The research aimed, in general, to shed light on the economic structure of the date-date industry within the sample of the private sector factories in North Sinai. The factory’s share of the quantity of fresh dates used in the industry is about 5413 kg, during the average production season (2020, 2021). The results also confirmed that the total industrial production of dates in the private sector factories amounted to about 65.7 ton
