In this regulation, for followers of belief, the religion column is not filled because it is not recognized by the state. The discriminatory treatment in the Population Administration Law is then submitted for a judicial review to the Constitutional Court. This writing questions the decision of the Constitutional Court Number 97 / PUU-XIV / 2016 from two aspects, Hifdzuddin and Guarantee of Freedom of Belief. The title of this study is "The Role of the Police to Curbing Illegal Mining in Lea Village, Tellu Siattinge, Bone Regency." The purposes of this research are (1) To find out the authority of the police on preventing illegal mining in Lea Village based on the regulation concerning mineral and coal mining (UU No. 4 Tahun 2009) (2) To find out what are the obstacles of the police on preventing Illegal mining in Lea Village, Tellu Siattinge, Bone Regency. The type of this research is a qualitative study using sociological and juridical empirical approaches. The primary sources of this research data consist of observations and interviews. The secondary data are derived from documentation and literature reviews such as documents, books, an official statement from the result of researches, whereas the data analysis technique was carried out through three stages, namely: field data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The authority of the police in terms of preventing illegal mining as stated in Regulation Number 2 of 2002 concerning the Indonesian National Police (Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2002 tentang Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia), that the police have the authority doing investigations and arrests. The duties and authority of the Police are regulated in detail at 13th till 19th Clause. (2) The obstacles of Law Officers (police) in preventing Illegal Mining is still lack of socialization from related parties so that it causes a lack of public awareness of the impacts caused by illegal sand mining in the area of Lea Village, Tellu Siattinge-Bone Regency; distance traveled between the bone resort police station (polres) and the village of Lea takes quite a lot of time and the difficulty of registration procedures/procedures for issuing mining permits.

The study aims to reveal the values of performance accountability in private Islamic universities. Type of qualitative research was used in this study by reviewing literature in the context of private Islamic universities. The three objects in this study were Universitas Islam Indonesia, Universitas Muslim Indonesia, and Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The result of this study revealed that the private Islamic universities are promoting Islamic values in their performance accountability. The accountability value of a private Islamic university includes trust in work, which consists of professionalism, honest, worship and charity deeds as well as exploring the religion and professions for understanding the value of religious ordinances and diligently working.

Maslahah is the study of the aims and the objectives of Islamic Law. Maslahah is often used by Ulema as a method in resting the law to answer the legal problems that arise. Al-Ghazali mentioned various types of Maslahah viewed from whether it is acknowledged or not by the Shari’ah, which is divided into three types: Maslahah that is acknowledged by the Shari’ah, Maslahah that is rejected by the Shari’ah, and Maslahah that is neither acknowledged nor rejected by the Shari’ah. Studying the term Maslahah that is associated with the development of modern society is of utmost importance. Maslahah can act as the necessary foundation for the realization of all human interests, both general and specific. So the spirit of Islam, shalih li kullizamaninwamakanin can be realized.

The election of a president and vice president is a fundamental way to fill thevacuum of power . However, in the 2019 presidential election , a striking phenomenon with the involvement of religion in the political contest, so that there are many pros and cons if it does not suitable withthe desire of each religious elite in the 2019 presidential election. T he involvement of religion in the presidential election raises questions such as , first, how religion was involved in the presidential election process; Second, how religious discourse takes place in legitimating a particular process in the presidential election; and Third, how does religious involvement in the presidential election bring consequences to the life of society as a whole . The method used in this paper is a qualitative method. T he qualitative method is often referred as the generic qualitative method which is to find out several indications of the 2019 presidential election with the involvement of religion as a marker of identity. While the primary data source obtained from various online media in the form of writing, or in the form of direct coverage, and analysis of the author's using descriptive analysis. During presidential election, the religious elite consider emotion al feeling as a priority so that they come out of the core problem. So that religion in the presidential election is only an instrument of political interests and can not be avoided again through movements that ultimately lead to pros and cons among fellow religious elites. Kepemimpinan tidak hanya dipertanggungjawabkan dihadapan Allah swt. Rasulullah sebagai pemimpin teladan yang menjadi model ideal pemimpin, Rasulullah dikaruniai empat sifat utama yaitu, sidiq, amanah, tabligh dan fatanah. Dalam perspektif hukum islam dan kepemimpinan gubernur non muslim di Negara kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Hukum islam adalah seperangkat peraturan berdasarkan wahyu Allah dan sunnah rasul tentang tingkah laku manusia mukallaf yang diakui dan diyakini mengikat untuk semua yang beragama islam, yang dimaksudkan segala sesuatu yang terdapat di dalam al-qur’an dan sunnah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi hak-hak narapidana wanita di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Watampone. Narapidana wanita merupakan narapidana yang harus dilindungi dan diberikan haknya dengan kodrat yang ia miliki, diantaranya menstruasi, hamil, melahirkan dan menyusui. Dengan kodrat inilah menjadi landasan utama perlu ada perlindungan hukum terhadap narapidana wanita. Dengan adanya perlindungan hukum, maka selanjutnya akan diterapkan dalam Lembaga Pemasyarakatan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Hak-Hak Narapidana Wanita di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Watampone belum terlaksana secara maksimal, mengakibatkan narapidana wanita merasa tidak sepenuhnya puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan beberapa kendala diantaranya Lemabaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II AWatampone merupakan LAPAS umum (bukan LAPAS khusus wanita) sehingga pemenuhan hak-hak narapidana wanita sama dengan hak-hak narapidana secara umum. Keterbatasan petugas wanita sehingga untuk bersentuhan langsung terkait masalah wanita tentu narapidana wanita merasa terbatasi. Keterbatasan anggaran, sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan narapidana wanita, seperti memberikan makanan tambahan secara rutin, baik kepada bayi maupun ibunya tidak dapat terlaksana. Menyediakan tenaga kesehatan lainnya juga tidak dapat dilaksanakan oleh Petugas Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Watampone. Keterbatasan tenaga kesehatan, dengan dua jumlah perawat dan satu sebagai dokter bantu tentu tidak dapat mengontrol kesehatan seluruh narapidana wanita dengan jumlah 12 orang, terlebih pada ibu yang menyusui dan juga bayinya yang berumur 1 tahun 2 bulan.

