Transit Time Measurements in Technical Plants by Using a Multichannel Analyser 用多通道分析仪测量技术设备的传输时间

The radioactive tracer technique is a possible means of obtaining flow rates. The principle is very simple: 113m In labelled single grains will be injected upstream into the flow individually at determined sequences of time. Its transit time between two positions of a known distance is measured, generally using scintillations detectors coupled with a special limit value switch, controling a short time meter in the first case. In the other case or simultaneously a multichannel analyser (NTA-1024) in multiscaling mode online coupled with a programmable calculator (EMG-666) was used. In this way it is possible to measure transit times 5 m/s. The relative error of this measurement is less than 1%. The measuring system and some experimental results are represented.

A method for the detection of low-energy pulses in non-steady time series, in which the random variables have a Poisson distribution, is proposed. A criterion for the decision is given, whether a value belongs to the background or to the pulse. The efficiency of the method is demonstrated on simulated time series.

Radiotracertechnische Methode zur Bewertung der Oberflächengüte von Werkstoffen 材料的辐射测量技术

Surfaces of materials are changed and damaged by processing, machining und use. In what follows a simple radiotracer method for testing of surfaces is described. The surfaces are puttied to fill the unevenesses und damages. The filling putty consists of a commercially available binder and a loading material and is labelled with 99mTc or 113mIn. The counting rales of reference and testing samples are measured and a value of the relative surface finish can be calculated. The method is adapted for the testing of surfaces of all varieties. The repeat standard deviation of a measurement result amounts to 5%.

Sorption of 106RuO4 Vapours on Molecular Sieve Zeolon 500 分子筛Zeolon 500对106RuO4蒸气的吸附

Sorption characteristics were determined of molecular sieve Zeolon 500 for 106RuO4 vapours. The sorption of 106RuO4 vapours decreased with increasing gas flow rate, it increased with increasing temperature. The sorption was found to be most efficient (penetration of 0.69%) at a flow rate of 0.25 l/min and a temperature of 300 °C. Sorption capacity up to 1% penetration was 76 mg Ru/g of the sorbent. 106RuO4 vapours were transformed into the gaseous phase during melting of a calcine prepared from a model waste solution following spent fuel reprocessing.
