Data investigation is an essential key factor now a days due to rapidly growing electronic technology. It generates a large number of transactional data logs from a range of sources devices. Parallel and distributed computing is a useful approach for enhancing the data mining process. The aim of this research is to present a systematic review of parallel association rule mining (PARM) and distributed association rule mining (DARM) approaches. We have observed that the parallelized nature of Apriori, Equivalence class, Hadoop (MapReduce), and Spark proves to be very efficient in PARM and DARM environment. We conclude that this comprehensive review, references cited in this article will convey foremost hypothetical issues and a guideline to the researcher an interesting research direction. The most important hypothetical issue and challenges include the large size of databases, dimensionality of data, indexing schemes of data in the database, data skewness, database location, load balancing strategies, methods of adaptability in incremental databases and orientation of the database.

With the emergence of e-commerce and rising digital literacy among the consumers, the global logistics industry has been changing significantly in the recent years. Factors such as rising disposable incomes, dual-income households, and constant urbanization have encouraged consumers across both developed and emerging economies to follow upcoming logistics trends. Logistics environment is assessed to become more dynamic, complex, and unstable. Competition is increasing in most markets and more severe than before. Product life is getting shorter, and business conditions are always changing. All these factors force companies to change their business strategy. Companies – large or small, face a lot of new problems, such as Global Logistics (Global Logistics), the diversified appearance of logistics services (3PLs, 4PLs, 5PLs), Logistics e-commerce (E-Logistics), Logistics (Logistics Partnerships) partners, and reverse logistics. The recovery of goods, scraps, and packaging from products that businesses produce are becoming a phenomenon that businesses and logistics companies must face regularly. Especially under severe competitive pressure and the current environmental severe pollution problem, reverse logistics is considered an outstanding solution to help businesses reduce costs, increase revenue, improve qualifications. Service and reduce environmental impact; thereby winning a competitive advantage and excellent performance of corporate social responsibility.

This research was done in one of the branches of Cipta Grafika Printing located in Broadway Shop area Blok B III No. 17 Galuh Mas – Karawang. The phenomenon happened here was the profit tends to decline within the period of 2010-2016 along with the increase in costs and the decline of sales volume. The aim of this research is to find out the influence of costs and sales volume towards the profit of Cipta Grafika Printing. The method used in this research was the Quantitative Method. This research used multiple linear analysis methods. The data used in this research was secondary data collected from the three-month Financial Statement of Cipta Grafika Printing within the period of 2010-2016. The research finding of the costs toward profit partially showed that the calculated-t value toward the tabulated-t was 6.139 > 2.052. The calculated-t was greater than the tabulated-t; it means that there is an impact of costs towards profit partially. It indicated that calculated-F was greater than tabulated-F which means that there is an impact of costs and sales volume towards profit simultaneously.
