PV System Integration Assessment by Automated Monte Carlo Simulation in DIgSILENT PowerFactory 基于自动化蒙特卡罗仿真的DIgSILENT PowerFactory光伏系统集成评估

In recent years, the number of requests for connection of PV systems to the medium voltage distribution network has been significantly increasing. In order to approve a connection, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the integration impacts on the grid. In this paper, a two-step quasi-dynamic network simulation in DIgSILENT PowerFactory automated by Python scripting is proposed. In the first step, based on statistics of meteorological parameters and consumer load profiles, long-term hourly sequences of PV system power production and load of all consumers were artificially generated. In the second step, a Monte Carlo simulation applied to IEEE 33-bus system with an integrated PV system was performed. As illustrative results, the voltage profile and active power losses are shown and discussed.

Self induced transparency pulses in transmon base quantum metamaterials 透射基量子超材料中的自诱导透明脉冲

In this paper, we analyze the possible utilization of the short electromagnetic pulse for qubit state storage and for qubit manipulation. We analyze the properties of the electromagnetic pulse properties on characteristic preparation of the qubit register as well as on the pulse duration and determined the conditions under which it can be used as a medium for storing the qubit state, as well as for the qubit state manipulation.

A new dynamical model for solving rotation averaging problem 求解旋转平均问题的一种新的动力学模型

The paper analyzes the rotation averaging problem as a minimization problem for a potential function of the corresponding gradient system. This dynamical system is one generalization of the famous Kuramoto model on special orthogonal group SO(3), which is known as the non-Abelian Kuramoto model. We have proposed a novel method for finding weighted and unweighted rotation average. In order to verify the correctness of our algorithms, we have compared the simulation results with geometric and projected average using real and random data sets. In particular, we have discovered that our method gives approximately the same results as geometric average.

Impact of Complementary Integration of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations and Photovoltaics on Voltage Quality and Voltage Stability 电动汽车充电站与光伏互补集成对电压质量和电压稳定性的影响

This paper investigates the influence of electric vehicle charging station variations for the cases with and without supplementary renewable sources integration, concentrating on symmetry and voltage stability of the network. The study was performed on a realistic low voltage network using is the load flow analysis in DIgSILENT Power Factory software and P-V method. The analysis is based on defined variations for analysis of the baseline variation and electric vehicles with and no additional source as the PV system. It was demonstrated that the complementary operation of EVs and PV can, if planned properly, improve the power system voltage quality parameters.

Design and Implementation of an Uninterruptible Power Supply for Command and Control Center of the Surveillance, Alert & Warning System 监控报警系统指挥控制中心不间断电源的设计与实现

The Surveillance, Alert & Warning System (SAWS) is used for surveillance and warning about the potential causes of public dangers in specific areas. The system acquires all the necessary data which represent the state of objects which might cause the potential emergency and dangers, and in case that an emergency situation arises, the system is used for general, partial or selective warning of the population in the endangered area about the danger’s occurrence and its cease. The SAWS which is very important, is managed from the Command and Control Center (CCC). The importance of this system is evidenced by the fact that it has data transmission on two transmission paths (WiFi and UHF). The role of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is very important, because in case of loss of mains power 230V, 50Hz, it should take over the power. The control system should provide a very fast switch to the backup power supply without interruption and voltage failure of the SAWS. The implemented UPS system consists of the following the most important elements: (1) mains charger with PFC, (2) battery bank, (3) inverter and (4) electronic fast static switch. In case of loss of mains power, the required duration of independent operation, i.e. autonomy of the system is about 24 hours. The paper will present the results of design and implementation, as well as the key experimental results obtained during the testing of the power supply system and it’s commissioning in exploitation.

Internet of Things from a regulatory point of view 物联网从监管的角度来看

This paper examines the Internet of Things (IoT) as a critical area of interest to regulatory authorities. Although the IoT technologies are driven by market forces, without facilitation from the regulatory authority IoT rollout would be challenging. IoT is a major trend with enormous possibilities, potential advantages, and side effects. Since regulatory authorities have a key role in customer protection, fostering innovation and growth, the outdated or nonexistent regulatory framework for the IoT could be one of the barriers for the IoT long term growth and avoiding the side effects could be difficult to achieve.

Eye Detection Model for Assessing the Working Capacities of Employees 评估员工工作能力的眼检测模型

The model introduced in the paper deals with the assessment of the working capacity of employees by iris recognition, and pupil recognition. Employers gravitate to ensure that workers who come to work have maximum efficiency at work. Eye detection model for assessing the working capacities of employees has that goal. The CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks) recognize the eye on the employee’s face and selects the best image for further processing. The image selected by CNN is further processed using the Hough transformation. The post-process involves the application of Canny edge detection and segmentation to find a circle representing the iris. Using the iris recognition algorithm, we determine deviant states and assess the working ability of the employee. The model was tested on a predetermined dataset and the test results are about 90% accurate.

Predicting the Total Energy Potential for Different Plant Species Using Artificial Neural Networks 利用人工神经网络预测不同植物总能势

The use of waste wood and agricultural biomass as renewable energy sources has in recent years been a practical and reliable way to obtain energy in most EU countries. Numerous scientific and practical researches are focused on the possibilities of using different sources of waste wood and plant biomass for energy purposes, as well as for other possible needs. A well-planned supply chain of waste wood and plant biomass in Serbia, with appropriate preparatory technologies, can significantly influence the rational use of available resources. This paper presents the application of artificial neural networks in predicting the energy potential of waste from agricultural production. The paper uses data from certain territories of the Republic of Serbia. The results indicate the possibilities of successful use of neural networks in the analysis of the energy potential of individual territories.

Audio Signal Mapping into Spectrogram-Based Images for Deep Learning Applications 音频信号映射到基于谱图的图像用于深度学习应用

Various features generated from raw audio signals can be used as an input of a deep learning model. They include hand-crafted features such as mel-frequency cepstral coefficients, two-dimensional time-frequency representations and raw audio data. In most cases, the time-frequency representations are related to so-called spectrogram-based images. Having an image at the deep learning input enables to apply performance improvement accumulated in video and image processing. However, spectrogram-based images have some specific properties that should be taken into account when a deep learning model is designed. This paper deals with mapping of audio signals into the most common spectrogram-based images. Some unique properties of these images as well as the way how they are generated are analyzed here for a particular case of fridge sounds.

Performance simulation for LCR of 5G wireless system with L-branch SC receiver in k-µ fading and Nakagami-m interference channel l支路SC接收机5G无线系统在k- μ衰落和Nakagami-m干扰信道下的LCR性能仿真

In this paper, statistical characteristics of a wireless 5G communication system with an L-branch selection combining (SC) receiver, are studied. The signal undergoes a small-scale κ-μ fading and Nakagami-m co-channel interference (CCI). We implement the SC receiver to reduce the effects of multipath fading to both outage probability and bit error probability. For the given conditions, level crossing rate (LCR) of the signal to interference ratio at the output of SC receiver is evaluated. The derived expression can be used to evaluate average fade duration (AFD) of the proposed radio communication system. The impact of the Rician factor and the short-term Nakagami-m fading severity parameter on the level crossing rate is discussed. Furthermore, we implement the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU)-accelerated simulation and linear optimization for planning the optimal 5G mobile network within a smart city. The programme results in noticeable increase in the rate of calculations of LCR for the communication channel under described conditions.
