Modern Methods of Rapid Assessment of the Ecological Status of Marine Areas In Situ with Vertical Sounding 垂直测深法快速评价海洋区域原位生态状况的现代方法

The study of marine ecosystems’ spatial structuring, interaction of these ecosystems’ various components and investigation of their heterogeneity formation mechanisms are among the most important problems of modern hydro ecology. Bioluminescence as manifestation of an organism vital activity in the form of electromagnetic radiation in the visible spectrum is the most important ecological and optical factor of the marine environment. The impact of biotic, abiotic and anthropogenic factors can significantly change the characteristics of aquatic organisms’ light emission. It is of immediate interest to assess the marine ecosystems’ current state on bioluminescence field’s parameters variability, as it can serve as a sensitive indicator for the degree of plankton organisms’ resistance to the effect of pollutants, and as an express indicator for marine environment’s local and regional pollution. Has been demonstrated the possibility of using the modern probing hydro-biological complex «Salpa-MA» with computer processing of the measured information for the rapid assessment of coastal waters’ ecological condition. This complex allows in a short time in marine environment to obtain synchronous integrated assessments of biotic and abiotic factors, and using laboratory processing of obtained data to reveal marine organisms’ functional linkages with environmental factors, and identify the features of these organisms development.

Development of Principles for System Approach to Information Support of Occupational Health and Safety Management 职业健康安全管理信息支持系统方法原则的发展

The urgency analysis of development and implementation of effective information support for occupational health and safety management at the enterprise has been performed. Application of system approach to occupational health and safety management information support has been justified. Definition for information support of an occupational health and safety management system is offered. The main directions for development of system for occupational health and safety management information support have been defined, and principles for system approach to development of information systems have been revealed. Principles for system approach to occupational health and safety management information support based on synthesis of requirements to development of occupational health and safety management systems, systems of information support, systems of enterprise management have been developed. The suggested approach to development of occupational health and safety management information support has a practical significance for occupational health and safety management system integration into organization management system.

Potentially Dangerous Natural Processes and Phenomena of the Russian Far East South 俄罗斯远东南部的潜在危险自然过程和现象

The article summarizes the data on potentially dangerous exogenous processes characteristic of the Russian Far East south. General trends in the development of exogenous processes here are determined by the geological and geomorphological structure and specificity of the monsoon climate. Mountain structures in this area are currently in a stage of uplift, where, in general, denudation processes prevail over accumulation, lowland areas experience a general immersion and intensively accumulate sedimentary material. The monsoon nature of climate determines a pronounced seasonality in precipitation and, as a consequence, an increased intensity of a number of exogenous processes (waterlogging, waterlogging, river erosion). The paper presents the characteristics and extent of the environmental impact of such phenomena as: waterlogging, weathering, river and gully erosion, thermokarst, aeolian processes, and ice. Based on field observations, an assessment of the intensity and direction of the processes of erosion, accumulation and denudation is given.

Galvanic Metallisation: Best Available Technologies or Alternative Processes? 电金属化:最佳可用技术或替代工艺?

The article provides a systemic analysis of environmental aspects of galvanic metallisation and examines a galvanising plant as a chemically hazardous facility using extremely/highly dangerous substances and creating a high risk of accidents and occupational diseases for the personnel. The indicators of energy and water consumption given in the article as well as the analysis of the consumption of chemical substances indicate irrationality in the use of energy and material resources. The article further shows that the best available technologies recommended for implementation in the Russian information and technical guide do not resolve environmental problems; a large part of electroplating processes are now outdated, even though many technological tasks involving the application of anticorrosive, special or decorative coatings could be performed in a more environmentally sound way. The article concludes by an overview of alternatives and innovations in the methods for the modification of surface properties

For the implementation of the principal directions of the Russian Federation Environmental Security Strategy, a system of measures to ensure environmental safety at the enterprise has been developed, including identifying and assessing sources of environmental hazards, measures for: protecting the environment in the process of daily economic activity, ensuring industrial safety of hazardous production facilities, preventing and eliminating natural and man-made emergencies, introducing industrial and environmental safety management systems, monitoring compliance with environmental requirements legislation, industrial and environmental safety.

Taking into Account the Initial Signs of Critical Degradation of a Chimney in the Analysis of the Risk of Its Destruction 在烟囱破坏风险分析中考虑到烟囱临界退化的初始迹象

The analysis of the dynamics of the corrosion processes of the lining and concrete trunk of the chimney, depending on the operating conditions and climatic conditions, reveals the conditions for the formation of initial cracks in the lining, the dynamics of their growth, it is shown that, with a density of hair cracks of 10 pieces on an area of 0.5 m2, so permeable that the rates of local corrosion processes of lining and concrete materials create an excessive risk of destruction of the chimney. Especially quickly the degradation processes the chimney is exposed at a point about one-third of the top at gas velocities below 10 and above 20 m/s. Excessive permeability of the lining as an additional critical defect is suggested to be taken into account in the composition of critical defects in the traditional classification of their hazards, and its identification is to be based on the results of recognition of defects in photographs obtained by monitoring the chimney with an autonomous device — by the parameter “exceeding the density of cracks by opening width 1 mm and more than 10 pieces on an area of 0.5 m2. At the same time, in the analysis of the risk of destruction of the chimney, the event tree is complemented by the fourth branch, which means the emergence of a critical defect — excessive permeability of gases through the lining. In addition, the lengths of cracks in the lining and concrete trunk are referred to the diameter of the pipe, which makes the classification more universal.

Filter Characteristics of Porous Wire Gauze Partitions 多孔钢丝网隔板的过滤特性

The article presents the results of experimental studies of the uneven distribution of the distances between the wires of the warp and weft in woven wire meshes with square cells used to clean gases and liquids from mechanical impurities in various branches of technology. On the basis of experimental data using the methods of probability theory, the regularity of the size distribution of the cells of these grids is determined. The length of its minimum side is chosen as the determining size of a square cell. The results of the conducted studies were used to estimate the fractional coefficient of the leakage of spherical particles through the mesh in the sieve mechanism of separation of these particles from the fluid flow. The probability of particle breakthrough through the grid is assumed to be equal to the fraction of the fluid flow passing through the cells, which determines the size of which is larger than the particle diameter. For experimental verification of the calculated values of the leakage coefficient for the sieve filtering mechanism, a preliminary analysis of the influence of the parameters of the hydrodynamic mode of fluid flow through the grid and the level of fluid contamination on the filtering mechanism was carried out. The results of experimental studies of the fractional leakage coefficient values obtained by the sieve filtering mechanism are compared with the calculated data.

Approach to Assessing the Effectiveness of Labor Protection Using Methods of Statistical Modeling 用统计建模方法评估劳动保护效果的方法

The concept of workplace micro injury has existed for several decades, but due to the fact that micro injuries have a slight negative impact on the health of an employee, microinjury is not recorded in the labor protection system and a system of assistance for this type of injury is not created. However, in recent years, a look at the contribution of micro injuries to production efficiency has begun to change — a number of legislative initiatives have been introduced, providing for a system of measures to account for micro injuries and optimize the provision of assistance for these injuries. Thus, the task of assessing the performance of the first aid system for micro injuries arose. This article describes an approach to solving the above problem. The approach is based on the hypothesis of attributing the first aid system for micro injuries to a queuing system. Based on this hypothesis, the article justifies the choice of the type of queuing system that correctly describes the first aid system for micro injuries, and formulates a set of mathematical dependencies that allow to optimize the operation of this system.
