Ponorogo Regency has its own arts and culture which are the characteristics and identity of this Reog City. One example is batik. Batik Ponorogo has a variety of motifs that are unique and different from other regions. Ponorogo batik motifs are diverse, each of which contains a deep philosophical meaning and assumed to have relevance to the values of noble education character. The purpose of this study was describe the values of education character in the philosophical meaning of the Batik Ponorogo motif and to find out the understanding of high school students in Ponorogo Regency about the philosophical meaning of the Ponorogo batik motif on the values of education character. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with descriptive-analytical analysis techniques. The data was obtained through in-depth interviews with batik art experts about the philosophical meaning of the Batik Ponorogo motif. Meanwhile, the data on the understanding of high school students in Ponorogo Regency regarding the philosophical meaning of batik was obtained through a questionnaire technique as supporting data. Based on the research that has been done by researchers to batik art experts, the Batik Ponorogo motif contains education character values that can be used to strengthen the students’ character. In addition, from the results of the online questionnaire test that the researchers conducted on high school students in Ponorogo Regency, it was found that they were very familiar with the philosophical meanings which contained in each batik Ponorogo motif and its relevance to education character values. Islamic religious education is part of national education taught in schools, especially in Islamic educational institutions with the aim that students believe in, understand and practice Islamic values correctly. This study aims to analyze Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the national curriculum. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. With this method, researchers can freely understand, analyze and describe research data accurately with regard to Islamic education in the national curriculum. The results showed that Learning Islamic religious education is a mandate of the law that must be taught to students who are Muslim. The objectives of Islamic education are very relevant to the goals of national education. The existence of an integrated Islamic religious education curriculum with the national curriculum. This article discuss the marketing strategy undertaken by the Islamic Education Institution. There are various marketing strategies used by a private Islamic education institution to convey information about the institution to the wider community and to maintain the existence of the institution, one of which is by using the Marketing Mix strategy. This research used qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. While the type of research used a case study. The results showed that the process of planning the Marketing Mix strategy at MTs Misriu Al Hasan was carried out by forming a PPDB committee, analyzing the conditions of the community and the internal conditions of the institution, and determining the appropriate marketing strategy, namely the Marketing Mix strategy. The process of implementing the Marketing Mix strategy at MTs Misriu Al Hasan, namely by using: Product strategies that contain the culture of takdzim, dhuha prayers in congregation, memorizing juz 30 and yasin letters and achievement scholarships. Pricing strategy, which includes free registration, free tuition fees, free uniforms and GNOTA scholarships. Location strategy, which describes easy access to the institution. Promotion strategy, used to inform about the advantages of products, location and costs by means of brochures and banners, socialization to Elementary School, door to door and take advantage of moments of institutional events. The factors that influence the results of the Marketing Mix strategy at MTs Misriu Al Hasan are the weak role of the foundation, the participation of the committee which is less than optimal and the limited operational costs and the intense competition between private Islamic education institutions in Mojo District, Kediri Regency. In the globalization era, the world has entered a competition to master, build, and introduce new technologies. The article was to classify the responses of students in using of Google Classroom. The population of this research was all the eight-semester students of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan Siti Khadijah Palembang Nursing Study Program, which consists of 62 students in the academic year 2019/2020. Total sampling was used to collect the sample for this analysis. As a result, There were a total of 62 students in the study. The method of this study was quantitative research. There were 23 items on the questionnaire as the method for gathering the results. The result indicated that using Google Classroom to be useful and were pleased with it as a TOEFL preparation online learning platform. Google Classroom was useful, helpful and they feel pleased with Google Classroom in TOEFL preparation. It was recommended that English lecturers pay more attention to helping students quickly access the Google Classroom method, use Google Classroom for social networking, be more passionate about teaching and explaining using Google Classroom, and provide students’ feedback. Extensive reading was an approach when the readers read extensively. They read a lot of materials then get enjoyment in the process of reading. The purpose of this research was to describe the process of implementing extensive reading program by using book club discussion in writing class. This research was done on first semester of academic writing students. It was about 20 students. The result showed that the implementation of book club discussion did not only give positive trend to students’ reading ability but also their writing ability. Extensive reading program build students’ vocabulary and grammar. Furthermore, during the implementation of this program they learnt a lot about process of writing particularly in making a summary. