Solid Lipid Nanoparticles 固体脂质纳米颗粒

and bioavailability of BCS class II and IV APIs can be achieved via particle size reduction, amorphous solid dispersions, and encapsulation, among other technologies. API targeting of cells and tissues has been demonstrated by incorporating the API within nanoparticles designed to recognize targets by engineering specific molecular interactions between particles and the target. While each of these techniques is valuable, they only solve one or two formulation challenges.
