Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome (MIS) is an acute and serious sequela of SARS-CoV2 infection characterized by a dysregulated systemic immune and inflammatory response which has been associated with SARS-CoV-2 disease and vaccines [1].

Adverse food reactions are a common reason for allergist consultation. Many patients assume their symptoms to be allergic in nature, but severe conditions like mucous membrane pemphigoid (MMP) can be missed if not considered. We report the case of a patient presenting with concern for food allergy found to have MMP.

A 63 year old newly diagnosed HIV positive male patient had presented with a history of fever and weight loss for 3 months, as well as generalized lymphadenopathy. Introduction: Desensitisation of patients allergic to cancer drugs is a procedure that is used to allow patients with drug allergies to receive the necessary cancer treatments. This procedure involves the gradual administration of the drug through a series of incremental doses and rates, until the full therapeutic dose is reached [1,2].

COVID-19 vaccines have reduced both lethality and hospitalization rates of the novel coronavirus disease. Nevertheless, multiple side effects have been reported in the literature, most often are harmless. We report two cases of acute myocarditis, hospitalized in the emergency department for chest pain occurring after the second dose of mRNA vaccine AstraZeneca

Lingual abscess is a rare but potentially life-threatening medical entity. Consequently, it requires high medical suspicion in order to prevent misdiagnosis. Unilateral tongue oedema constitutes the characteristic clinical feature.

Long-term complications after cesarean section like abnormal uterine bleeding, dysmenorrhea or chronic pelvic pain are often due to dehiscent uterine scars. Here we present a case of a non-pregnant women with vaginal bleeding due to a ruptured hematoma in the cesarean section scar nine months after cesarean section.
