Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan 4C Siswa 实施 "思考与分享 "学习模式,提高学生的 4C 技能

This research is motivated by the teacher's lack of success in applying the learning model andthe low level of 4C skills in students. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of theThink Pair Share (TPS) learning model in improving students' 4C skills on the respiratorysystem. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) conducted by teachers in theclassroom which aims to improve and improve the quality and quantity of the learning processin class. This research was conducted at MTS Miftahul Ulum Argotirto Sumbermanjingwetan.This research involved 1 science teacher and 17 class VIII students. The data collectiontechnique was in the form of an observation sheet of the student's 4C assessment rubric whichwas carried out in three stages, namely pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II. The data obtained werethen analyzed using qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Theresults of this study are that the final score obtained at the pre-cycle stage is 180, in the firstcycle 280 and in the second cycle 410. Based on these results it can be concluded that theapplication of the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model to the material on the respiratorysystem can improve students' 4C skills .

Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Sampoerna Kecamatan Ngantang Kabupaten Malang 薪酬和工作激励对马朗行政区 Ngantang 县 PT Sampoerna 公司员工绩效的影响

This study aims to determine 1). How strong is the effect of compensation on employee performance, 2). How strong is the influence of motivation collectively on employee performance, 3). Does compensation and motivation influence simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collected by questionnaire technique. Respondents in this study were 40 people. The hypothesis is formulated and tested using multiple linear regression. The variables used in this survey include compensation (X1) and work motivation (X2) as independent (free) variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent (bound) variable. This research process includes problem identification, case studies, proposing hypotheses, determining methods, compiling research instruments, collecting and analyzing data, and drawing conclusions. The research results show (1) compensation has an effect on employee performance, (2) work motivation has an effect on employee performance, (3) Compensation and work motivation simultaneously have no effect on employee performance

Penerapaan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Teams Games Tournament untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar dan Aktivitas Siswa 实施团队游戏比赛合作学习,提高学生学习成果和活动水平

Low student learning outcomes and activities are a manifestation of various problems that arise from ongoing learning activities. Learning outcomes in Mathematics learning are marked by a class average value of 78.18. The data shows that the value of 15 out of 18 (83.33%) has not been completed and 16.67% of students have reached KKM. The method used still uses lectures, a conservative paradigm, where the teacher imparts knowledge to students passively where learning is more centered on the teacher. Students tend to be passive, low absorption, boredom, lack of student enthusiasm, and distraction in class. Based on these problems, the authors made an effort to increase student learning outcomes and activities in mathematics class VIII-B Marsudi Siwi Malang Catholic Middle School for the 2022/2023 academic year as many as 18 students using the Cooperative method of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK), the researcher acts as an educator and the subject educator as an observer. Based on the results of the analysis of the research, it can be seen that with the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method, there is an increase in learning outcomes in class VIII-B students of Marsudisiwi Catholic Middle School Malang for the 2022/2023 academic year. The completeness of student learning outcomes in the first cycle was 66.7%, and in the second cycle was 94.4%. This increase is the implication of increasing student learning activities. Educators feel satisfied and proud of the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method, and students feel very happy and enthusiastic in participating in learning. Researchers suggest that teachers should always try to improve student learning outcomes in each process of learning mathematics using innovative learning models, one of which is the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) learning model, and students are expected to pay more attention to lessons and actively participate in learning mathematics in class and be able to improve learning outcomes.

Language disorders of aphasia have not been widely studied. Moreover, regarding the language comprehension of the sufferer. Public understanding of aphasia is still lacking. People underestimate aphasic. This condition encourages research on language comprehension in autistic children aged 7 years with transcortical wernicke-motoric aphasia. Based on this background, the problems of this study are (1) how is the language comprehension in autistic children aged 7 years with transcortical wernicke-motoric aphasia? The theory that becomes the research reference is the aphasia theory of Arifuddin, Lumbantobing, and Fuller with the qualitative-descriptive research method of the type of case study. The results showed that the comprehension of aphasia language was studied from the aspect of the language unit form, consisting of a) phonas (including articulatory phonetics); b) words (nouns; verbs; adjectives; adverbs; pronouns: first person, possess pronouns, and indicative pronouns; numeralia: cardinal numbers; and interrogative words; c) sentences with a pattern: (1) S + P + O, (2) S + P, (3) P + S, (4) K (time) + P, (5) P (+ particle-lah) + S + P + O, (6) K (time) + S + P, (7) K (place) + S.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitin deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya Tingkat Kecemasan Atlet futsal KREBA Sebelum Menghadapi Pertandingan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet futsal KREBA. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet futsal KREBA yang berjumlah 15 atlet. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dengan 22 butir pertanyaan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif persentase (sugiono, 2007: 112). Intuk itu hasil penelitian tingkat kecemasan atlet KREBA sebelum pertandingan dalam kategori sangat tinggi.

