Supplementation Moringa Leaves Powder (Moringa oleifera) in Ration on Performace of Super Village Chicken 日粮中添加辣木叶粉对超级村鸡生产性能的影响

The aims of this study was to determine the Supplementation Moringa Leaves Powder (Moringa oleifera) in Ration on Performace of Super Village Chicken. Used 96 DOC super village chicken. The experiment was designed into completely randomized design with 6 treatments and 4 replicates. Treatments consisted of (P0) Moringa leaves powder 0% in Ration , (P1) Moringa leaves powder 2% in Ration, (P2) Moringa leaves powder 4% in Ration, (P3) Moringa leaves powder 6% in Ration, (P4) Moringa leaves powder 8% in Ration, (P5) Moringa leaves powder 10% in Ration. The parameters were feed consumption, average daily gain, feed conversion and mortality.. The data were analyzed by statistical product and service solution (SPSS 16.0) and significant effect among treatments were tested by Duncan’s multiple range test. the result showed that the Supplementation Moringa Leaves Powder were significant (P<0.05) in feed consumption and average daily gain. the conclusion of this experiment was that Supplementation Moringa Leaves Powder (Moringa oleifera) in Ration to 10% not influenced performance and mortality of Super Village Chicken.Keywords: Moringa Leaves Powder (Moringa oleifera). 本试验旨在研究日粮中添加辣木叶粉对超级村鸡生产性能的影响。使用96 DOC超级村鸡。试验采用完全随机设计,6个处理,4个重复。处理为(P0)饲粮中辣木叶粉含量0%,(P1)饲粮中辣木叶粉含量2%,(P2)饲粮中辣木叶粉含量4%,(P3)饲粮中辣木叶粉含量6%,(P4)饲粮中辣木叶粉含量8%,(P5)饲粮中辣木叶粉含量10%。试验参数为采食量、平均日增重、饲料系数和死亡率。采用SPSS 16.0统计产品和服务解决方案对数据进行分析,采用Duncan多元极差检验检验各处理间的显著性效果。结果表明:饲粮中添加辣木叶粉对饲粮的采食量和平均日增重均有显著影响(P<0.05)。本试验的结论是,日粮中添加10%辣木叶粉对超级村鸡的生产性能和死亡率没有影响。关键词:辣木叶粉;超级乡村鸡,表演

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian air nira aren (Arengga Pinnata Merr) secara oral terhadap konsumsi hijauan serta pertambahan bobot badan kambing Peranakan Etawa (PE). Penelitian dilaksanakan dikandang “Helo Farming Group (HFG)” Desa Siapporik Lombang Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan selama dua bulan. Kambing PE yang digunakan adalam kambing betina berumur 1,5-2 tahun dangan bobot yang seragam. Penelitian dirancang dengan menggunakan rancangan bujur sangkar latin (RBSL) 5 x 5: yaitu 5 perlakuan serta 5 pengulangan terhadap sampel. Subjek penelitian yaitu lima ekor kambing PE. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pemberian air nira aren secara oral terhadap tingkat konsumsi pakan hijauan. Sedangkan untuk pertambahan bobot badan hasil analisis menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh yang nyata pemberian air nira aren secara oral pada kambing PE.Kata Kunci : Kambing PE, air nira aren, oral
这项研究的目的是确定转基因作物(Arengga Pinnata Merr)对绿色消费的口型作用以及Etawa山羊的体重增加的影响。研究人员在西洛法明集团(HFG)的“活性区”——东塔帕纳利区——进行了两个月的研究。普通的山羊是一只15到2岁的雌性山羊,体重均匀。研究采用拉丁矩形(RBSL)设计的日期为5×5:即5种治疗方法和5次样本重复。研究对象是五只山羊。所做的研究表明,糖棕榈水对绿色饲料的消耗率有口服作用。至于结果的体重增加,则表明对口服给山羊喂糖没有明显的影响。关键词:山羊脑,糖棕榈,口腔

Analisis Kuantitatif Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Rumput Setaria (Setaria Spendida Staft) Pada Berbagai Dosis Pupuk Nitrogen 对不同剂量的氮气肥料的生长和生产的定量分析

