Du Bois and Ambedkar, both intellectually sound personalities, challenged the established institutions of oppression of race and caste. Their intellectual and social legacies continue to have an impact on academia and society today. Their new interpretations of history changed the course of generations. This paper, using an intellectual historical method, attempts to revisit and analyse the issues of “race” and “caste” and the relevance of interpretations by both intellectuals. This paper is majorly divided into four parts, with the first one trying to explain the intellectual historical method, its problems in implementation, and its relevance to such an issue; the second one trying to excavate their conceptual perceptions of “race” and “caste.” The third part discusses the perception of both scholars on the driving forces behind these issues, and the last part discusses the concise history of their struggle towards establishing an egalitarian society.

The Quran— which is considered as the most sacred Islamic Scripture, the Word of Allah was revealed to Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) via the Archangel Gabriel over 1400 years ago—and the Hadith— The Prophet Muhammad's (peace and blessings be upon him) cherished traditions, sayings, and affirmations in respect to religious issues embody Islam's perspective on the cosmos and the Divine, as well as humanity's relationship with both. When Allah constructed it, every detail was carefully thought out. These supernatural techniques guarantee the existence and protection of natural resources. Islam's environmental teachings are based on the fundamental understanding of how interconnected humans and all other living things are with the rest of the earth. Additionally, our survival and the survival of future generations depend on this information. Because caring for the world also includes caring for our own needs. Islam, is often referred to as a religion which unlike any other dictates it’s followers as to how they are supposed to be leading their life. It not only lays down religious perspectives about what is to be followed in a good and bad sense (i.e. to say the concept of Haraam and Halaal) but also brings about guidelines for the minutest of details of everyday life. According to Islam, protecting the environment is the only way to maintain the delicate balance of life. The Quranic teaching that humanity has been given guardianship over nature is supported by the most well-known Hadith on environmental issues, which states that, "The earth is green and beautiful, and Allah has appointed you his stewards over it." Although in the recent times the environmental crisis in Muslim nations has recently worsened due to a complicated web of issues, including globalization, economic competition, and political conflicts among the economically dominant states. In order to avert the destruction, a number of Islamic academicians and experts stressed the importance of reconsidering and going back to the Islamic environmental teachings. On the other side, many intellectuals have denounced Islamic beliefs as wholly ethical and unscientific without fully examining its discourses and detailed sermons. Since this has been emphasised as a key element of Islam as a religion and way of life, the mere fact that Islamic beliefs place weight on the individual's obligation to preserve the ecosystem needs to be thoroughly investigated. Development is a binary process which brings both positive and negative results. Gradually, the process of development results in the emergence of complexity in all aspects of society. Change in one single aspect holds the potential to bring change in all other aspects of a society. The changes brought about by various development agencies have led to changes in the system of production. The availability, utilization, and accessibility of natural resources as well as the technology required to fully utilise them have a significant impact on the decisions that determine a society's livelihood opportunities. Being social creatures, humans need a safe and secure social environment to exist. For one's physical and emotional well-being, it is imperative to have satisfying social connections. Loneliness may result from a lack of social connections. Intimacy and a sense of belonging are fundamental human desires. Interpersonal connections have several advantages. Loneliness has been perceived as a universal human experience since the dawn. Social connection is essential for everyone's survival. People are innately social beings that rely on one another for assistance. Even though mental health issues and social isolation often coexist in young children, early isolation does not indicate worse mental health issues in the future. However, children with such issues and behaviors could find it difficult to handle the social difficulties they face as they advance through the early years of school. Humans are social animals, and when they don't feel connected, they tend to get sadder, sicker, and more susceptible to developing depression and other mental health problems. Isolation is a frequent occurrence that become more prevalent during the COVID-19 global pandemic, having an adverse effect on people's physical and mental health everywhere. Furthermore, according to the most recent data, there may be an increase in the prevalence of mental health problems among at-risk groups and persons who are vulnerable to them after the pandemic's height. 6 Children and adolescents, the elderly, people who are unemployed or homeless, COVID-19 survivors, people with pre-existing psychiatric conditions, community workers, pregnant women, people who are physically or mentally disabled, migrants, refugees, and members of the LGBT community, as well as people who belong to racial or ethnic minorities, are among the vulnerable populations. Loneliness in the elderly beings and social isolation pose a substantial threat to public health because they increase the risk of dementia and other serious disorders in a huge number of people.

In the last decade, international commitments between the countries have seen existence of more complex debate and disagreement over the cause of compliances. The growth and development of international legal institutions, and judicial bodies since the end of the Cold War, on the other hand, has provided the empirical foundation and a policy need for increased focus on the function of international law. The application of law to organise global politics appears to be expanding across a wide range of issue domains. The fundamental problem is how laws and legalisation affect state conduct, which is frequently explained in terms of compliance. The proponents of globalisation believe that these two factors—economic growth and rising per capita incomes—are crucial for creating the resources and political will needed to manage the environment globally. Other environmental advantages of globalisation are also seen by optimists. It involves fostering international collaboration and integration as well as shared environmental norms and standards, which improves a system of sovereign nations' ability to handle issues like ozone depletion and climate change. This study presents the ways of international agreements, compliance of international affairs, effect of globalization, and the benefits of environment to cope with challenges and finding new opportunities of growth for a nation.

Education has a significant impact on economic growth since it boosts productivity and hence raises the country's gross domestic product. Higher education is becoming increasingly important in policymaking because of the growing value of knowledge in the growth process. Through its research and development (R&D) operations, higher education plays a significant role in the creation of new knowledge and in the utilisation of knowledge that has been developed elsewhere. In many countries, governments and individuals/households have been expanding their investments in higher education, which has resulted in massification and eventually universalization of higher education. However, the most difficult task is to keep the country competitive while still providing an inexpensive and high-quality education to people from all walks of life. As a result of the affordability issue, the public sector plays an increasingly important role in funding postsecondary education.
