Crowdfunding plays a role in the Indonesian economy in its development. Sharia crowdfunding has become a solution to provide financial services that are accessible to businesses that lack access to banking, especially in Indonesia. Using a literature review, this study aims to describe crowdfunding and show how sharia crowdfunding is developing in Indonesia. The results of the study show that crowdfunding has continued to develop in Indonesia since it was first popular in 2009. Sharia crowdfunding has the potential to benefit the business world in accessing capital, increasing welfare, and general economic growth. Another finding is that the implementation of sharia crowdfunding is divided into four categories; donation-based, reward-based, asset-based and equity-based crowdfunding. Where there are differences between conventional crowdfunding and sharia crowdfunding from the four categories. In addition, sharia crowdfunding is also faced with several future issues that must be faced, such as: public trust in crowdfunding, quality and understanding, contract innovation, partnerships with banks, integration with NBFIs, especially MFIs and being able to develop businesses that have high risk. Economic globalization has triggered more frequent financial crises. Financial crises constantly repeat every specific time. This article reviews the typology of the global financial crisis and the solutions offered by Islamic economics. The research uses a historical approach. Five typologies of the global financial crisis, namely: Speculative bubbles and Crash, Sovereign Default, Balance of payment crisis, systemic banking crisis, and Energy Crisis. The financial crisis typologies of Speculative bubbles and Crash are the Wall Street Crash of 1929 and the Great Depression, Black Monday, Japanese Asset Bubble, Dot-com Bubble, US Saving & Loan Crisis, and the Suprime Mortgage Crisis. The financial crisis typology of Sovereign Default is the Latin American Debt Crisis, the Mexican Peso Crisis, the Asian Financial Crisis, and the European Crisis. The typology of financial crisis Balance of payment crisis is the Mexican Peso Crisis and the Russian Financial Crisis. The financial typology of the energy crisis is the oil crisis. Islamic economics offers a solution so that the financial crisis does not recur in the future. The prohibition of riba, maysir and ghaarar transactions offers a solution to the financial crisis typology of Speculative bubbles and Crash. The principle of equity financing in Islamic economics is a solution to the financial crisis of the Sovereign Default typology. Islamic economics prioritizes the financial sector, which is in line with the real sector as a solution to the financial crisis typology of the Balance of payment crisis. The value of morality (akhlakul karimah) is a solution to the financial crisis because of the moral hazard.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan menilai dampak pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian, dampak kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan dampak penetapann harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Scarlet Whitening, dengan menggunakan studi kasus mahasiswa UINSU. Teknik kuantitatif diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitiian ini terdiri dari seluruh mahasiswa FEBI UINSU yang berjumlaah 20.425 peserta, dengan kelompok sampeel 100 orang. Dalam penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan melalui penggunaan kuesioner. Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi bergaanda, uji hipotesis (uji t dan uji F), dan koefisien determinasi semuanya digunakan dalam pendekatan analiisis data penelitian ini, yang juga mencakup tinjauan pustaka. Promosi memiliki dampak besar pada keputsan pembelian, setidaknya sebagian. Kualitas produk memiliki dampak besar pada keputusan pembelian sebagian. Sebagian waktu, penetapan harga tidak berpengaruh pada keputusan pembeliian. Promosi, kualitas produk, dan harga semuanya berdampak besar pada keputusaan pembelian mahasiswa UINSU untuk produk Scarlett Whitening.

Riset ini mempunyai tujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi, dan citra merek terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa GrabFood di Kota Surakarta. Jenis riset ialah deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel pada riset sejumlah 100 responden pelanggan GrabFood di Kota Surakarta, yang berusia minimal 17 tahun serta pernah melakukan pembelian minimal tiga kali menggunakan aplikasi GrabFood. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada riset ialah Non-Probability Sampling melalui Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam riset memakai kuesioner yang diukur memakai skala Linkert. Pengujian instrumen pada riset memakai uji validitas serta reliabilitas dengan metode analisis data memakai persamaan regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis (uji-F serta uji-t) juga koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil riset memperlihatkan secara bersamaan harga, promosi, dan citra merek memengaruhi positif dan bermakna bagi keputusan penggunaan jasa GrabFood di Kota Surakarta, dan secara parsial harga dan citra merek secara positif signifikan memengaruhi keputusan penggunaan jasa GrabFood di Kota Surakarta, sedang promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan.