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisa kuantitatif pertumbuhan dan produksi rumput setaria pada berbagai dosis pupuk nitrogen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Musi Rawas pada bulan November 2018 Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial dengan 6 taraf perlakuan, perlakuan yang dicobakan adalah No : Tanpa Pupuk Urea N1 : Pupuk Urea 100 kg/ha  setara dengan 0,25 g/polyba N2 : pupuk Urea 200 kg/ha  setara dengan 0,50 g/polybag N3 : pupuk Urea 300 kg/ha  setara dengan 0,75 g/polybag N4 : pupuk Urea 400 kg/ha  setara dengan 1  g/polybag N5: pupuk  Urea 500 kg/ha  setara dengan 1,25 g/polybag , dan diulangan sebanyak 6 kali didapatkan 36 unit percobaan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan data yang didapat dianalisis ANOVA dan uji Duncan bahwa dosis pupuk nitrogen berpengaruh nyata(P<0,05) pada produksi bobot segar dan jumlah anakan, berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) pada perlakuan tinggi tanaman dan berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) pada perlakuan produksi bahan kering. Pemberian  dosis pupuk  Urea 300 kg/ha  setara dengan 0,75 g/polybag U3 berpengaruh memberikan nilai yang terbaik pada setiap peubah Kata kunci:Pertumbuhan, produksi, rumput setaria dan pupuk nitrogen

Effect Of Long Thawing On The Quality Of Frozen Cow Brahman Cattle 长时间解冻对冻牛品质的影响

This study purposed is to determine the effect of thawing duration toward the quality of Brahman frozen semen. These include the motility of Spermatozoa, Spermatozoa concentration, Percentage of Spermatozoa Viability, Percentage of Spermatozoa Abnormalization and Individual Moitility, which was conducted at the UPTD Balai Artificial Insemination (BIB) Sembawa, Banyuasin District, South Sumatra Province. This research is experimental and carried out  a non-factorial complete random design analysis (CRD) consisting of 6 levels of treatment and 4 repetitions so that 24 unit experiments are be obtained, through variations in the treatment of 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, and 60 seconds, the length of time thawing. The effect of frozen thawing semen for Brahman Cattle has a very significant effect on Individual Motility and Percentage of Viability of Spermatozoa. Thawing time of 30 seconds on T3 treatment gives a very good influence on the quality of frozen semen of Brahman Cows, while on thawing time of 50 seconds on T5 treatment gives good quality on the percentage of spermatozoa abnormalities. Successfull Level Of Artificial Insemination On Beef Cattle In Purwodadi District, Musirawas Regency 穆西拉瓦县Purwodadi地区肉牛人工授精成功水平

he purpose of this study was to see the success rate of Artificial Insemination on beef cattle  in Purwodadi district, Musi Rawas Regency. The parameters observed is Service per Conception (S/C), Conception Rate (CR), Non Raturn Rate (NRR) and Calving Interval (CI).  Survey method isused  in this study by taking all area of Purwodadi district as the observed area because of its livestock population then analysed by using Slovin Formula to obtain 93 samples. The results of this study concluded that the Conseption Rate (C/R) in Purwodadi District was very good because it was obtained 70.96%. Figures for   S/C in Purwodadi sub-district showed an average of 1.4. As for the NRR value in Purwodadi Subdistrict, NRR(0-30) obtained a percentage of 70.96%. NRR(31-60) obtained 93.54% and NRR(61-90) obtained 100%. The value of the Calving Interval (CI) is very good, reaching an average of 14.7 or 14 months 7 days.Keywords: Artificial insemination, Purwodadi district, Beef Cattle, Success Rates

