This study aims to determine Fund Size, Turnover Ratio, inflation and interest rates on the performance of conventional mixed mutual funds during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. Sources of data used in this study is secondary data. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the results of the sig value of Fund Size and Turnover Ratio <0.05 while the sig value of inflation and interest rates> 0.05 so it can be concluded that the t-test results indicate that Fund Size and Turnover Ratio have a significant effect on mutual fund performance, while inflation and interest rates have no significant effect on mutual fund performance

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of central government transfers to local governments in the current era of autonomy as a form of fiscal decentralization as a form of eliminating inequality in Indonesia. The writing method uses qualitative methods with comprehensive analysis and obtaining secondary data. Central Government and the use of public funds according to the priorities and aspirations of the community. Therefore, conditions like this, the role of private investment and regionally-owned companies are highly expected as the main drivers of regional economic growth and development. This means that fiscal decentralization in this autonomous era cannot be said to be fully effective

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the process of communicating the social and environmental impact of a company's economic actions within a particular community group and in society as a whole. Sustainable development with a progressive business model defines a business concept that combines income and economic benefits with genuine social and environmental sustainability. Thus, sustainable development is related to CSR. CSR in Indonesia has been implemented by most companies in Indonesia but there are still many that are not on target. This study aims to determine the application of CSR in mining companies and sustainable economic development in South Kalimantan. This research is a descriptive research with a case study approach. The result of the discussion is that CSR has been implemented by mining companies in South Kalimantan. The programs that have been implemented are the provision of scholarships, MSME training, PAUD/ TK teacher training, student internship programs, and blood donations.

This study aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere, Promotion, and Product Variations on Purchase Decisions at Pizza Hut Area, West Jakarta. This research is causal associative research, using multiple linear regression analysis method. The population of this research is the consumers of Pizza Hut Area, West Jakarta. The sample in this study was taken using non-probability sampling with accidental sampling method (convenience sampling) with a total of 130 respondents. The statistical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing using SPSS statistics software. The results of this study indicate, Store Atmosphere, Promotion, and Product Variations simultaneously and significantly influence the Purchase Decision. Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product variations have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. To improve Purchase Decisions at the West Jakarta Pizza Hut Area, West Jakarta Pizza Hut Area is expected to pay more attention to how to improve Store Atmosphere, Promotion and Product Variations in order to improve Purchase Decisions at West Jakarta Pizza Hut Area

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of working capital and labor on the income of salt pond farmers in Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency. This study uses quantitative methods with questionnaires, documentation, and observation data collection techniques. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of determination (R2), and hypothesis testing. This data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 78 respondents, namely smallholder salt pond farmers in Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency. The results of this study prove that partially working capital and labor have a significant effect on the income of smallholder salt pond farmers in Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency. Simultaneously working capital and labor have a significant effect on the income of salt farmers in Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency.

The issue of inflation is a very important indicator in terms of maintaining economic stability. It can be said that inflation is one of the important factors influencing the economic growth of a country. Economic growth is a goal to be achieved by every country. Keynesian theory states that in the short run, national output and employment are determined primarily by aggregate demand. When the inflation rate increases, which is followed by an increase in interest rates, investors will borrow capital from banks to expand their investment range, which in turn will affect economic growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation on economic growth in Indonesia using the OLS model. This study uses a quantitative approach method. Data collection method using secondary data. The data analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method with calculations performed through the SPSS program. Pancasila is the basis of the state as well as the guideline for the life of the Indonesian people whose moral values are taken from the ancestral culture of the Indonesian nation. Pancasila is also implemented in the economic sector initiated by Mohammad Hatta, namely Pancasila economy. This economic system is based on the values of Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) to increase welfare. Cooperatives are a form of implementation of the Pancasila economy in Indonesia which has been growing in the past. Cooperatives in Indonesia are constantly experiencing developments, challenges, and competition with other business entities. This study aims to determine the development of cooperatives in Indonesia with a literature review method with a qualitative approach. Based on the research results, cooperatives in Indonesia are quite good and need development efforts to be more optimal.

The purpose of the study was to find out about the analysis of the effect of capital, labor and raw materials on the income of PKL boran rice in Lamongan District. The variables used in this study are Capital (X1), Labor (X2) and Raw Materials (X3) and Income (Y). Data were collected through questionnaires filled out by boran rice traders in Lamongan District. The sample in this study were 30 respondents. The type of research used is a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test with the help of the SPSS program. Based on the results show that all variables, namely Capital, Labor and Raw Materials have a significant effect on the income of boran rice traders in Lamongan District. Based on the results of the t test on the X1 variable, it shows that the capital t count (X1) is 9.062 > t table 2.05183 and the significance value for the modal variable (X1) is 0.000 which is smaller than the level of = 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). From these results it can be concluded that Capital (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the income of boran rice in Lamongan District. Thus in this study reject the hypothesis H0. Variable X2 shows the t count of labor (X2) is 3.403 > t table 2.05183 and the significance value for the labor variable (X2) is 0.002 which is stated to be smaller than 0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that the labor variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the income of boran rice in Lamongan District. Thus in this study reject the hypothesis H0. Variable X3 shows the t count of raw materials (X3) is 3.532 > t table 2.05183 and the significance value for the raw material variable (X3) is 0.002, which is lower than 0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that the raw material variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the income of boran rice in Sidokumpul Village, Lamongan District. Thus in this study reject the hypothesis H0. The result of the F test is 224.314 with a significant level of 0.000. Because the significance value is smaller than 0.05. Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected so that capital (X1), labor (X2) and raw materials (X3) together affect the income (Y) of boran rice. in Lamongan District, Lamongan Regency

From these results it can be concluded that Capital (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the income of boran rice in Lamongan District. Thus in this study reject the hypothesis H0. Variable X2 shows the t count of labor (X2) is 3.403 > t table 2.05183 and the significance value for the labor variable (X2) is 0.002 which is stated to be smaller than 0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that the labor variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the income of boran rice in Lamongan District. Thus in this study reject the hypothesis H0. Variable X3 shows the t count of raw materials (X3) is 3.532 > t table 2.05183 and the significance value for the raw material variable (X3) is 0.002, which is lower than 0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that the raw material variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on the income of boran rice in Sidokumpul Village, Lamongan District. Thus in this study reject the hypothesis H0. The result of the F test is 224.314 with a significant level of 0.000. Because the significance value is smaller than 0.05. This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of organizational change and compensation on the performance of hotel employees in Madiun City due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample with a total of 123 employees of five-star hotels in Madiun City. The research was conducted in a survey phase, distributing questionnaires and processing data. Data collection used primary data in the form of questionnaires which were distributed directly and processed using multiple linear regression method. while data processing used SPSS 24. The results of the study partially show that organizational change and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of hotel employees in Madiun City. The results of the research simultaneously show that organizational changes and compensation simultaneously affect the performance of hotel employees in Madiun City
