Investigation d’une épidémie de coqueluche dans le district sanitaire Tahoua département, Région de Tahoua, Niger, 2019: Etude descriptive des cas 2019年尼日尔塔瓦地区塔瓦省卫生区百日咳疫情调查:描述性病例研究

été administré aux malades ou aux mères ou accompagnants des nourrissons. Une revue documentaire et une recherche active des cas ont été réalisées. Résultats: Au total, 108 cas de coqueluche ont été enregistrés. Aucun décès n'a été notifié. Le sexe masculin représentait 60,2% des cas. L'âge médian était de 7 ans intervalle interquartile IIQ (2-14 ans). Parmi les cas, 17(15,7%) étaient âgés de moins de 5 ans. Deux villages du CSI Affala ont enregistré des cas. Tous les enfants présentaient une toux et 14,8% des cas étaient vaccinés. La durée de l'épidémie était de 14 jours. Conclusion: L' investigation de cette épidémie a permis de décrire les cas et mettre en place des mesures de contrôle et de prévention. La vaccination de routine contre la coqueluche devrait être renforcée.

Profil épidémiologique des paralysies flasques aiguës (PFA) de 2009 à 2018 en Guinée 几内亚2009 - 2018年急性弛缓性麻痹(afp)的流行病学概况

des cas de PFA investigués dans les 48 heures de notification était de 90,38%. Dans 96,14% des cas, deux échantillons de selles avaient été prélevés et envoyés au laboratoire dans les 14 jours, seulement 72,51% étaient arrivés à temps. Parmi les cas, 70,07% avaient rec ̧ u au moins 3 doses de vaccin polio oral. Conclusion: Les indicateurs de performance de PFA en Guinée répondaient aux normes de l'OMS. Cependant, la proportion d'échantillons de selles envoyés au laboratoire à temps était faible, d'où la nécessité de mettre en place une politique cohérente de transport des échantillons

Investigation d’une épidémie de coqueluche à Dialakon, Mali, 2016 2016年马里迪亚康百日咳疫情调查

Introduction: From January 2008 to June 2016, Mali reported no cases of pertussis. In July 2016, Bafoulabé reported 38 suspected cases of pertussis in the village of Djombomadji in Dialakon. The objective this investigation was to describe this outbreak in time, place and person. Methods: We conducted a descriptive cross-sectional study in Dialakon from March to August 2016. A suspected case of pertussis was any person presenting paroxysmal cough with or without vomiting, fever, dyspnoea or sneezing. We conducted an active case search. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analysed for time, place and person. Results: A total of 112 suspected cases of pertussis were recorded out of 7238 inhabitants (attack rate: 16/1000) with zero deaths. The median age was 4 years, range 3 months-13 years, 52% were female. Of the cases, 4% were fully vaccinated against pertussis. All cases were from the village of Djombomadji. The epidemic started on 10 March, with two peaks on 16 May and 16 June 2016, with 20 and 16 cases respectively. The number of cases then gradually decreased until 26 July 2016 when the last 2 cases were recorded. Conclusions: The epidemic lasted 5 months, the majority of cases occurred on 16 May 2016, (they)were female, unvaccinated and from Djombomadji village. All cases were treated, unvaccinated children were vaccinated and the population was sensitised.
