Penerapan Metode Profile Matching Pada Perekrutan Karyawan untuk PT. Dinasti Motekar Group 使用调配方法招聘PT. khan Motekar集团的雇员

Human resources are particularly important factor in any corporation to support the successful corporation. Employee recruitment is a thing that is not separated from a human resources management activity. To have employee fit expectation of corporation, the right employee recruitment system is necessary to have employee in accordance with his or her expertise. In the process of employee recruitment, a supporting decision system is required. Method used to make the employee recruitment system is using Profile Matching. In this study is raised a cases; i.e. seeking for the best alternative for the recruitment of employee in PT. Dinasti Motekar Group. The Profile Matching was chosen as it can establish weight grade for each attribute, then it is continued by the ranking process to be able to select the best alternative from other alternatives. The best alternative, therefore, might be acquired based on specific criteria as they were established by the corporation. Index Terms—Employee Recruitment; Decision Support System; Profile Matching.

Evaluasi Penerimaan Sistem Perencanaan dan Penilaian Anak Didik menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model

Most teachers have difficulty in developing Learning Implementation Plans (RPP) due to the large number of instruments in the RPP that need to be made and adapted to the standard format. Likewise, when evaluating students, teachers need to look back at the lesson plan before conducting an assessment. Teacher activities in making lesson plans and assessing according to lesson plans are very time-consuming. Therefore, the Learning Planning and Assessment System for Students (SPADIK) was developed. This new application aimed to ease teacher effort in making learning plans and assessments for students at TK Khalifah Banjarmasin II. The teacher always welcomes the existence of new technology that can help their work. However, if the teacher cannot operate this new technology, they will certainly be in vain. Therefore, evaluation of acceptance of the SPADIK system is required by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). This study uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with six kindergarten teachers of Khalifah Banjarmasin II, where this system was implemented. Data from interviews with teachers then reduced to a short description following the variables in the TAM model. From the results of testing with the TAM model, it was concluded that SPADIK could be accepted and used well by the teachers.   Index Terms—evaluation; information system; RPP; students assessment; Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

Decision support system, or DSS, is a system to support decision making process. One commonly used method is TOPSIS. It is a method for decision making on multi-criteria issues, and is one of the simplest and easiest to understand. One of the functions of TOPSIS is to determine the most sold products. It requires a programming language called PHP to implement it on Website. PHP is a server-side programming language, so, all processes are conducted on server, then given to customers. Further, it requires a database for storing the data and software to manage the database is MySQL.

Aplikasi Penghubung Guru dan Orang Tua: e-Counseling

SMP Negeri 89 is the first formal secondary education institution used for teaching and learning activities. There are many ways to improve students ' performance and discipline in one way by engaging teachers and parents to periodically monitor the activities of students in school and at home using a still-ongoing contact book. Manually causing constraints in the form of students to forge signatures of parents and books often left at home by students not brought back to school. The purpose of this research is to create a student activity Monitoring application in school or at home. In building this system the author uses Waterfall method. While for assisting in system analysis and design we use Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Waterfall method for developing the application. The Results from this research in SMP Negeri 89 Jakarta can be concluded that with Website-based Teacher and Parental Liaison Applications can facilitate teachers and parents in monitoring students.

Support Vector Machine VS Information Gain: Analisis Sentimen Cyberbullying di Twitter Indonesia 支持向量机VS信息增益:情感分析

This study aims to clarify tweets on twitter using the Support Vector Machine and Information Gain methods. The clarification itself aims to find a hyperplane that separates the negative and positive classes. In the research stage, there is a system process, namely text mining, text processing which has stages of tokenizing, filtering, stemming, and term weighting. After that, a feature selection is made by information gain which calculates the entropy value of each word. After that, clarify based on the features that have been selected and the output is in the form of identifying whether the tweet is bully or not. The results of this study found that the Support Vector Machine and Information Gain methods have sufficiently maximum results.

One of the courses in D IV Informatics Engineering Department is Industrial Practices Work. This course is held to equip students of praxis in the world of software development. Unfortunately, so far the mechanism for implementing Industrial Practices Work is still in the conventional form. One of them is, for example, a student registers with the administration department of a study program, then requests a letter to be made to several software houses. In fact, sometimes the drafting of the request can be repeated in each group. This kind of process is very ineffective and slows down the performance of study programs. Therefore, through this research an information system was developed that could help to facilitate the implementation of Industrial Practices Work. The system development methodology used in this study is the waterfall method.

The Recent Covid Pandemic has brought to realization that more than ever digitalization of manual labor is of the utmost importance. Changes from manual processes to an automated process through software medium however often times resulted in several drawbacks. One of which is when the actual process being digitalized undergoes major changes then the software would have to be revised. This is the case for the website for registering internship. This research digitalizes a lot of previously still manual processes and applies changes in the process for registering, working, and grading internship program.

Youtube is the most popular video platform in the world today. Successful YouTubers can create videos that are widely viewed by many Youtube users around the world. A lot of viral videos on Youtube came from the United States. But, making viral videos on Youtube is a tough challenge, both for seasoned YouTubers and especially for new YouTubers. This research focuses on discovering the properties of these viral videos by clustering them into distinct clusters. K-Means algorithm is used for the clustering process. The purpose of this clustering process is to look for patterns in the data that were previously unseen. The result shows that the videos are divided into three clusters which are built from 3 variables; views, likes and dislikes. The patterns and insights found in this study can be useful for aspiring video makers who want to achieve success as a Youtuber.

Successful YouTubers can create videos that are widely viewed by many Youtube users around the world. A lot of viral videos on Youtube came from the United States. But, making viral videos on Youtube is a tough challenge, both for seasoned YouTubers and especially for new YouTubers. This research focuses on discovering the properties of these viral videos by clustering them into distinct clusters. K-Means algorithm is used for the clustering process. The purpose of this clustering process is to look for patterns in the data that were previously unseen. The result shows that the videos are divided into three clusters which are built from 3 variables; views, likes and dislikes. Rancang Bangun Website Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rantai Pasok Distribusi Sepatu Lokal 设计本地鞋配送链管理系统网站

Micro, small and medium enterprises (UMKM) in Indonesia is increasing every year. The increase in the number of UMKM has a significant impact on the Indonesian economy, so the government lowers the UMKM tax so that UMKM businesses develop rapidly. However, that does not make the other problems faced by the UMKM to be overcome. One problem that arises is the marketing and distribution of product results. The purpose of this research is to build a local shoe product distribution system based on a website to make it easier for resellers or shops to order shoes to the production. Processed data include retailer and store data, distributor data, product data, transaction data, and ordering data. Using the waterfall development model and using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to visualize system modeling. This research generates reports of every activity carried out in the system including reports for factories, distributors and retailers.

Apakah Youtuber Indonesia Kena Bully Netizen?

This study will examine the cyberbullying phenomenon that was experienced by Indonesian Youtubers in their Instagram comment section. Cyberbullying is the use of electronic communication to bully a person, typically by sending messages of an intimidating or threatening nature. Youtubers are the subject of this research due to their massive following, who constantly responds to every content posted on their Instagram page. The algorithm chosen to conduct this sentiment analysis was Support Vector Machine (SVM) due to their high accuracy percentage. The data used in this analysis was retrieved from 10 Indonesian Youtuber Instagram accounts. In order to analyze this data, several step was done including text mining, data cleansing, data modeling and applying model to test data. The result of analysis using an SVM model with an accuracy of 81.2% is 49.524% of comments on an Indonesian Youtuber comment section are considered as cyberbullying.
