Yakesma (Aceh Community Welfare Foundation) in Kajhu Village, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar, focuses on nurturing management by recruiting foster parents and volunteers to assist groups of abandoned children and, primarily, survivors of sexual violence. Child survivors of sexual violence have experienced deep psychological trauma, which requires continuous psychological assistance. The presence of volunteers is significant in accompanying these survivors so that they can recover from the psychological trauma they have experienced. However, not all volunteers have psychological abilities and practical communication skills. This community service aims to equip Yakesma volunteers with the two abilities needed to help themselves when interacting with survivors of sexual violence to recover from their mental health issues—the community service through workshop and practicum methods. The results of psychological assistance and effective communication received a positive response from the volunteers, encouraging them to write their stories as self-healing. The outputs of community service are training modules and an anthology book of volunteer stories that can be referenced to assist survivors of sexual violence in other institutions.

Alue Naga Village in Banda Aceh City is a village that has a river and is directly adjacent to the sea, so this village has the potential to produce oysters. Oyster shell waste is usually dumped on the banks of the river, into the river, or thrown back into the oyster farm. This results in land and water pollution. This pollution can cause rivers to become shallow; if this continues, it can result in natural disasters such as floods. Therefore, Therefore, this service aims to provide education and training related to oyster shell waste into something more valuable. This activity also involved CV. Natural Aceh Food is a forum for the community to market its products. The production process required ±5 minutes to grind 8 kilos of oyster shells and produce 7.7 kilos of oyster shell powder. Fish farmers in Buket village already have basic catfish farming skills using soil ponds and biofloc. Obstacles occur when harvesting catfish simultaneously causes oversupply so that catfish prices fall and if they are not harvested immediately, farmers will experience losses due to feed needs that continue to increase along with the growth of catfish. Therefore, the purpose of this service activity is to manage financial management and help market the results of catfish rearing with biofloc technology that is converted into smoked catfish, and increase the value of the results of processing smoked catfish products. This service activity uses educational, participatory, survey, and persuasive methods. This community service activity consists of several stages, namely: (1) Socialization and coordination of activities (2) catfish smoking techniques (3) smoked catfish marketing techniques. Evaluation of service participants' success and satisfaction rate was carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the level of satisfaction and success 80-90% of partners are satisfied with this service activity. This service activity provides positive knowledge and motivation to partners.

The community of Lamtamot Village makes agriculture and plantations their primary income, especially areca nut plantations. The community has not used areca nut leaf waste to be used as products. The purpose of this paper was to determine the knowledge and sustainability of the utilization of areca nut leaf sheaths into creative local products and can increase household income for the community of Lamtamot Village. The activity began with distributing questionnaires before service activities (pre-test), socialization, distributing questionnaires after socialization activities (post-test), testing tools, and promotions. The results of the evaluation showed an increase in the level of knowledge and understanding of areca nut farmers and the community regarding the utilization of areca nut leaf sheaths into products that can be used and marketed. The highest moisture content test result on the areca nut leaf sheaths to be printed was 16.04%. In comparison, the lowest moisture content was 9.7%. The ideal leaf sheaths for printing were 12-16%. The next step was the testing of the areca nut leaf sheaths printing tools (machine manufacturer and plate production) to be able to form plates and curves as packaging. The community can operate the machine because the machine was very simple even though it uses a manual jack. The pre-test results from the questionnaire showed that 84 % of the respondents had no knowledge regarding the utilization of areca nut leaf sheaths. After completing the introduction of tools and explanations, 92% of the respondents already have knowledge of the utilization of the areca nut leaf sheath treatment, and 32% have the desire to develop an areca waste processing business. Products marketing is carried out online, supported by the ability of the public to access e-commerce accounts.

Application of the 3Rs in the form of reuse, reduce, and recycle organic waste is the best program in environmental conservation, because it prioritizes the treatment of organic waste from its source. One form of recycling market organic waste by its utilization in the form of Eco Enzyme (EE). The treatment of market organic waste had been carried out by Dayah Baitul Qur'an to gain self-supporting funds for Dayah's operational necessity by producing and marketing EE products. The training covered several activities, mainly increasing knowledge (cognitive aspect) and changing habits (affective aspect) and practices (psychomotor aspect). The degree of understanding measurement was carried out by pre-test and post-test using the Likert scale. Based on pre-test results, the lowest score of 4 and the highest 9, with the modus value of 6 (31.25%) and the average value was 59.38%, classified as a moderate degree of understanding on the Likert scale. The post-test resulted in the lowest score of 7 and the highest 10, with the modus value of 10 (62.50%) and the average value was 93.33%, classified as an excellent degree of understanding on the Likert scale. Based on the activity results, it can be concluded that the Eco Enzyme Service based on organic waste increases public understanding of waste management and the economic benefits of organic waste treatment.