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, compensation and work stress on employee loyalt. This type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses the census method, which takes all the population as research respondents. The number of respondents is 55 people and the results of the analysis using SPSS Version 23. Based on the results of the analysis on the data, it can be concluded that the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on the employee loyalty variable, the work environment plays an important role in the quality of employee loyalty (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, the importance of compensation is as follows: one indicator of job satisfaction (2) Work stress has no significant effect on employee loyalty, work stress is something that often happens in a workplace and stress is a process of one's thoughts, emotions and physical condition. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh krisis ekonomi yang dialami oleh Indonesia pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Krisis ekonomi akibat Covid-19 berimbas kepada para pekerja, terutama pada empat sektor utama perekonomian Indonesia yakni pariwisata, perdagangan, manufaktur, dan pertanian. Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan mencatat bahwa terdapat 3,5 juta lebih pekerja yang terkena Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja (PHK) maupun yang dirumahkan pada akhir Juli 2020. Semakin marak praktik ribawi seperti peminjaman online juga merupakan dampak lain dari krisis ekonomi akibat Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari peluang koperasi syariah terhadap UMKM pada masa pandemi Covid-19 sebagai salah satu cara membantu menyejahterakan perekonomian Indonesia agar tetap sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi literatur. Penelitian ini banyak mengacu pada studi penelitian di Koperasi Syariah Citra Mandiri Sejahtera karya Heri Nurranto dkk dan studi penelitian di Koperasi Wanita Syariah Mitra Surya Bahari karya Iskandar Johan. Berdasarkan kedua penelitian itu, diperoleh kendala-kendala yang biasa terjadi pada koperasi yaitu 1)kesulitan tenaga kerja dan kelangkaan bahan baku, 2)terhambatnya pengembangan produk karena kurangnya motivasi, 3)penetapan harga jual yang tidak tepat dan ketidaktertiban laporan keuangan, 4)minimnya pengetahuan, inovasi, dan kreativitas dalam memproduksi dan memasarkan produk. Berdasarkan kendala-kendala tersebut, didapat peluang yang dapat dimanfaatkan koperasi syariah yaitu membantu mengurangi maraknya praktik ribawi dengan menerapkan akad mudharabah, meningkatkan kreativitas dan etos kerja dengan adanya pendampingan dan pelatihan.

The literature study of this article aims to analyze the challenges that must be considered by financial regulators, especially for Islamic financial institutions (Islamic banking). Literature study through content analysis by discussing the book Intermediate Islamic Finance by Nabil Maghrebi, Abbas Mirakhor, and Zamir Iqbal Wiley publisher in 2016 and 30 articles from emerald and direct science publisher which is the world's best journal publisher with a scopus index. The results of the content search found seven challenges in financial regulation, namely the calculation of profit and loss sharing (PLS) still referring to the interest system, the practice of implementing contracts overshadowed by conventional contracts, capital and minimum liquidity regulations still referring to general regulations, regulatory indicators in assessing efficiency still referring to in the general (conventional) model, weakness of regulations requiring Islamic financial institutions in and supervision, weakness of regulatory control in implementing good corporate governance, weaknes of sharia law courts dealing with violations of sharia law. Financial regulations have not fully sided with Islamic banking (sharia). Financial regulations must continue to be adjusted and rearranged so that Islamic banking can develop and develop in a healthy manner with conventional banking and be resilient in the face of crises. This study aims to investigate the contribution of Islamic microfinance institutions in an effort to promote public welfare based on a selected literature review. The findings of this study unravel the gaps in the Islamic microfinance literature regarding the existence of Islamic microfinance institutions. The research design was carried out by collecting selected literature from the Scopus database and conducting a literature study on the research data. There are 25 articles with research results that strengthen the existence of Islamic financial institutions that contribute to efforts to promote prosperity. This is a new fact that LKMS can be used as a solution to poverty alleviation with its various unique characteristics. This study also found that the State of Malaysia was in first place in the publication of articles related to LKMS and was followed by the State of Indonesia. This study recommends that future research analyzes the comparative contribution between Islamic banks and Islamic microfinance institutions. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. This study also aims to examine whether job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable on the influence of organizational culture and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment to the employees of the Cooperatives and SMEs Service Office of Sleman Regency. This study uses the Associative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs in Sleman Regency, with a sample of 45 employees. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression, Sobel test, coefficient of determination, and standard beta. This study resulted in the findings that organizational culture has an effect on job satisfaction, and intrinsic motivation has an effect on job satisfaction. Likewise, organizational culture influences affective commitment. However, intrinsic motivation has no effect on affective commitment. Other findings show that job satisfaction has an effect on affective commitment. This study also produces findings that job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational culture on affective commitment, and job satisfaction also mediates the effect of intrinsic motivation on affective commitment. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA) dan Return on Equity (ROE) terhadap nilai perusahaan yang dimoderasi oleh ukuran perusahaan di masa pandemi COVID-19. Selama COVID-19, harga saham cenderung fluktuatif dengan beberapa penurunan dan sulit dikendalikan. Namun, ada fenomena menarik ketika harga saham turun di masa COVID-19, ternyata saham sektor pertambangan mengalami penguatan terbesar di pasar saham BEI. Populasi penelitian ini semua perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan sampel dari kuartal I 2020 sampai kuartal II 2021. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 23. Teknik penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis selisih mutlak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return on Asset berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan Return on Equity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan memperkuat pengaruh positif hubungan Return on Asset terhadap nilai perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh positif Return on Equity terhadap nilai perusahaan.
