This activity aims to increase parental knowledge through psychoeducation on the stages of adolescent development, positive parenting and self-awareness. This is done to provide understanding to parents related to adolescent parenting based on their stages of development and to build parenting potential through self-knowledge. This activity was carried out for 3 days in the village of Teratak Manuk, Pelalawan Regency, with 10 participants, parents of teenagers. The hope is that with the provision of psychoeducational materials regarding parenting, parents can better understand the stages of development of their children, who in this case are in their teens, and can be a preventive measure to build family resilience in overcoming drug abuse.

A healthy lifestyle is basically a person's response to stimuli related to food, personal hygiene, environmental hygiene, habits against illness and disease and a balance between work, rest and exercise. However, the reality of a healthy lifestyle for SDN 34 Air Pacah students has not been fully realized properly. This can be seen from the many problems of students who have not implemented a healthy lifestyle such as washing hands before eating, smoking, consuming nutritious food and getting enough rest. Thus, information is needed regarding healthy lifestyles for students of SDN 34 Air Pacah. By using methods in the form of stories, FGD, ice breaking, and evaluation to implement a healthy lifestyle in order to produce good behavior and can be applied by students of SDN 34 Air Pacah Padang City. This activity was carried out on January 19 to January 25, 2022 in grades 4, 5 and 6 of SDN 34 Air Pacah Padang City. The results of this activity show the application of a healthy lifestyle in educating students regarding the importance of a healthy lifestyle. The covid-19 pandemic has left problems in various sectors, especially the education. Currently schools have started to open, meaning that life is back to normal where students return to learning in class with health protocols. During the transition from online learning to face-to-face learning, it becomes a difficult time for students because for almost 2 years students who have not studied online optimally tend to experience what is called learning loss, namely a condition of decline in the learning process or falling behind in learning. Students must catch up with the setbacks in the learning process due to the limitations of online learning. The way that can be done to deal with learning loss is to teach students effective learning strategies. One of the learning strategies such as quantum learning is effective in improving student learning outcomes. The activity offered is quantum learning training for students who experience learning loss due to the covid 19 pandemic. The training activity was carried out on December 1, 2021 in the hall of SMA Negeri 2 Pariaman. A pretest and posttest were given to 20 students. The results of the pretest and posttest showed Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 which is less than the critical research limit of 0.05 (p < 0.05) which means that there is an effect of quantum learning training to overcome student learning loss after the covid 19 pandemic. This training was smooth and able to provide knowledge to students in overcoming learning loss and have motivation to learn.

This research is motivated by the problem of empty cage syndrome (empty nest syndrome) which is defined as one of the common problems that occur from the transition or adjustment period to lonely situations and this is generally experienced by the elderly, where during this transition period a different pattern occurs. in parents, from being close and getting satisfaction with child care to having to live alone without the presence of children. The purpose of this study was to find out in depth about how the elderly face periods of loneliness or empty nest syndrome and appropriate efforts are made to reduce and prevent it. Respondents who participated in this study amounted to 9 elderly people who visited the Puskesmas Ulak Karang Selatan. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive method, to provide an overview of how the influence of mindfulness psychoeducation on empty nest syndrome in the elderly. The intervention method used is psychoeducation, by providing knowledge about empty nest syndrome and how to deal with it. Data were collected by interview and observation techniques. The results of this study, it was found that the elderly who experienced the nest-korong phase felt acceptance of the conditions experienced, received social support from fellow elderly and to reduce this feeling of loneliness the elderly filled their spare time with positive and beneficial activities for the elderly. The global Covid-19 pandemic has not only raised health issues which have become a big problem, but it has also created complex problems for the international community,such as health, economic unproductivity, and changing patterns of social interaction. Another significant problem that also emerges is an environmental issue, referring to the increasing number of used medical mask waste coming from societies in order to anticipate the virus. This problem is getting more serious as medical mask waste contains plastic waste, where its decomposition takes decades. In order to provide a solution to the increasing waste of used masks, the involvement of the youth is necessary because young people have many positive capacities, compared to others. Therefore, Department of International Relations, Universitas Airlangga establishes apartnership with Madrasah Aliyah Al Huda and Karang Taruna Suka Karya, in the Sukerejo Village, Bangorejo District, Banyuwangi Regency, in a hybrid way. This aims to increase the awareness among youth to manage the waste of used mask waste in more proper procedures, so it will not cause negative impact to the environment.
