Bionic Self-Learning of Two-Wheeled Robot Based on Skinner's Operant Conditioning 基于斯金纳操作条件反射的两轮机器人仿生自学习

Aiming at the movement balance problem of the two-wheeled robot, the operant conditioning theory of artificial cerebellar sensorimotor systems is used, and the theory adopts a learning mechanisms of Skinner’s operation conditioned based on the learning algorithm of recurrent neural network, through learning and training, the two-wheeled robot can obtain the skills of movement balance control like a robot or animal in the process of gradually forming, developing and improving by self-organization. The simulation results show that the Skinner’s operation conditioning has such a virtue of stronger self-learning ability and higher robustness.
针对两轮机器人的运动平衡问题,运用了人工小脑感觉运动系统的操作性条件反射理论,该理论采用了一种基于循环神经网络学习算法的斯金纳操作条件的学习机制,通过学习和训练,使两轮机器人在逐渐形成的过程中获得像机器人或动物一样的运动平衡控制技能。通过自我组织发展和改进。仿真结果表明,斯金纳操作条件具有较强的自学习能力和较高的鲁棒性。

Health Diagnosis for Aircraft Based on EMD and Neural Network 基于EMD和神经网络的飞机健康诊断

To effectively diagnose the aircraft structure components fatigue damages, a new kind of health diagnosis approach for the aircraft, based on experience modal decomposition (EMD) and probabilistic neural network (PNN), is proposed in this paper. The advanced acoustic emission (AE) technique is used to monitor the aircraft stabilizer health state and get the AE information. And the AE information from the aircraft stabilizer is decomposed into the limited inherent modality function (IMF) by the EMD, which is quite fit for dealing with the non-linear and non-steady signal. The IMF energy is extracted to construct the eigenvectors. Then the health status of the aircraft can be diagnosed with the eigenvectors by PNN health monitor. Experiments show that this method can effectively monitor the fatigue crack of the aircraft stabilizer. It presents a new approach to diagnose effectively health state of aircraft structure components.

Dynamic Performance Evaluation Model of Collaborative Knowledge Chain in Collaborative Manufacturing Process 协同制造过程中协同知识链的动态绩效评价模型

Building a dynamic performance evaluation model is an important part in the management of collaborative manufacturing process. By analyzing the current evaluating method, this paper firstly put forward the mathematical model of dynamic performance evaluation of collaborative knowledge chain, and built a performance evaluation indices model. Then, the weight factors of performance evaluation model were calculated by using Delphi method. Thirdly, performance values of each knowledge unit and collaborative knowledge chain were calculated, and accordingly figures for performance values can be built. Finally, a case study was carried out.

Finite Element Analysis of Dynamic Charateristic for the XK717 CNC Milling Machine XK717数控铣床动态特性的有限元分析

In this paper, dynamic characteristics of XK717 CNC milling machine are analyzed by using the finite element method. Vibration resistance is the very important to evaluate the dynamic characteristic as well as the natural vibration frequency and mode shape. The defective parts of the machine are found by means of analyzing three indexes. The improving suggestion for this milling machine is put forward accordingly.

Vehicle Stability Control Strategy Based on Active Torque Distribution and Differential Braking 基于主动转矩分配和差动制动的车辆稳定性控制策略

The paper presents a vehicle yaw stability control strategy devoted to prevent vehicles from spinning and drifting out. The yaw stability control system is integrated with active torque distribution and differential braking system. Active torque distribution systems utilize active differentials to independently control the drive torque distributed to each drive wheel and thus provide active control of both traction and yaw moment. However, if the coefficient of road friction were small or if the vehicle speed were too high, active torque distribution system may not afford adequate yaw moment to response the driver needs. With this improved integrated control system, the vehicle can afford nice manoeuvrability and stability.

Two-Stage Fuzzy Logic Controller Based on Adjustable Phase Sequence for Urban Traffic Intersection 基于相位序列可调的城市交通交叉口两阶段模糊控制器

On the basis of research on fuzzy traffic control algorithm for a single intersection, we present a new adjustable multi-phase sequence fuzzy control algorithm. By this method, not only the traffic flow of every phase is considered, but also the green time and red time. Base on this algorithm, a two-stage fuzzy control system which consist of the green time delay module and phase selection module is designed .The first stage chooses a candidate of the green light phase which has the highest emergency degree among all red light phases. the second stage judges to continue to delay or convert green light phase according to the length of the vehicle queue at the current green light phase and the candidate. Computer simulation shows that the new type of fuzzy control algorithm possesses flexible phase combi-nation with little delay, it can solve the imbalance of traffic flow very well at the intersection.

Simulation and Experimental Study of a Model Offshore Platform 海洋平台模型仿真与实验研究

The simulation and experimental study of a model offshore platform are performed in this paper. A similar model of an offshore platform is designed and constructed. The modal experiments have been done on the model with the method of multi-point excitation and single-point response measurement. The dynamic parameters of the modal are identified including natural frequencies, structural modes and shapes. The comparison of the results between the experiment and the simulation indicates the consistency of design and construction of the similar model and reliability of the experimental data.

Sliding Mode Control of an Actuator 致动器的滑模控制

A novel kind of actuator which is used to suppress vibration of ship deck resulted from unbalanced moment of motor or screw propeller is presented in this paper. Frequency and magnitude of exciting force can be adjusted on line. The control equation of the actuator system is non-linear. For eliminating the effect of variation of system parameters and external disturbance on tracking capability, sliding mode control is introduced in the servo control system. In order to attenuate the chattering phenomena, reaching law is used to track the trajectory of position and velocity of the actuator. Simulation and experiments study have been carried out to evaluate the performance of the sliding mode controller, and the results show that the controller has achieved a performance with minimum reaching time and smooth control actions. In addition, the results also revealed that the controller has strong effectiveness and robustness of the trajectory tracking.

3-D Numerical Simulation of Smoke Flow during Tunnel Fire 隧道火灾烟气流动的三维数值模拟

Using the conservation law, the theories of high temperature gas dynamics, fluid mechanics, the physical and mathematical turbulence flow field model is set up to simulate the tunnel fire and its smoke flow. An experimental fire in a tunnel is studied in light of the turbulent flow model. The results indicate that the turbulent flow field model is better than before and has prettily good consistency with the experimental data. Through the numerical simulation analysis, it is concluded that the fully developed smoke flow downstream can clearly present the distribution of layered temperature, concentration of CO2 downwind and smoke flow velocity.

Development of the Automated Impedance Measurement System Based on the Slotted Line 基于槽线的阻抗自动测量系统的研制

A computer-based impedance measurement system coupled by means of General Purpose Instrumentation Bus (GPIB) is developed in this paper. Besides GPIB card and communication cables, the devices in the system include a computer, a slotted line, a signal generator, a standing-wave indicator and a digital multimeter. Many functions are provided by the computer in the system, such as standing-wave distribution display, automated calibration, UUT information management, certification printing, etc. The new system is more effective and stable than the currently used system in terms of positioning of standing-wave crest or trough, reading acquirement of standing-wave indicator, etc.
本文研制了一种基于计算机的通用仪表总线(GPIB)耦合阻抗测量系统。除GPIB卡和通信电缆外,系统中的设备还包括计算机、槽线、信号发生器、驻波指示器和数字万用表。系统由计算机提供驻波分布显示、自动校准、UUT信息管理、认证打印等功能。新系统在驻波波峰或波谷定位、驻波指示器读数获取等方面都比现有系统更有效、更稳定。
