The knowledge of HKBP Padang Bulan Elementary School students in Medan before being given health education with sufficient knowledge results as many as 34 respondents (53.1%) and after being given health education with good knowledge results as many as 64 respondents (100.00%). The results showed that there was an effect of health education on personal hygiene on the knowledge of SD HKBP Padang Bulan Medan students with a p-value of 0.000. The results of this study can be used as information for students of SD HKBP Padang Bulan Medan as the management of personal hygiene techniques to detect how clean hair, mouth & teeth and hands are.

Improving nutritional knowledge can be done with the right media without computer equipment into games that are easy, useful and fun are the most important keys in designing game. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research. The sample in this study were 14 stunting toddlers living in Denanyar Village. The research subjects were children aged 6 – 58 months with a Z score of Weight/Age -3 to 0 SD. Variables observed included changes in nutritional status. Data analysis was carried out using different tests and multivariate analysis with linear regression of dummy variables. After 3 months of intervention, the decrease in nutritional status in the intervention group was lower than the control (p<0.05), there was an increase in the Z score Weight/Length score in the intervention group and a decrease in the Z score Weight/Length in the intervention group. Length in the control group (p<0.05). The mentoring model is more effective than conventional counseling in suppressing the decline in the nutritional status of children aged 6-58 months. It is hoped that the Berakzi group mentoring program can be implemented in a sustainable manner and the target area is expanded so that it can reduce the prevalence of stunting in Jombang Regency.

One of the reproductive health problems that can trigger infertility is ovulation disorders. The clinical manifestation of this disorder is irregular menstruation. The cause is a deficiency of the hormone estrogen. Soybeans are plants that contain high phytoestrogens which can meet the needs of estrogen in the body. This study aims to determine the relationship between soy bean consumption and the menstrual cycle. The research design used was an experiment with a pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling consisting of 30 respondents who fit the inclusion criteria. Data analysis used the paired sample t-test with the Wilcoxon test. The normality test results obtained a pretest value of 0.344 and a post test value of 0.222. respondent data is normally distributed. The dependent t test results obtained a p value of 0.004 < 0.05. There is a relationship between soy milk consumption and the menstrual cycle. there is a change in the regularity of the menstrual cycle after consuming soy milk. Suggestion: women with irregular menstrual cycle problems can consume soy milk as an alternative to complementary medicine in preventing early infertility

Hypertension or high blood pressure is often referred to as the silent killer because the patient does not know that he or she has hypertension. Hypertension is also known as heterogeneous group disease because it can affect anyone and various age, social, and economic groups. Hypertension is also the third biggest risk factor that causes premature death because it can trigger congestive heart failure and cerebrovascular disease. Self care management is an activity carried out by patients with the intention of improving one's well-being, because of their awareness of the time frame for maintaining life, continuing personal development and living a healthy functional life. The purpose of this study was to identify self care management in hypertensive patients at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan. This type of research is a descriptive research design with a cross sectional approach. Sampling in this study used a total sampling technique, the number of samples was 136 people. The results showed that self-care management in hypertensive patients was based on self-integrity with a sufficient category of 90 people (72.7%), self-care management in hypertensive patients based on self-regulation with a sufficient category of 66 people (48.5%), self-care management in hypertension patients based on interaction with other health workers with sufficient category as many as 77 people (56.6%), self care management in patients with hypertension based on monitoring other health workers sufficient category as many as 74 people (54.4%), self care management in hypertension patients based on compliance with the recommended rules category enough for 66 people (48.5%). Almost every individual teenager nowadays has a smartphone. The use of this smartphone can have a positive and negative impact on their behavior which will affect their development and learning success. Smartphone use behavior has positive benefits if teenagers can use it well to facilitate communication and access information, including in learning media so that they are more creative. Continuous use of smartphones will have a negative impact on adolescent behavior such as reduced social characteristics in students, reduced student interaction patterns, consumptive nature that causes students to commit crimes to addiction to the internet, games, and also pornographic content. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of using smartphones in junior high school students. This type of research is descriptive. Sampling in this study used a total sampling technique, where the number of samples was 80 people. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire (smartphone usage behavior). The results of the research on the behavior of using smartphones in students who were categorized as adequate were 68 people (85.0%), and 12 people were categorized as good (15%). It is expected that respondents can use smartphones for positive things such as studying and finding information related to learning.