Analisis Usaha Pemberian Ekstrak Pegagan (Centella Asiatica) Pada Ayam Broiler

embangunan peternakan merupakan bagian penting pembangunan pertanian karena subsektor paternakan merupakan bagian dari sektor pertanian.Dari subsektor peternakan ayam broiler memberikan konstribusi sangat besar dalam perekonomian Indonesia.Setelah diterpa krisis moneter dan adanya wabah penyakit flu burung, bisnis peternakan menghadapi masalah besar untuk kembali pulih.Krisis moneter hampir membuat lumpuh kegiatan sektor peternakan khususnya ternak ayam broiler.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis usaha dengan pemberian ekstrak pegagan (Centella Asiatica) pada air minum ayam broiler.Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) non faktorial dengan jumlah perlakuan (t) = 4, ulangan (n) = 5 dan setiap ulangan (n) terdiri dari 5 ekor ayam sehingga penelitian ini membutuhkan 100 ayam. Dengan perlakuan yaitu P0 : tanpa pemberian ekstrak pegagan (Centela Asiatica), P1 : pemberian ekstrak pegagan (Centela Asiatica) 100 gram, P2 : pemberian ekstrak pegagan (Centela Asiatica) 200 gram, P3 : pemberian ekstrak pegagan (Centela Asiatica) 300 gram. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak pegagan (Centela Asiatica) keuntungan tertinggi terdapat pada (300 gram) pemberian ekstrak pegagan (Centela Asiatica) dan keuntungan terendah terdapat pada (0 gram) tanpa pemberian ekstrak pegagan (Centela Asiatica). Kata kunci : broiler, pegagan, analisis usaha

Performans Of Quail (Coturnix-Coturnix Javonica) Fed With Sauropus Androgynus In The Rasion 鹌鹑(Coturnix-Coturnix Javonica)与雌雄同体蜥脚类在迁徙中的表现

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manfaat pengunaan tepug daun katuk (Sauropus androgynus) terhadap pertambahan bobot badan, konsumsi ransum, konversi ransum selama 6 minggu pada level yang berbeda.Metode penelitian ini memakai rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan.  Adapun perlakuan K0 (Ransum tanpa penambahan tepung daun katuk), K1 (Ransum dengan penambahan tepung daun katuk 2,5%), K2 (Ransum dengan penambahan tepung daun katuk5%) dan K3 (Ransum dengan penambahan tepung daun katuk 7,5%) dalam ransum burung puyuh.  Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumsi ransum, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi ransum.Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh rataan konsumsi ransum (g) pada perlakuan K0 adalah 0.045 gram, berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap perlakuan K1 (0.045 gram), K2  (0.043 gram),  dan K3 ( 0.045).Rataan pertambahan bobot badan (g) selama penelitian terhadap perlakuan K0 sebesar 2.797 berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap perlakuan K1 (3.136 gram),  K2 (2.992 gram), dan  K3 (3.170 gram).  Rataan konversi ransum selama penelitian K0  adalah 1.680 berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap perlakuan K1  (1.460 gram), K2 (1.470 gram), K3 (1.440 gram).Kesimpulan dari penelitian adalah tepung daun katuk dapat diberikan sampai level 7.5% sebagai pakan alternatif dan feed aditif.Key word:katuk, puyuh, konversi ransum

PENGARUH SUBSTITUSI PROTEIN TEPUNG PUCUK INDOGOFERA ZOLLINGERIANA DENGAN PROTEIN BUNGKIL KEDELAI DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP ORGAN DALAM BROILER

