As most of the LSPs (Language Service Providers) are developing their business with the help of AI technologies, the translation industry is gradually reformed by technological means. The changes in translation market require languages professionals to adjust their attitudes and methods to technologies. As for translation majors in colleges, we also need to pay attention to the application of AI translation technologies. In this paper, I would like to, firstly, give a brief introduction of current mainstream of AI translation technologies and then, secondly, I will have a discussion on challenges and opportunities that we are facing in translation teaching.

Context is the set of circumstances surrounding an act of speech, media working as a context has great influence on the ideological and political education discourse. Behind the rigorous media technology system is the conception of the world, social norms and perception patterns, which provide people with the way and discourse to understand the world. It is the interaction between media, information and people that mass media enter into the discourse of ideological and political education. However, there are still various challenges in the application of the media such as the ability of educators to use media needs to be strengthened, the media has lack of attraction, and all kinds of media fight as an independent unit, without realizing the resultant force. The ideological and political education discourse media context should be optimized under the following principles: both theoretical and practical principles, the combination of purpose and permeability principles, the combination of knowledge and interest principles. With the guidance of these principles, many measures should be taken to optimize the media context: Firstly, the cross-border thinking should be held and the shackles of traditional thinking should be transcended when choosing and designing the media. Secondly, media tends to be the optimal blending of oral media, text media and image media based on the utilization of various media carriers to achieve complementary advantages. Thirdly, educators should treat the new media of network education platform with an open and inclusive attitude and the courage of innovation and change.

Different from the specialized courses of general education, the core courses of humanistic education (classical reading and writing) has its own characteristics instead of specialized domain knowledge. In terms of the discussion of humanistic thoughts, classical reading can better reflect the characteristics of humanistic education than writing. This paper emphasizes the combination of language and culture in “Advanced English”, which effectively integrates the Internet and humanistic knowledge teaching to increase the background and cultural knowledge of English-speaking countries. With the help of the Internet, some humanistic knowledge could be available, and it benefits the teaching and learning of the course.

English grammar is deep and thus difficult for Chinese students. Some students think that English grammar cannot be mastered by Chinese students for its large volume. Some students often like to learn English grammar with Chinese thinking mode, thus it leads to some jokes in life. In fact, there are some scientific rules in English grammars. If teachers can use scientific ways to teach students English grammar, students will grasp them better than their imagining. In this paper, the author communicates her teaching experiences in English grammar and figures out her the problems in her teaching in English grammar. The author used investigation method to collect data for the paper, at the same time, some comparisons are also used, which are necessary for the author to study more scientific teaching methods. INTRODUCTION In recent years, with the development of China, the development of English teaching is also paid more attention to. So many people spend their time in learning English in different ages. As for students, English becomes the necessary subject in every examination. Because of the importance of English for Chinese students, teaching English also becomes an important task for English teachers in China. As one of the elements for students, grammar plays important roles for their learning. In some universities, English grammar has been canceled because some leaders think that English grammar can be learned in Middle School. In fact, as for some freshmen in universities, they are eager to learn English grammar systematically in universities for passing some examinations. Especially for students not being majored in English, they hope to have a further chance to learn English grammar in deeper ways. The phenomena lies mainly in two reasons. The first one is on their eagerness on passing CET-4 and CET-6, which depends on learning English grammar in a degree. The second one is on their further improving their oral English and their normal communication, which also depends on English grammar greatly. At the same time, English grammar is also beneficial for any other subjects, which is the basis for some other subjects in English major. It is the necessary element for later learning. _________________ School of Literature, Law and Foreign Language, WuChang University of Technology, Wuhan,
