The design of multi-signature certification algorithm protocol in emergency response system 应急响应系统中多签名认证算法协议的设计

The safe exchange of information is one of the key issues in electronic emergency command system; in view of this, the needs of information exchange in the emergency system were introduced; the transfer process and encryption of information exchange business and the problem of multi-digital signature to be solved in the emergency system was analyzed; the information exchange model and its affairs which must be achieved in the emergency system was given; the multi-linear sequence single sign model with comments, branch-free sequence mode, the linear additive signature model of the Information Signature Algorithm Protocol was designed in detail. The algorithm program of multi-linear additive signature with comments based on DSS Signature Algorithm was given. The secure transmission problem of information exchange in the emergency system is resolved; the efficiency and reliability of emergency command system is improved.

An ACO based multiuser detection for receive-diversity aided STBC systems 基于蚁群算法的接收分集辅助STBC系统多用户检测

An ant colony optimization (ACO) based multiuser detection (MUD) for the receive-diversity aided space-time block coding (STBC) systems is proposed. The ants are allowed to deposit pheromone based on the concept of Pareto optimality, using the information from the individual antennas independently. Simulations show that detector employing the Pareto optimality has enhanced bit-error-rate (BER) performance. Beside, the proposed ACO-MUD not only outperforms the genetic algorithm approach in BER performance, but also avoids the BER floor that the genetic algorithm encountered.

Nonlinear system modeling based on KPCA and MKSVM 基于KPCA和MKSVM的非线性系统建模

Kernels are employed in Support Vector Machines (SVM) to map the nonlinear model into a higher dimensional feature space where the linear learning is adopted. Every kernel has its advantages and disadvantages. Preferably, the ‘good’ characteristics of two or more kernels should be combined. In this paper, the mathematical formulation of multiple kernel learning is given. To enhance the robust regression of the algorithm, KPCA is used for the support vectors' reduced process. Through the implementation for average molecular weight in polyacrylonitrile productive process, it demonstrates the good performance of the proposed method compared to single kernel.

Energy management for stand-alone PV system 独立光伏系统的能源管理

A novel energy management control strategy for stand-alone PV system is proposed. The solar cell array powers the steady state energy and the battery compensates the dynamic energy in the system. The goal of the energy management control strategy is to control the un-directional DC-DC converter and bi-direction DC-DC converter to operate in suitable modes according to the condition of solar cell and battery, so as to coordinate the two sources of solar cell and battery supplying power and ensure the system operates with high efficiency and behaviors with good dynamic performance. A 500W experimental prototype of stand-alone photovoltaic power system was built in the lab. Experimental results are shown to verify the effectiveness of the proposed energy management strategy.

A single machine preemptive scheduling problem with arbitrary release dates and fuzzy due dates 具有任意发布日期和模糊到期日的单机抢占调度问题

Preemptive scheduling problem of a single machine subject to arbitrary release dates under uncertain situation is discussed. The release dates of jobs are independence and different with each other. Uncertainty means due dates are not accurate, which can be described by fuzzy set. The memberships of fuzzy due dates denote grade of satisfaction of completion times of corresponding jobs. The objective of the problem is to find an optimal schedule which maximizes the minimal grade of satisfaction of jobs completion times with respect to fuzzy due dates. By extending the method of corresponding problem with accurate due dates into fuzzy situation for the problem, an O(n2) algorithm is presented.

Design of electronic toll collection system based on global positioning system technique 基于全球定位系统技术的电子收费系统设计

Currently, most electronic toll collection (ETC) systems around the world are implemented by DSRC (dedicated short range communication) technology. However global positioning system technique is applied to ETC to replace DSRC technique in recent years. It is an innovative technology for Expressway Network electronic toll collection solution, which is totally different scheme comparing to traditional DSRC-based technology. In this paper, the frame composing and working flow of the system are described, the design of GPS-based ETC system are discussed detailedly, and the advantages and disadvantages of the system are discussed at last.

Design and development of long-distance virtual teaching system based on VRML and JAVA languages 基于VRML和JAVA语言的远程虚拟教学系统的设计与开发

This paper discusses a long-distance virtual teaching platform based on VRML-JAVA language which is realistic and interactive information construction and scene guided by situational learning theories in views of insufficiency in modern long-distance network teaching. Based on characteristics of VRML and JAVA language, we introduce the structure and function of this platform to realize the platform key technologies including building the virtual scene construction, the substitute person, the community sensation and so on, which makes beneficial exploration in distance education.

Research on IMA-based mobile-side for spatial information service 基于ima的移动端空间信息服务研究

The aim of the paper is to explore, analyze and develop an intelligent map agent based mobile-side model that supports mobile computing, with the consideration of the new structure of data management and multi-engines. Interaction and cooperation between intelligent mobile devices and service center, integration of existing technologies and exploitation of intelligent mobile computing provide the prospect to develop an intelligent mobile-side model for spatial information service, which satisfies requirements from many fields. Some systems are designed and implemented to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model.

Research on the remote monitoring and controlling based on VSP 基于VSP的远程监控研究

Traditional PLC software about programming and monitoring all were designed in serial port debugging mode based on local. So the remote monitoring and controlling function couldn't be realized in the mode. In the article the virtual serial port (VSP) technology was imported into the system and it turned the PLC serial port software from local control function to remote one. In the system, the real serial port was replaced by virtual one. The client captured the command frames getting across the VSP, and then the instructions were sent to server through internet. And server program transferred the command to PLC by real serial port of local upper computer and correlation datum backtracked after PLC response. The Cx-programmer (Omron PLC software) was applied in the experiment and the ladder of Cx-p come into being switching on and disconnecting by returning datum. And according to the changes, the running state of local equipments could be known. This system was debugged by the experiment successfully.

With extension of simulation scale and deep development of modeling technique, increasing demands are placed on natural environment truthfulness simulation in all kinds of simulation technique domain. In VRML, the two frequently used programming nodes are Background and Fog. Scene's fogging treatment should not only reflect fog's objective existence, but also give an expression of fine effects of fog light and shade, creating an obscure meaning of poem. Paper mainly introduced these two kinds of virtual atmosphere and space natural simulation technology and their design application.
