Background:Fracture is a break or damage to the continuity of bone tissue caused by an external pressure that is greater than can be absorbed by the bone. Method:The research design was a case study using 2 postoperative femur fracture clients as subjects with acute pain nursing problems, nursing care was carried out for 3 consecutive days using cold compress therapy. Result:The results of the study showed acute pain by administering cold compress therapy, the problem was resolved by reducing pain scale to mild pain scale. Analysis:The results of the evaluation carried out by the researchers during the three days of treatment on both clients with postoperative femoral fracture problems found the diagnosis of acute pain was resolved. Conclusion:Non-pharmacological management of postoperative fracture patients with pain is to use cold compress therapy. Giving cold compresses can reduce pain, increase the release of endorphins which block the transmission of painful stimuli.

Background : Appendicitis is an inflammation of the appendix caused by a bacterial infection as the main cause. Method : This research design is a case study using 2 clients who experience postoperative appendicitis with acute pain nursing problems, nursing care is carried out for 3 consecutive days using non-pharmacological therapeutic interventions. Result: The results showed that acute pain with Benson relaxation and aromatherapy therapy, the problem was resolved by reducing the severe pain scale to a mild pain scale for both clients. Analysis : To carry out nursing care for clients who experience Post operational appendicitis with priority problems of Acute pain. Conclusion : Giving Benson relaxation therapy for 30 minutes will decrease pain receptors and stimulate the release of endophins so as to create a relaxed or calming state that can overcome complaints of postoperative pain after appendicitis this therapy is given for 3 days in a row.

Traditional plants that are allegedly able to facilitate breast milk, one of which is winged bean. The purpose of this study is to describe the nutritional content of winged bean. This research is a literature study using the traditional review method. Data were obtained from various literature sources by searching through the internet in the form of research results in the form of journals, articles, theses, theses, and dissertations both abroad and domestically. The results of this study are that winged bean contains complete nutrition that can increase milk production. Hormones that can increase milk production are prolactin and oxytocin hormones. The active compounds in winged bean are allegedly able to increase milk production. Winged bean may be an alternative to Galactogogue although it still needs further research

Background : The lack of knowledge about adolescent reproductive health can affect adolescent attitudes about premarital sex which creates the risk of unhealthy sexual acts that affect reproductive health. This study aims to determine the effect of adolescent reproductive health knowledge on premarital sexual attitudes. Method : This study used an observational analytic survey method with a cross sectional approach. The sample was taken using Proportional Random Sampling with a sample of 60 respondents, namely 21 students of class X, 17 students of class XI and 22 students of class XII, then analyzed using the Spearman Rank Test. Results : The P-value is 0.021 < (α = 0.05), which means that there is a relationship between adolescent reproductive health knowledge and premarital sexual attitudes. Conclution : Adolescents who have good knowledge about reproductive health will have a positive attitude in preventing teenage pregnancy which is included in premarital sexual attitudes
