Hambatan dan Strategi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Pendidik 教育资源开发障碍与战略

: Quality education is inseparable from the teaching resources that are the driving force of education. Indonesia is faced with the problem of the low quality of educators in the background with a very complex problem. Thus the author carries out this research aims to find out what the obstacles are in developing educator resources and what steps can be a way out to continue developing educator resources. This research obtained data and information through the literature review research method in which Google Scholar indexes scientific articles. The results obtained include obstacles in developing educator resources related to competence as an educator and educator welfare. Through these obstacles, the steps that can be a strategy for developing educator resources are professional development and competence through training institutions and universities. Programs such as professional education for teachers, workshops, seminars, and teachers' working group are strategies to improve educators' competencies. Improving the compensation system also encourages the development of educator resources so that educators are expected to provide the best educational services.
素质教育离不开教学资源,教学资源是教育的原动力。印尼面临着教育工作者素质低下的问题,在此背景下有着非常复杂的问题。因此,笔者开展本研究的目的是为了找出开发教育资源的障碍是什么,以及采取哪些措施可以继续开发教育资源。本研究通过谷歌Scholar检索科学文章的文献综述研究法获取数据和信息。研究结果表明,在教育工作者能力和教育工作者福利方面,教育工作者资源开发存在障碍。通过这些障碍,可以通过培训机构和大学的专业发展和能力开发教育资源的战略步骤。诸如教师专业教育、讲习班、研讨会和教师工作组等计划都是提高教育工作者能力的策略。完善薪酬制度还可以促进教育者资源的开发,使教育者能够提供最好的教育服务。

: In the 21st century education requires students to have 4C skills, one of which is critical thinking skills. Critical thinking skills can be trained in various ways, one of which is using teaching materials. The teaching materials developed in this study are Encyclopedia books. This study aims to describe the content validity of the encyclopedia of the Meliaceae family at Kebun Raya Banua to train students' critical thinking skills. The research is limited only with regard to content validation. This encyclopedia development research used the EDR (Educational Design Research) research method. The object of this research is an encyclopedia book. The subjects of this study were three experts as validators. The results of the validation test are stated in the valid category so that it is feasible as an alternative source of learning.

Efektivitas Google Meet Sebagai Media Pembelajaran Daring (Studi Kasus di UIN Fatmawati Sukarno Bengkulu) 谷歌Meet作为在线学习媒体的成效(案例研究发现苏加诺·班古鲁)

: The government policy in order to prevent the spread of Covid-19 makes lecture can be conducted via online. However, online lecture is not entirely effective because the availability of supporting media and signal limitations. One of the applications that can be used by lecturer is Google Meet. Google Meet application provides some features that can support free online lecture and the using of internet quota is more efficient or more stable. It makes students easier to access Google Meet as an online learning media. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of using Google Meet as an online learning media in UIN Fatmawati Soekarno Bengkulu. The research uses a qualitative method. The data collection method uses interviews as primary data. The results of this research shows that Google Meet is effective if it is used as an online learning media. It makes easier the delivery and understanding of lecture materials. The using of Google Meet is also efficient because it can be used anywhere and anytime as long as there is an internet network and another supporting media.

: This study aims to improve student learning outcomes using Solar System media on Solar System material grade VI SDN Larangan Badung 2. The subjects of this study were grade VI students of SDN Larangan Badung 2, as many as ten people. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the object of research in the form of cognitive abilities in Solar System material. The research was conducted as a cycle and divided into two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Solar System material is one of the materials that is quite difficult for students to understand. This material is complex and challenging to understand because the science is abstract. Learning activities in the classroom also tend to be monotonous and passive. Passive students usually indicate that these students lack understanding of the material provided. This is what causes the number of student learning outcomes to be low or can be said to be incomplete. Based on the study results, using Solar System media on Solar System material can improve student learning outcomes, and students become interested in participating in learning.

Pengembangan Modul Alat Optik Berbasis Permainan Edukatif Teka-Teki Silang 基于益智游戏的光学工具开发模块

: The optical instrument module based on educational crossword puzzles is a learning medium to increase students' understanding and interest in optical instrument material. The purpose of this study was to test the feasibility of a crossword-based physics module as a medium of learning for junior high school students. The crossword-based module was developed with a 4D model that was adapted to the ability of the researcher. The procedure applied is only up to the development stage, the trial is limited to 35 students of Physics Education, Yogyakarta State University. The feasibility assessment of this module contains 10 questions with 2 assessment aspects, content aspects and presentation aspects. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed using the successive interval method. Based on the module feasibility analysis, the overall aspect average is 3.25 with a very good category so that this crossword-based educational game module is feasible to use.