Penggunaan Model Pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together Berbantuan E-Learning untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa 使用 "数头共学 "学习模式辅助电子学习提高学生学习成绩

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dengan penggunaan model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together berbantuan e-learning. Model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together mampu membuat siswa lebih aktif berdiskusi dan menyampaikan pendapat. Selain itu, penyajian soal dengan cara berbeda diharapkan menarik minat siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pada tes akhir siklus I siswa yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 19 siswa dari 33 siswa atau sebanyak 57,57% siswa mencapai ketuntasan. Pada tes akhir siklus II siswa yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 25 siswa dari 33 siswa atau sebanyak 75,75% siswa mencapai ketuntasan. Dengan demikian, prestasi siswa pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan sebesar 18,18%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model numbered heads together berbantuan e-learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Model pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together mampu membuat siswa lebih aktif berdiskusi dan menyampaikan pendapat. Selain itu, penyajian soal dengan cara berbeda diharapkan menarik minat siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pada tes akhir siklus I siswa yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 19 siswa dari 33 siswa atau sebanyak 57,57% siswa mencapai ketuntasan. Pada tes akhir siklus II siswa yang mencapai KKM sebanyak 25 siswa dari 33 siswa atau sebanyak 75,75% siswa mencapai ketuntasan. Olahraga Sepakbola adalah olahraga yang paling sering dimainkan oleh seluruh penduduk Indonesia. Mencapai kesuksesan dalam olahraga tergantung pada berbagai faktor psikologis, termasuk motivasi, kesadaran diri, kendali diri, waktu, ketahanan mental, dan hati nurani. Minat pemain sepakbola wanita dan karakteristik psikologis yang mempengaruhi kinerja mereka meningkat terutama di Surakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbedaan pengaruh manajemen stress, evaluasi kinerja, motivasi, dan kerjasama tim pada Atlet Sepakbola Wanita Profesioal dan Atlet Sepakbola Wanita Amatir Kota Surakarta tahun 2023. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 22 atlet sepakbola wanita professional dan 22 atlet sepakbola amatir, total sebanyak 44 atlet sebagai sampel. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Peneliti menggunakan kuisioner Karakteristik Psikologis Terkait dengan Kuesioner Kinerja Olahraga (CPRD) dimana sudah pernah digunakan dalam penelitian sebelumnya dan pengembangan kuisioner dimana ada tambahan butir soal kuisioner oleh peneliti. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan uji t test untuk mengetahui hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan perbedaan pengaruh manajemen stress, evaluasi kinerja, motivasi, kemampuan mental dan kerjasama tim pada Atlet Sepakbola Wanita Profesioal dan Atlet Sepakbola Wanita Amatir Kota Surakarta tahun 2023 memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan pada semua aspek karakteristik psikologis olahraga.bstrak merupakan miniatur dari artikel sebagai gambaran utama pembaca terhadap  artikel anda.

Among comes from the word “pamomong” which means to care for, protect, or nurture the mind and body. Among is carried out by almost all Javanese people in different ways in each region. This study aims to determine the traditional existence of among for people who have died in Capang Village. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. Collecting data using interviews and observation. Based on the analysis of the data, it was found that the tradition among is an ancestral heritage that must be maintained and preserved. And in this study three different groups of people were found in addressing the among tradition, namely groups that always provide among at home, groups that do not provide among at home but bring among to the prayer room and finally groups that do not provide among.

Mathematics is a subject that is considered difficult and boring for students. Mathematics is considered difficult and boring because it involves lots of numbers and formulas. In addition, the learning process factors in the classroom are too theoretical and less contextual which makes students bored. Lessons in class are sometimes found to be different from math problems in everyday life. One aspect that can be developed for learning innovation is connecting mathematical concepts with the culture of the local community using an ethnomathematics approach. Ethnomatematics is an approach that connects mathematical concepts with the culture that exists in everyday people's lives. This study aims to describe the relationship between the mathematical concepts of lines and angles and the skeleton of a whalebone in Lembata District. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive exploratory method. The subject in this study was the whalebone skeleton located in Lembata Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it is concluded that there are mathematical concepts of lines and angles in the whalebone framework which include straight lines, curved lines, parallel lines, right angles, acute angles and obtuse angles.

Physical Condition Profile Of Male Handball Athletes In Malang City 马朗市男子手球运动员的身体状况概况

This study aims to see the level of physical condition in male handball athletes in Malang City. This study uses a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. This study uses instruments in the form of tests, the tests used are 30 meter sprint, multi stage fitness test or bleep test, vertical jump, standing trunk flexion test, and Illinois agility test. The results showed the level of physical condition in Malang City Handball male athletes 46% of physical conditions in the very good category, 16% have physical conditions in the good category, 16% have physical conditions in the sufficient category, 14% have physical conditions in the deficient category, 8% have physical conditions in the very deficient category. Overall, it can be concluded that the physical condition profile of Malang City Handball male athletes is in the "very good" category with a percentage of 46% of the overall results of the physical condition component in Malang City Handball male athletes.