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subject of this research is tenth grade of MA Ma‘arif Roudlotut Tholibin Metro academic year 2018/2019 especially at class X Sains. It is consists of twenty three students. The data collecting techniques are test, observation, and questionnaire. The analysis of the data by using qualitative and quantitative data. The result showed that the students’ score in preliminary study, there was no one who passed the passing grade. Then, in the first cycle it is found that there were 12(52%) students who passed and the rest is 11(47%) students could not pass the passing grade. In cycle 2 there were an increase from cycle 1, that was 20(86%) students reached the passing grade and only 3(13%) who failed to accomplish the passing grade. The researcher concluded that TTW Strategy can improve students‘ writing ability in descriptive text. This showed of students‘ activities by observation, students‘ response by questionnaire, and students‘ score by test. The researcher found some dates that students interested, any progress when learned writing descriptive text by using Think-Talk-Write as strategy and the students felt better and improved for their writing ability in descriptive text. From observation students‘ active in the class. In the process of learning Economics (Accounting) required a certain strategy and strong motivation. Teachers play a very important role, especially in terms of designing learning scenarios. Teachers should be able to choose a learning model that can increase the motivation of learners, in accordance with the characteristics of subjects, and characteristics of learners so that learning can take place optimally. The aim of this classroom action research is to improve the learning of learners using the student centered learning model. This research was conducted in class XI IPS1, MAN 1 Cilegon semester 1, material Posting from Juku Kebuku Besar Journals, post to a subsidiary "using cycles, in this study the author tries to 2 cycles. The results show that in each cycle of understanding the accounting, cycle of a merchandising company on post material from a special journal to the ledger, posting to the auxiliary book, gained increased motivation and learning outcomes. In general it can be concluded that the use of student centered learning model can improve the motivation and learning outcomes of learners. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah masih ada diantara guru-guru di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri Se-Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir yang belum maksimal dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya (kinerja), apakah hal ini disebabkan oleh kepala sekolah kurang memberdayakan guru-guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja guru. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah Pengaruh Pemberdayaan Guru oleh Kepala Sekolah di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri Se-Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh Pemberdayaan Guru oleh Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri Se-Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir.Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 10 Sekolah di mana total guru sebanyak 118 orang. Sampel penelitian menggunakan apabila populasi kurang dari 100 maka semua dijadikan sampel dan apabila lebih dari 100 maka sampelnya bisa diambil 15-20,20-25%. Metode peneitian yang digunakan adalah metode korelasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji signifikan (uji t).Berdasarkan analisis peneliti, hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pemberdayaan Guru oleh Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai thitung> ttabel (3.176>1.70113).Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Pemberdayaan Guru oleh Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Dasar (SD) Negeri Se-Kecamatan Lempuing Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir.Artinya, semakin baik Pemberdayaan Guru oleh Kepala Sekolah, maka semakin tinggi Kinerja Guru. Disarankan bagi Sekolah, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan khususnya. Bagi guru, hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai motivasi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa terutama untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.Bagi peneliti, dengan melakukan penelitian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang kepemimpinan kependidikan untuk menambah bekal sebagai calon guru. Tujuan penelitian diantaranya adalah untuk mengembangkan Buku Saku matematika berbasis Mind Mapping pada pokok bahasan Statistika dan untuk mengetahui respon pendidik dan peserta didik terhadap Buku Saku matematika berbasis Mind Mapping dengan pada pokok bahasan Statistika. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development). Sebagai hasil penelitian, pengembangan Buku Saku Berbasis Mind Mapping melalui beberapa tahap yaitu menemukan masalah dan potensi dengan melakukan wawancara kepada guru Matematika kelas IX SMP Sains Qur’an Minhajuth Thullab Pekalongan. Respon guru pengampu Matematika kelas IX SMP Sains Qur’an Minhajuth Thullab Pekalongan terhadap media pembelajaran buku saku berbasis Mind Mapping memperoleh rata-rata persentase 89,29% dengan kategori sangat layak. Respon siswa kelas IX SMP Sains Qur’an Minhajuth Thullab Pekalongan untuk uji coba produk media pembelajaran buku saku berbasis Mind Mapping menunjukkan perolehan rata-rata persentase sebesar 95% dengan kategori sangat layak.
