An original approach to constructing test model for IMA blueprints 为IMA蓝图构建测试模型的一种新颖方法

The system configuration is an import aspect of Integrated Modular Avionics systems. These IMA blueprints are configured based on ASSAC and ARINC653 standards by analyzing all the requirements. Application requirements, such as required memory, communication, period, deadline and execution time, are stipulated in the blueprint. Hardware resources are also described in the blueprint. Moreover, the mapping of the application software onto the underlying hardware resource also on the blueprint. There are a lot of non- functional logical constraints in the blueprint configuration information. Previously, the analysis of the blueprint configuration information is mainly to ensure that the system functions properly. However, as a safety-critical system, IMA blueprints also need non-functional constraints testing. In this paper, we focus on the IMA blueprint and present an original approach to the construction of the test model. To build IMA blueprint model, we describe the configuration information by using ARINC653 Annex. An improved time automaton model is used as a test model for IMA system characteristics. The test model is a system environment model that can be used for generating the specific test sequence based on the non-functional logical constraints.

Non-safety-related software in the context of railway RAMS standards 铁路RAMS标准中的非安全相关软件

This paper considers the up-to-date railway RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) standards, i.e. EN 5012X series and FprEN 50657, and provides an overview of different definitions and requirements upon non-safety-related software in the context of those standards.

Does the Chinese airline network become more robust over time? 随着时间的推移,中国的航空网络是否会变得更加强大?

Currently, China has the fastest growing air transportation market in the world. Resilience to external events is critical to ensure an efficient and reliable transportation of passengers. This study investigates the robustness of the Chinese airline network under disruptions at their critical airports as well as the evolution of the networks' robustness from the year 2010 to 2015. Among the 24 Chinese airline networks in our study, we find that the topological properties of the networks differ significantly for these airlines. Each airline has its own few dominating hubs, where the number of hubs varies among airlines. Analysis of the robustness for the 24 Chinese airline networks show that they are quite robust against random failures, but the networks disintegrate quickly under targeted attacks. Evolutionary analysis of the robustness on a monthly resolution from 2010 to 2015 showed that the robustness does not change significantly over time for individual airline network, although the robustness measure R values vary for different airlines. This shows that the ongoing efforts to increase the resilience should be adjusted to better meet future needs for more reliable transportation. Our work contributes to a better understanding of the Chinese air transportation systems.

Health state modeling for complex manufacturing system based on RQR chain and Hidden Markov Model 基于RQR链和隐马尔可夫模型的复杂制造系统健康状态建模

With the advent of Industry 4.0, the structure and function of the manufacturing system are becoming more and more complicated. Fault diagnosis and health management with predictive ability are the prerequisite for the effective and intelligent operation of the manufacturing system. Different from previous studies about the Prognostics and Health Management are always confined to the static modeling of the basic reliability of system components, a novel approach based on the big operational data and Hidden Markov Model is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the RQR chain is proposed to organize the big operational data, which includes the manufacturing system reliability (R) data, manufacturing process quality (Q) data and the produced product reliability (R) data. Secondly, a new concept of the health state of the manufacturing system is presented to highlight the operational performance of the production task. Thirdly, evolution of the key quality characteristics is adopted to fuse the big operational data, and the Hidden Markov Model (HMM) is used to model the health state of manufacturing systems. Finally, a case study of a manufacturing system for cylinder head is carried out to verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The final result shows that the proposed model has favorable dynamic modeling and prognostication capabilities.

Effect of structural design of hyperbolic wire spring connector on reliability of electrical contacts 双曲线弹簧连接器结构设计对电触点可靠性的影响

Hyperbolic wire spring connectors have been widely used in some systems with high reliability requirements. The contact force is a key point to keep reliable electric contact. In this paper, firstly the range of contact force of existing hyperbolic wire spring connector was calculated by both the theory of mechanics of materials and finite element analysis. Then the allowed extreme contact forces which fulfills the requirements of contact resistance and deformation performance of the hyperbolic wire spring connector was also calculated. Finally, the contact reliability of the hyperbolic wire spring connectors was assessed by the contact force of existing connector and the allowed extreme contact force.

