Modern Integrated Platform Management System Laboratory for Polish Naval Academy: Design and Implementation 波兰海军学院现代综合平台管理系统实验室:设计与实现

Abstract This article contains a description of the implemented STANTOS™ Integrated Platform Management System (IPMS) laboratory created by Research and Development Center Maritime Technology Center for the Polish Naval Academy in Gdynia. The author briefly described the topology of the solution, justifies the choice of hardware and software solutions. Concept of use was written, where the usefulness of the implemented laboratory was motivated, with a focus on cases where safety plays a key role.

The Use of a Microcontrollers in Hygrometric Measurements Application 单片机在湿度测量中的应用

Abstract The article presents the possibility of using microcontroller systems as one of elements of a teaching position. The Arduino Mega system based on the ATMega 2560 microcontroller from the AVR family was used to build the station. At the beginning, a virtual hygrometer model was designed in the AUTOCAD program and then the air channels were made using 3D printing. After assembling the station, it was compared to a laboratory aspiration hygrometer. The analysis was presented in the final part of the article.

Detection of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Using Computer Vision Methods: A Comparative Analysis 计算机视觉方法检测无人机的比较分析

Abstract Detection of small objects in the airspace is a crucial task in the military. In the era of today’s unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) technology, many military units are exposed to recognition and observation through flying objects. They are often equipped with optoelectronic warhead making a way to collect essential and secret data of the military unit. Modern technical solutions make it possible to implement some methods facilitating detection of flying objects. A lot of them utilize computer vision techniques based on image processing algorithm. Therefore, in this article, we present an analysis of the most promising algorithm for detection of small flying objects.

A Concept of BLDC Drive Model Containing Battery Cell Model 包含电芯模型的无刷直流驱动模型概念

Abstract The paper presents a concept of overall BLDC drive model. Target model will be improved with a functional model of battery cell, which is commonly used as a power supply for the drive. The paper shows previous achievements in form of a functional BLDC motor model. Also, simulation results are presented. These are the partial results, that aimed to verify the basic model’s correctness as a basis of future developments. The procedure of power source selection presented in the article is vital to specify the technical parameters of modelled battery cell.

Abstract The paper presents the analysis of accessibility and usability of Landsat 8 Satellite Imagery for the purpose of Satellite Derived Bathymetry (SGB) products generation of the area of near-shore waters of the Polish coast. General assumptions of the SDB, Landsat program and factors affecting the products generation process have been described in details. Examples of SDB results, generated using both GIS software and Matlab, are presented on the example of chosen areas of Gulf of Gdańsk. The advantages and disadvantages of the SDB method are presented in the discussion and conclusion part with the proposed directions for the future works.

Mechanical Properties of Welded Joints of 1.3964 Steel for Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) Purposes 计算机辅助工程(CAE)用1.3964钢焊接接头的力学性能

Abstract The article presents the study of mechanical properties of welded steel from which the hull of a modern mine destroyer was made. Keeping the tightness of ship compartments during operation depends on the strength of these joints. The results of testing the mechanical properties of 1.3964 steel and its welded joints subjected to a static tensile test were presented, and a Johnson – Cook material model was proposed. The material model can be used in CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) simulations related to hull strength analysis.

A Generalization of Difference Models of the Bittner Operational Calculus Bittner算子差分模型的推广

Abstract In the paper, there has been constructed a discrete model of the non-classical Bittner operational calculus with a derivative understood as the operation Sb{x(k)} := {x(k+n) − b(k)x(k)}, which is a generalization of the nth-order forward difference. It has also been pointed out that there is a possibility to generalize operational calculus models with backward and central differences of higher orders.

Phenomenon of Icing and a Review of Ice Accretion Nomograms, Models and Charts in Navigation 结冰现象及航海中冰积图、模式和图表的综述

Abstract The paper presents results of research based on analysis of marine icing nomograms, models and charts using in the sea navigation. The problem of ships icing occurs in specific weather and geographical conditions. Every year numbers of vessels navigate in these areas meet a phenomenon of icing. Ice on decks of ships can be formed from fresh water or sea (salt) water. Ships operating in waters where the phenomime of icing is occurred use for safety navigation icing nomograms and icing charts. Icing charts are created based on icing models. The main aim of the article is to perform a review of currently used in the sea navigation icing nomograms and icing maps, based on icing models, used in navigation to depict the phenomenon of icing.

Perspectives of Autonomous Systems in Military Applications 自主系统在军事应用中的前景

Abstract In the field of communication on land and in the air, there are already functioning fully or partially autonomous devices. However, it is difficult to point to similar solutions regarding autonomous systems, especially in military applications. The article formulates development perspectives for marine autonomous systems in military applications, taking into account achieved benefits, requirements and development restrictions. Many interesting places devoted to the security of autonomous systems, on the clear improvement of the security situation with the above-mentioned systems, equipment and machines for maintenance, management devices, autonomous systems, controls and controls, devices for carrying out operations. The recommendations indicate the need to implement joint projects in the field of the development of autonomous marine technologies and are critical in the previous activities undertaken in this field of research.
