An Examination for Impression Word Extraction of Clothing 服装印象词提取的检验

A questionnaire survey on clothing for the visually impaired people revealed that many women in particular have a strong desire to enjoy fashion on their own. Visually impaired can not purchase clothing without the assistance of the sighted. Based on this background, there are several studies on clothing selection support for the visually impaired, and some of them have been commercialized. However, there are only a few studies that support the visually impaired people’s clothing selection by recognizing clothing impression (casual, formal, etc.). Therefore, we design a feature extraction model by deep learning using DeepFashion, a clothing dataset, and investigate a method to extract impression words from clothing images.

Analysis and application of interface design elements for mobile platform 移动平台界面设计要素分析与应用

Now we have entered an information age. Mobile Internet has brought infinite convenience to people’s life. With the development of mobile products becoming the necessity of the development of the times, the requirements for mobile interface visual design are becoming higher and higher. This paper expounds the background of mobile interface design, mobile platform, basic concepts and design ideas of mobile interface design, and analyzes the relationship between the three. Combined with specific mobile interface design cases, this paper uses the idea of human-computer interaction and Gestalt theory to optimize mobile interface design, and focuses on the visual application of design elements in mobile interface design, so as to improve the user experience of mobile products and further meet the needs of users.

An Improved Faster R-CNN Transmission Line Bolt Defect Detection Method 一种改进的R-CNN传输线螺栓缺陷快速检测方法

With the continuous development of deep learning, how to use computer vision technology to accurately locate bolts and identify defects in complex natural backgrounds has become a common problem faced by both academia and industry. Aiming at the problems of slow detection speed and high false detection rate in current bolt defect detection, an improved Faster R-CNN bolt defect detection algorithm for transmission lines is proposed. First, with Faster R-CNN as the basic framework, through the experimental comparison of three different backbone networks, ResNeSt with higher detection accuracy is selected as the backbone network. Second, the feature extraction network and feature pyramid FPN structure are improved. Then, the improved Faster R-CNN model is trained on the transmission line bolt defect dataset. Finally, the application verification is carried out with the inspection on the transmission line above 110kV of a provincial power company. The results show that the method in this paper can assist the inspectors to quickly screen and locate the defective bolts in the high-resolution UAV image, thus greatly improving the inspection efficiency. Check work efficiency.

In recent years, with the rapid development and wide application of modern information technology, the management environment and management concept of enterprises have been changed. The environment of enterprise accounting has changed greatly, and the accounting data system came into being. The application of accounting data system not only brings convenient and fast information services to enterprises, but also brings many security risks due to its own openness and the vulnerability of data storage media. With the expansion of the scope of use of computers, it is common to use computers for corruption, fraud and criminal activities. For example, the data stored on computer disks is easy to be tampered with; The data of the database is highly centralized, and unauthorized personnel may invade the enterprise's database through the computer network, browse all data files, copy, forge and destroy important data of the enterprise. This paper uses DES algorithm to encrypt accounting data.

Natural Disaster Analytics using High Resolution Satellite Images 使用高分辨率卫星图像进行自然灾害分析

Throughout history, natural calamities have taken a toll on both property and life. Forest fires, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, and tornadoes are all responsible for substantial damages, and often render access to the affected areas difficult. One of the challenges, particularly in remote areas, is accurately assessing the severity of the disaster. In this paper, we propose a solution to the challenge of determining the severity of property damage through the analysis building change within satellite imagery. We determine the severity of the loss by training deep neural networks to count buildings which were destroyed in multitemporal satellite imagery of the affected area. We demonstrate, through experimental results, that a model composed of a Single Shot Detector (SSD) and a Feature Pyramid Network (FPN) trained with Focal Loss is able to detect buildings through satellite imagery with improved performance compared to conventional object detection models. For evaluation, we use the xView dataset, which consists of high resolution satellite images containing building labels. We evaluate three different object detection models, namely: (i) SSD, (ii) Faster R-CNN (Regional-based Convolutional Neural Network), and (iii) SSD+FPN with Focal Loss. Our findings show that SSD+FPN with focal loss model achieves mAP improvements of 15% and 20% increase in detecting buildings in comparison to Faster R-CNN and standard SSD models, respectively. The improved mAP metric is a reflection of our more accurate detection and localization of buildings from remotely sensed imagery.

Speed-regulating Magnetic Coupling Based on PLC Control 基于PLC控制的调速磁联轴器

The structure of the traditional mechanical transmission is complex, and the dynamic performance of the system is influenced by many factors. Therefore, a new type of coaxial cylindrical magnetic coupling was designed in this paper, combined with the advantages of the magnetic coupling transmission. This design achieves the required torque transmission by reducing the volume of the prime mover and eliminating the transmission devices such as pulleys and mechanical gears. It realizes non-contact speed regulation drive, reduces vibration and noise, and overcomes the shortcomings of frequency conversion speed regulation.

Object Detection-Based Reinforcement Learning for Autonomous Point-to-Point Navigation 基于目标检测的自主点对点导航强化学习

Autonomous navigation has been a fundamental area of research for real-world mobile robotic applications, having widespread utility across many industries from warehouse package delivery to residential cleaning services. Because of the complex nature of the robot’s environment, several challenges have prevented effectively implementing reinforcement learning-based algorithms trained in simulation. While difficulties can arise from the virtual environment lacking the sophistication to represent such a large and complex state space based on data-heavy sensor observations, the variance in MDP representations across related studies biases their fair comparison, performance, and repeatability. In this study, it is found that the design of the reward function used for training a vision-based mobile agent to perform collision-free point-goal navigation in simulation plays a significant role in overall performance. A novel approach is introduced where reward is also granted for successfully detecting a target object scaled according to prediction confidence. This strategy was found to significantly improve the point-goal navigation behavior compared to simpler reward function designs seen in similar related studies.

In this study, it is found that the design of the reward function used for training a vision-based mobile agent to perform collision-free point-goal navigation in simulation plays a significant role in overall performance. A novel approach is introduced where reward is also granted for successfully detecting a target object scaled according to prediction confidence. Stability analysis of high slope based on MIDAS GTS digital simulation 基于MIDAS GTS数字仿真的高边坡稳定性分析

In order to use Midas GTS digital simulation to design high slope, it is necessary to calculate the stability analysis of the proposed structure. Stability analysis is an important tool in the field of structural engineering. It can be used for various purposes, such as determining the strength of columns and beams under different load conditions, calculating the deflection under different loads, and even checking whether the structure is safe enough before construction. The digital GTAs based slope stability analysis is performed using the Midas software. The stability analysis of high slope can be used to determine the stability state and behavior under different conditions. It consists of many steps. The first step is to define the geometric and material properties of each element, such as shape and size. These parameters are defined according to the design requirements. The second step is to calculate the force distribution of each element position in the 3D model.

This article takes the application of big data technology development in the information age as an entry point, analyzes the influence of industrial structure configuration on Chengdu's economic development, rationally adjusts Chengdu's industrial configuration, comprehensively improving the speed of Chengdu's economic development. Taking Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province as an example, using relevant data from 1997 to 2018, VAR model, Granger causality test, etc. are used to conduct empirical research on the inner relationship between Chengdu's primary, secondary, and tertiary industries and economic growth.
本文以信息时代大数据技术发展的应用为切入点,分析产业结构配置对成都经济发展的影响,合理调整成都产业配置,全面提升成都经济发展速度。以四川省会成都市为例,利用1997 - 2018年的相关数据,运用VAR模型、格兰杰因果检验等方法对成都市一、二、三产业与经济增长的内在关系进行实证研究。