Research on physics-of-failure model for electromigration damage accumulation under multi-level stress profile based on accelerated factor 基于加速因子的多级应力剖面电迁移损伤累积失效物理模型研究

The problem which is paid attention in this paper is that existing physics-of-failure model cannot input and calculate complex multi-level stress environmental profile when making simulating calculation of microelectronic devices' using reliability. A physical model for electro-migration failure is analyzed as an example. We make cumulative calculation and improvement using theory of accelerated factor, and the general function of physics-of-failure model for electro-migration damage accumulation under multi-level stress profile is set up. This model can achieve simulation and prediction of cycle time before failure under multi-level stress profile. At the end of this paper, an instance of multi-level stress profile's calculation is provided.

IMA dynamic reconfiguration modeling and resource criticality analysis based on Petri net 基于Petri网的IMA动态重构建模与资源临界性分析

Integrated Modular Avionics (IMA) system is becoming more complex because of the integration of system functions. However, the highly coupled modules result in a dramatic increase in the complexity of the system, which will cause safety issues due to the complex interactions. The dynamic reconfiguration of IMA system can make the aircraft execute the functions without landing, and recover from the fault quickly. However, the dynamic reconfiguration process is more prone to bringing about safety problems because of the dynamic resource configuration changes. Due to the complexity of the system, it is hard to find out which step of the dynamic reconfiguration process appears error with the resource call. In this paper, analysis on resource criticality is applied. First, the dynamic reconfiguration process is divided into a certain number of tasks. According to the resource that is needed to perform each task, then the key resources is determined for the completion of the task. The system is modeled with AADL and translated into Petri net. The resource's criticality calculation of the IMA dynamic reconfiguration process is established. It can be a great use in analyzing the safety and reliability of dynamic reconfiguration, to identify the exact location of the problem during the resource call.

with the help of the base installations of network services, mobile networks and pervasive computing, numerous real-time data information of external environment is available from the Internet and is valuable for autonomous vehicles to improve decision-making. Accordingly, in this paper, an approach is provided to collect useful data from the Internet and discover knowledge from these data. The paper introduces the principles and procedures of the approach detailedly. The approach is featured with low cost, easy deployment and can be widely used in many kinds of autonomous vehicles.

Failure rate prediction based on AR model and residual correction 基于AR模型和残差校正的故障率预测

Based on the study of advantages and disadvantages of the traditional AR model (autoregressive model) and the characteristics of failure rate prediction, an AR model based on neural network residual correction is proposed in this paper. The basic idea is to establish the AR model first to obtain the residual sequence, and next construct the neural network residual prediction model using the residual sequence, and then correct the predicted value of the original AR model using the residual value predicted by the model. The combined model is used to predict the failure rate of a kind of Boeing aircraft. It is proved that this model is suitable for short-term failure rate prediction, and the accuracy of the prediction results is better than that of the single AR model.
在研究传统AR模型(自回归模型)的优缺点和故障率预测特点的基础上,提出了一种基于神经网络残差校正的AR模型。其基本思路是先建立AR模型获取残差序列,然后利用残差序列构造神经网络残差预测模型,再利用模型预测的残差值对原AR模型的预测值进行校正。利用该组合模型对某型波音飞机的故障率进行了预测。结果表明,该模型适用于短期故障率预测,预测结果的准确性优于单一AR模型。

Non - destructive leakage detection of ship pipeline based on dynamic pressure signals 基于动压信号的船舶管道泄漏无损检测

In this paper, a non-destructive leak detection method for ship fluid pipelines is proposed by the means of piezoelectric sensors. The advantages and disadvantages of existing pipeline leakage detection are compared and the working principle of pipeline leak detection based on piezoelectric dynamic pressure transmitter is introduced. The frequency and domain characteristics of the pipeline leakage signal based on the piezoelectric dynamic pressure transmitter are analyzed and the corresponding detection and positioning methods are given as well. Practical applications show that this method can quickly and accurately determine whether a leak occurred and calculate the leak location.
本文提出了一种基于压电传感器的船舶流体管道无损泄漏检测方法。比较了现有管道泄漏检测方法的优缺点,介绍了基于压电动压变送器的管道泄漏检测的工作原理。分析了基于压电动压变送器的管道泄漏信号的频域特征,给出了相应的检测定位方法。实际应用表明,该方法能快速准确地判断是否发生泄漏,并计算出泄漏位置。