This research aimed to see the effect of Indigofera Zollingeriana top leaf meal as substitution of soybean meal in the diets on development giblets of broiler chickens. The study was conducted for 35 days and giblets sampling was carried out on the 35 day. The DOC used is the cobs strain produced by PT. Charoen Pokphan Indonesia with an average weight of 35.1 grams. A completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and four replications and ten birds in each replication was used in this experiment. Dietary treatments were: R1= diet containing 20% soybean meal without I. zollingeriana top leaf meal ; R2= diet containing 16% soybean meal and 5.9% Indigofera Zollingeriana top leaf meal (substitute 20% soybean meal protein with Indigofera Zollingeriana top leaf meal) ; R3= diet containing 12% soybean meal and 11.8% Indigofera Zollingeriana top leaf meal (substitute 40% soybean meal protein with Indigofera Zollingeriana top leaf meal); R4= diet containing 8% soybean meal and 17.74% Indigofera Zollingeriana top leaf meal (substitute 20% soybean meal protein with Indigofera Zollingeriana top leaf meal). Variable measured was giblet of broiler (liver, heart, gizzard, spleen, bile, pancreas, kidney, relative length of small intestine and cecum.). The result showed that usage Indigofera Zollingeriana top leaf meal in the diets did not affect giblets of broiler chickens. The conclusion of this study was Indigofera Zollingeriana top leaf meal can be use up to 17.74% to substitute 60% soybean meal protein without interrupting the development giblets of broiler.Key words: Broiler Chicken; Indigofera Zollingeriana top leaf meal; Blood profile.
本试验旨在探讨在饲粮中添加紫靛叶粕替代豆粕对肉鸡发育的影响。试验期35 d,第35 d取卵。DOC使用的是由PT. Charoen Pokphan Indonesia生产的cobs菌株,平均重量为35.1克。试验采用完全随机设计(CRD), 4个处理,4个重复,每个重复10只鸡。饲粮处理为:R1=饲粮中添加20%的豆粕,不添加黄颡鱼顶叶粕;R2=饲粮中添加16%豆粕和5.9%紫靛叶粉(用紫靛叶粉代替20%豆粕蛋白);R3=饲粮中含有12%的豆粕和11.8%的紫靛叶粉(用紫靛叶粉代替40%的豆粕蛋白质);R4=添加8%豆粕和17.74%紫靛叶粉的饲粮(用紫靛叶粉代替20%豆粕蛋白)。变量测量为肉鸡的内脏(肝脏、心脏、砂囊、脾脏、胆汁、胰腺、肾脏、小肠和盲肠的相对长度)。结果表明,饲粮中添加紫苔顶叶粉对肉鸡的内脏发育无影响。综上所述,在不影响肉鸡幼体发育的情况下,紫靛叶粕可替代60%的豆粕蛋白,用量可达17.74%。关键词:肉鸡;靛蓝顶叶粉;血概要文件。

The study used 200 Japanese quail (Cortunix Cortunix japonica) aged eight weeks with a daily egg production of > 50%. This research aimed to study the substitutions of soybean meal (SBM) with Indigofera zollingeriana top leaf meal (ILM) in the diet on of the quail production performance. The experiment was conducted using a complete random design with five treatments and four repeats (10 quail tails each). The dietary treatment contained fve kind of combination of of SBM and ILM, R0= diets contained 18% SBM without ILM, R1= 16.2% SBM and 2.66% ILM, R2= 14.4% SBM and 5.32% ILM, R3= 12.6% SBM and 7.98% ILM, R4= 9% SBM and 13.3% ILM. The result showed that the used 2.66%, 5.32%, 13.3% ILM (R4) significantly (P<0.05) to quail egg production, egg mass production, and ration conversion. The conclusion of this sstudy was Indigofera zollingeriana top leaf meal could be used as much as 13.3% in the diets and could improve the quail production performance.Key words : Indigofera zollingeriana, Production performance Quail,

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui respon stres ayam broiler yang disuplementasi nira aren (Arenga pinnata Merr.) selama periode pemeliharaan fase starter. Sampel yang diamati sebanyak 100 ekor ayam broiler pada umur DOC sampai akhir fase starter (1-14 hari). Digunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap yang terdiri dari 5 kelompok perlakuan (P) dan 4 ulang (U) dimana sampel ayam dibagi secara homogen. Suplementasi yang digunakan yaitu nira aren segar, dikonsentrasikan pada masing-masing kelompok perlakuan secara ad libitum yaitu 0% (P1), 5% (P2), 10% (P3), 15% (P4) dan 20% (P5) dalam air minum v/v. Data yang damati berupa indikator stres dari respon fisiologi tubuh meliputi temperatur rektal, frekuensi pernafasan, dan frekuensi denyut jantung yang dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA, serta persentase mortalitas pada akhir pemeliharaan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan suplementasi nira aren tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap temperatur rektal (P>0,05) dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap frekuensi pernafasan dan frekuensi denyut jantung (P<0,05). Selama program pemeliharaan periode fase starter, tingkat mortalitas pada pemberian suplementasi nira aren berada di kisaran 5% (≤5%) sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol tingkat mortalitas berada di 10% (>5%).Kata kunci: stres, respon fisiologis, ayam broiler, nira aren, mortalitas

Data yang damati berupa indikator stres dari respon fisiologi tubuh meliputi temperatur rektal, frekuensi pernafasan, dan frekuensi denyut jantung yang dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA, serta persentase mortalitas pada akhir pemeliharaan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan suplementasi nira aren tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap temperatur rektal (P>0,05) dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap frekuensi pernafasan dan frekuensi denyut jantung (P<0,05).
