Mujirushi Ryôhin, hierzulande unter der Namensabkürzung Muji bekannt, und der Textilhändler Uniqlo erweitern ihr globales Filialnetz zunehmend. So trifft auch der Konsument in Deutschland immer häufiger auf die beiden Einzelhändler aus Japan. Seit April 2014 hat Uniqlo hierzulande neun Ladengeschäfte eröffnet, alleine sechs davon befinden sich in der deutschen Hauptstadt. Seit November 2005 dagegen ist Muji vertreten und zeigt mit seinen sieben Geschäften an fünf Standorten, gemessen an der Filialanzahl, eine bisher noch geringfügig kleinere Präsenz. Das Kerngeschäft von Uniqlo liegt im Verkauf von Modeartikeln und Accessoires, Muji vertreibt eine große Auswahl an Alltagsprodukten, Bekleidung und Einrichtungsgegenständen. Innerhalb Japans kann man zudem ganze Fertighäuser von der Marke erwerben und seit Herbst 2017 auch flexibel aufstellbare Blockhütten.
Mujirushi Ryô去德国下Namensabkürzung Muji宣布和Textilhändler Uniqlo,扩大全球Filialnetz日益.而德国的消费者也可是越来越多地受到来自日本的两个零售商的冲击。从2014年4月以来,Uniqlo在德国开了9家分店,其中一家在德国首都。但是,自2005年11月以来,Muji就在附近,根据机率计算,他在五家店开展了七家店。制服和服饰是Uniqlo的核心商品,也出售日用品、服饰和家具。在日本,人们还可以从品牌购买整座房屋,从2017年秋季开始可以灵活地建造楼房。
