Waste is basically materials intentionally or unintentionally discarded as the product of human activities or natural processes. The handling and management of waste are increasingly more complex and complicated as its volume, types, and composition are more and more complex. Optimizing waste management needs an active role of the community to reduce, sort, and recycle the waste. However, the participation of the community in waste management often presents a complex challenge because it involves cultural, social, and economic factors. The community empowerment was conducted in Cileles Village, Jatinangor. Its proximate location to the center of education and economy gives Cileles Village the potential for the development of sustainable waste management. However, up to the present time, waste management in the village still faces some obstacles, such as the lack of infrastructure and the lack of the community’s motivation for sorting their waste. The result of this community service activity indicates that the community has a positive perception of waste and an awareness of waste management. However, the perception has not materialized in the community's daily behavior in managing their waste. For this reason, Socialization models of waste management have been carried out with participation, behavior change, and collaboration models.

Pajambon Village is the westernmost village in Kramatmulya District, Kuningan Regency, West Java. Pajambon Village is located in a strategic position because it is in a highland area that has a lot of potential for abundant natural resources. The majority of Pajambon Village residents work as guava farmers and entrepreneurs. Red guava is the leading natural resource of Pajambon Village, but the obstacle faced is that the majority of the Pajambon Village community has not been able to process red guava due to limited human resources, capital, limited marketing scope and lack of response from the local government. Therefore, it is necessary to empower the community to become entrepreneurs who can advance the village economic sector. Based on the environmental conditions above, through the Capacity Building Program of the Accounting Student Association Student Organization (PPK ORMAWA HIMAKU), socialization activities of the Entrepreneurial Village / Village program will be carried out to the community with the Entrepreneurial Village / Village Movement in processing red guava into products that have selling value, with local product innovations, namely guava leaf tubruk tea, Fruity Noodles or red guava fruit processed noodles which have good health benefits, training in packaging and digital-based MSME marketing assistance in collaboration with BUMDES, Pajambon Village MSME Bazaar and Paajambon Village Business Legality Making. It is expected that after the Entrepreneurial Village Movement by holding training and mentoring can improve the quality of human resources (Human Resources) and the productivity of the Pajambon village economy, Making Pajambon Village as an Entrepreneurial Village creates new entrepreneurs who are pioneers in entrepreneurship, so that in the future there can be a new regeneration of sustainable village entrepreneurs.

The Ojir application, a mobile-based innovation for organic waste management at Central Malang Waste Bank (BCM), provides an effective solution to streamline the collection and management of organic waste. Addressing environmental concerns such as food scraps, dry leaves, and fruits, the application responds to Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) data indicating that approximately 61.50% of total waste is organic, necessitating efficient management to reduce waste volume. Established in 2016, BCM faced challenges in manual data management and limited organic waste search capabilities. To address these issues, Ojir was introduced to modernize the organic waste management system. This innovation surpasses traditional waste management by incorporating a process of diversifying organic waste into maggot raw material. Beyond resolving existing waste bank issues, Ojir enhances management efficiency, allowing users to easily track and manage organic waste with increased accuracy. Consequently, the paradigm of organic waste management shifts towards modernity, effectiveness, and efficiency. Aligned with efforts to create a clean and sustainable environment, Ojir represents an innovative step in reinforcing the role of waste banks in handling organic waste in the technological era. The incorporation of the maggot raw material process further exemplifies the forward-thinking approach in sustainable waste management

SDN 9 Mamboro is one of the schools in Palu City that has launched a literacy and numeracy program. Observations conducted by the service team showed that the literacy and numeracy practices at this school were not optimal. The implementation is still at the habituation stage, directing students to read for 15 minutes at the beginning of the lesson and the implementation is not routine. The book collection and the number of students visiting the library were also lacking, the reading corner was inadequate, the learning methods used were conventional and most teachers did not have the necessary skills to create ICT-based learning media. Based on these observations, the service team and the principal agreed to provide training and assistance in literacy and numeracy activities through the use of bulletin integrated character education (BICE) media. The expected goal of this activity is to improve students' literacy and numeracy skills. The average pretest score of literacy and numeracy skills was 38.29 and increased to 84.92 during the posttest.
