The goal of this research is to analyze the effect of the difference of loans book value andloans fair value, book value per share, and earnings per share to stock price on banks inIndonesia. The objects are 29 conventional banks which are listed in Indonesia StockExchange during 2015-2018 with 116 samples. The data used in this research is secondarydata obtained from Indonesia Stock Exchange (www. idx.co.id). The hypothesis testingmethod are multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS (Statistical Productand Service Solutions) application. After testing, the final results of the study showed thatthe difference between the loan book value and loans fair value with a significance value(sig. 0.760> 0.05) had no effect on stock prices, earnings per share with a significance value(sig. 0.166> 0.05) no effect on stock prices, while for the variable book value per share witha significance value (sig. 0,000 <0.05) affect the stock price.

Penelitian yang dibuat tahun 2019 ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruhfaktor produk, harga dan promosi terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli susu sapi diPeternakan Sapi Terpadu Sangatta. Penelitian ini diharapkan bermanfaat bagi semua pihak,khususnya bagi PT Kaltim Prima Coal sebagai panduan arah kebijakan dalam rangkapengambilan keputusan terhadap pengelolaan peternakan sapi terpadu di Sangatta. Modelanalisis yang digunakan untuk membuktkan hipotesis adalah model analisis regresi linierberganda yang akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan program statistik. Jumlah respondenyang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 konsumen. Namun dari 60 kuesioneryang disebarkan hanya kembali 58. Hasil analisis data menggunakan alat bantu SPSS.21 forWindows diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R) sebesar 0.657. Koefisien ini diartikanbahwa variabel produk, harga dan promosi mampu menjelaskan variabel keputusan membelisebesar 65,7 % sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 34,4 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yangtidak terdapat di dalam model penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis pertama diketahui bahwavariabel produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan membeli dengan dibukltikan thitung sebesar 4,631 dengan signifikansi 0,00. Sedangkan uji hipotesis kedua dibuktikansignifikan dengan t hitung sebesar 1,802, sedangkan uji hipotesis ketiga dibuktikan tidaksignifika dengan t hitung sebesar 0,431. Hubungan fungsional antara variabel produk (X1),harga (X2) dan promosi (X3) terhadap keputusan membeli susu (Y) dapat digambarkandengan model berikut: Y=7,019+0,204(X1)+0,123(X2)+0,070(X3).

This research aims to analyze the effect product and place toward satisfaction of budgettraining participants for small, micro and medium enterprises on Jemaat GBKP Balikpapan.This research used quantitative and qualitative method with primary data sources and usingnonprobability sampling method with 32 respondents. Data analyse method that used in thisresearch are validity and reliability test then classical assumption test (normality,multicollinierity, heteroscedasticity, autocorrelation) and Multiple Linier Regression Analyse(correlation coeficient, determination coeficient, F test/varians analyse, t test/significantiontest). Accumulatively, coeficient correlation (R) = 0,537 so that it can be said that theindependent variables toward dependent variable in this research can giving the strong enoughcorrelation. Result of Test Varians (F) express the Ho can be accepted because Fcount < Ftable or5,865 < 3,3277. Its meaning that variable of product and place by together did have theinfluence which significant to satisfaction of budget training participants. The result ofsignificantion test could be explained : (1) there are significant effect of product on satisfactionof budget training participants, and (2) there are not significant effect of place on satisfactionof budget training participants.

This research aims to figure out the influence of the working discipline, motivation and leadership style to the employee’s performance of Brownies Amanda Balikpapan Branch. The type of the research is descriptive quantitative and the primary data source is taken from 71respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression test, the working discipline,motivation and leadership style simultaneously influence the employee’s performance of272,249. Partially, motivation variable and leadership style variable have a significantinfluence on the employee’s performance which are 4,206 and 6,794. While working disciplinevariable has no significant influence on the employee’s performance which is 1,289.
