companies. The profitability proxied by the ROA, the firm value proxied by the PBV, and the dividend policy proxied by the DPR. The result of the analysis shows that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Dividend policy has a negative and not significant effect on firm value. The dividend policy is not significant as mediates the effect of profitability on firm value in manufacturing companies.

The aim of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of financial compensation on the performance of employees through job satisfaction in DGT Regional office of South Sulawesi, West Suawesi and South-East Sulawesi.The data were collected by a survey method using questionnaire instruments They grouped into into five groups. Of the 1.701 employee population, there were 352 employees who gave responses. The data were then analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the SPSS AMOS application. The results show that financial compensation does not have a significant effect on employees’ performance, but it has a significant indirect effect through job satisfaction.
