In the process of the economy in China, listed family firms have a large proportion of all the listed companies, which plays an important role in China. By selecting the statistics in the recent five years from CSMR and Wind, OLS model is used to investigate the efficiency investment. After distincting the groups of overinvestment and underinvestment, we present the figures for stock and payment incentive and exam regression with residuals respectively, as well as exploring the relationship between incentive and efficient investment. The results indicate that the level of payment and stock incentive has a negative impact on the inefficiency investment. Therefore, if family firms carry out the incentive, it could be helpful to alleviate the inefficiency, grasp a good chance, relieve information asymmetry and reduce the agency issues. The results recommend that listed family firms could implement stock and payment incentive plans, like other listed companies to motivate the managers.

With the support of national and regional policies, Mongolian medicine enterprises keep a good development momentum, but there is a certain gap with the leading Chinese ethnic minority medicine. Some products of Mongolian medicine, to some extent, have been recognized, but the overall level and universality still need to be improved. This paper analyzes the current overall development of Mongolian medicine from the perspective of a service coordinated system, the integration of regional industry and the development of the industry. In addition, this paper also analyzes problems in its current development from the perspective of brand development strategy, brand awareness, brand building, brand development and brand extension and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper argues that the development of the Mongolian medicine brand is still in its initial stage and there is a long way to revitalize the Mongolian medicine industry.

This study explores the influence of service quality variables, tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty. This study involved 156 tourists who visited the Aditywarman Museum, then analyzed using the SEM method. The results showed that there is a direct influence between the variable service quality on tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty and an indirect influence between service quality and tourist loyalty through tourist satisfaction variables.

The new energy automobile industry plays a great role in promoting the transformation and development of Chinese automobile industry for enhancing its international competitiveness. However, the new energy automobile industry of China has been developing with many obstacles. The policy for promoting the development of new energy automobile industry could not reach the expected effect. This paper focuses on the analysis of the development status of new energy automobile industry in China based on the current preferential income tax policies. The problems of the new energy auto have also been shown in this paper for pointing the obvious obstacles of the industry development. Lastly, the tax policy suggestions are listed which could be helpful for the development of new energy automobile industry in China.

In order to study the relationship between population mobility and economic and social development in China's northeast border region, a detailed investigation on the economic and social development and population mobility in this area was carried out. Also, the impact of population mobility on the economy and society in China's northeast border region was analyzed. It is pointed out that population mobility not only causes the imbalance of population age and gender structure and the loss of human capital, but also promotes the economic and social development in northeast border region. The authors formulated and revealed the initial provisions of the functioning and developing spatial natural and economic entities, which were detailed taking into account the basic elements of ensuring a sufficient level of security of the individual, society and state. It is recognized that they should be taken into consideration in the development and implementation in practice the management of the national state-building project of modern doctrines and strategies of spatial sustainable development. Methodologically important provisions of the systematized combinatorics of factors of external and internal influence on the organization of spatial natural and economic formations in modern conditions of functioning of the national social and economic system are substantiated. Their difference from the established ones involves the systematization of risks and threats to modern processes of spatial management of natural resources of the state and its regions
