Several studies have found a correlation between servant leadership and work engagement, but a more in-depth study is still needed to analyze the relationship between the two in different research subjects, namely, honorary employees. This study aims to determine the relationship between servant leadership and work engagement among honorary employees. All respondents consist of 72 honorary employees selected using the total sample technique. The instruments used are the Utrecht Work Engagement Survey (UWES) and the Servant Leadership Scale. The results of the Spearman rank correlation test in this study show a correlation coefficient value of 0.559 (p < 0.05), which can be interpreted as a significant positive relationship between servant leadership and work engagement among honorary employees.

. Adolescents who live in orphanages have various problems in their daily life, both outside and inside the orphanage. To deal with these problems, adolescents must have resilience so they are not easily discouraged and resilient to rise from problems. The purpose of this study is to see the relationship between independence and religiosity with resilience, the relationship between independence and resilience, as well as religiosity and resilience in the adolescents of the Nur Hidayah Foundation Orphanage Surakarta. This study involved 56 adolescents who were taken using non-random sampling technique, namely purposive sampling with the term adolescents aged 13-18 years who live in the Nur Hidayah Orphanage Foundation, Surakarta. Measuring instruments used were resilience scale (r=0.860), independence scale (r=0.811), and religiosity scale (r=0.891). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a strong and significant relationship between independence and religiosity with resilience, namely the value of p=0.000(p<0.05), F count =30.371>F table =3.170 and R=0.731. The total effective contribution of independence and religiosity to resilience is 53.4%. In the partial test results with correlation showed a strong and significant relationship between independence and resilience (p=0.000<0.05;R=0.602). The next result shows a very low and insignificant relationship between religiosity and resilience (p=0.355>0.05;R=0.127).

. Determining the right and wise choice of work is an important problem for final-year college students. It needs more attention and careful preparation. Career is the main aspect in the formation of an adult individual's self-identity. Career selection requires an understanding of one's potential and external support so that the career path can be aligned with the ability so that the career journey runs as expected. The Aim’s research is to review correlation of parental support and the career decision-making of final-year college students. Samples were taken using simple stratified random sampling techniques and as many as 92 people. Collecting data using the Career Decision-Making scale (r = 0.899) and the Parent Support scale (r = 0.940). Samples were taken from several batches belonging to final-year students with a total sample of 92 people. The analyzed data showed that the r value is 0.427 with a sig value of 0.000 (p <0.05).

Masalah yang dihadapi anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) yaitu bahasa, fisik, intelektual dan sosio-Emosional, sosio emosional merupakan adanya kekurangan dalam memahami perintah yang diintruksikan sehingga anak tidak mematuhi intruksi tersebut seperti peraturan yang telah diterapkan sekolah. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu agar mengetauhi bagaimana cara meningkatkan kepatuhan pada anak mdvi melaui teknik reinforment positif SDLB AB Gresik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperime. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah anak MDVI. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu teknik reinforment positif relavan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan.

Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial yang saling membutuhkan satu sama lain tidak akan bisa terlepas dari orang-orang di sekitarnya. Interaksi yang terjalin dalam lingkungan sosial tersebut akan menghasilkan tindakan tolong-menolong atau yang juga disebut perilaku prososial. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku prososial, dua diantaranya yakni syukur dan self-compassion.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara syukur dan self-compassion dengan perilaku prososial pada mahasiswa di Universitas Sebelas Maret. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiwa Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta yang berjumlah 380 orang yang diambil menggunakan proportional random sampling. Adapun alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala syukur (α = 0.897), skala self-compassion (α = 0.902), dan skala perilaku prososial (α = 0.885).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara syukur dan self-compassion dengan perilaku prososial. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai F hitungnya adalah sebesar 59.862 (F tabel = 1.17, Fhitung> Ftabel) dan (p=0.00 < 0.05). Nilai koefisien korelasi dari penelitian ini adalah 0.491 yang artinya kekuatan hubungan antara syukur dan self-compassion dengan perilaku prososial cukup kuat. Sementara itu, nilai R squarenya adalah 0.241 yang menunjukkan bahwa besarnya konstribusi syukur dan self-compassion dengan perilaku prososial adalah 24,1%. Berdasarkan uji pearson, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara syukur dan perilaku prososial (p = 0.000 , p < 0.05). Sedangkan self-compassion tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan perilaku prososial dilihat dari nilai (p= 0.264, p > 0.05). Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara syukur dan self-compassion dengan perilaku prososial, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara syukur dengan perilaku prososial, dan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara self-compassion dengan perilaku prososial.

Keluarnya perawat dari tempat ia bekerja cukup marak terjadi di Indonesia meskipun perawat merupakan salah satu profesi yang paling diperlukan dalam dunia medis. Tingkat turnover intention perawat di Indonesia berkisar dari 8%-14% yang sudah melampaui taraf turnover intention normal. Turnover intention dapat berimbas langsung terhadap keluarnya perawat dari tempat kerja dan dapat berdampak buruk bagi rumah sakit tersebut. Perceived employability dan role ambiguity menjadi variabel yang dipercaya berhubungan dengan keinginan perawat meninggalkan tempat kerja nya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan perceived employability dan role ambiguity dengan turnover intention, hubungan perceived employability dengan turnover intention, serta hubungan role ambiguity dengan turnover intention. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan studi populasi. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala turnover intention (rx=0,719), skala perceived employability (rx=0,819), dan skala role ambiguity (rx=0,821). Analisis hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi berganda dan product moment Pearson. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (1) tidak terdapat hubungan antara perceived employability dan role ambiguity dengan turnover intention (p=0,783), (2) tidak terdapat hubungan antara perceived employability dengan turnover intention ( p=0,719), dan (3) tidak terdapat hubungan antara role ambiguity dengan turnover intention (p=0,491).

Tingkat <em>turnover intention</em> perawat di Indonesia berkisar dari 8%-14% yang sudah melampaui taraf <em>turnover intention</em> normal. <em>Turnover intention</em> dapat berimbas langsung terhadap keluarnya perawat dari tempat kerja dan dapat berdampak buruk bagi rumah sakit tersebut. <em>Perceived employability</em> dan <em>role ambiguity</em> menjadi variabel yang dipercaya berhubungan dengan keinginan perawat meninggalkan tempat kerja nya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan <em>perceived employability</em> dan <em>role ambiguity</em> dengan <em>turnover intention</em>, hubungan <em>perceived employability</em> dengan <em>turnover intention</em>, serta hubungan <em>role ambiguity</em> dengan <em>turnover intention</em>. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan studi populasi. Skala yang digunakan adalah skala <em>turnover intention</em> (rx=0,719), skala <em>perceived employability</em> (rx=0,819), dan skala <em>role ambiguity</em> (rx=0,821). Analisis hipotesis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi berganda dan <em>product moment Pearson</em>.