Dengan adanya perlindungan hukum, maka selanjutnya akan diterapkan dalam Lembaga Pemasyarakatan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Hak-Hak Narapidana Wanita di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Watampone belum terlaksana secara maksimal, mengakibatkan narapidana wanita merasa tidak sepenuhnya puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan beberapa kendala diantaranya Lemabaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II AWatampone merupakan LAPAS umum (bukan LAPAS khusus wanita) sehingga pemenuhan hak-hak narapidana wanita sama dengan hak-hak narapidana secara umum. Keterbatasan petugas wanita sehingga untuk bersentuhan langsung terkait masalah wanita tentu narapidana wanita merasa terbatasi. Keterbatasan anggaran, sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan narapidana wanita, seperti memberikan makanan tambahan secara rutin, baik kepada bayi maupun ibunya tidak dapat terlaksana. Menyediakan tenaga kesehatan lainnya juga tidak dapat dilaksanakan oleh Petugas Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas II A Watampone. Kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah bentuk-bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap anak yang menyalahgunakan narkoba, pemberian hak anak yang dipidana serta pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak di Polres Bone. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 35 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perlindungan Anak telah terealisasi di Polres Bone, karena dimana anak yang terlibat dengan kasus penyalagunaan narkoba betul-betul mendapatkan perlindungan hukum dari pemerintah, dimana pihak Kepolisian Polres Bone tetap memberikan hak-hak anak yang menjadi tersangka. Anak tetap mendapatkan pendidikan bagi yang masih sekolah. Bagi anak yang putus sekolah akan di berikan kesempatan untuk mengembangkan ide serta kekreatifannya pada suatu instansi yang bekerja sama dengan pihak Polres Bone. Proses pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh anak akan didampingan oleh orang tua serta penasehat hukum. Anak yang terbukti telah menggunakan narkoba akan diberikan pengobatan berupa rehabilitasi hingga anak dikategorikan bebas dari narkoba. Dengan kebijakan yang diberikan oleh pihak Kepolisian Polres Bone, maka anak yang telah di kategorikan sebagai pengguna bisa bersosialisasi kembali dengan masyarakat dengan baik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki peranan partai politik Islam dalam bidang pemerintahan untuk mencapai tujuan nasional yaitu kesejahteraan rakyat, disamping itu juga untuk menyelidiki kendala yang di hadapi partai politik Islam sehingga kesejahteraan rakyat belum mampu di optimalkan, sehingga dapat memberikan upaya yang bisa di tempuh dalam mewujudkan pemerintahan yang baik demi tercapainya tujuan nasional. Untuk memperoleh data, dilakukan dengan observasi dan teknik wawancara dengan para pengurus partai politik Islam dan Anggota DPRD Kab.Bone fraksi PPP dan PKS. Data yang diperoleh kemudian ditelaah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode deduktif dan induktif.hasil penelitian peranan partai politik Islam belum maksimal memainkan perannya secara keseluruhan. Sehingga muncul sebuah kendala partai politik Islam yakni kondisi Internal, mekanisme yang belum berjalan efektif sehingga tidak mampu mempengaruhi kebijakan publik, hanya sebatas menyampaikan bukan yang menentukan arah kebijakan pemerintah karena kekuatan partai politik Islam di legislatif merupakan suara minoritas. Upaya yang ditempuh berusaha melakukan pembenahan di internal partai khusunya di wilayah sumber daya manusia dengan proses rekrutmen politik yang berkualitas serta memahami prinsip “amar’ maruf nahi mungkar” sebagai prinsip pada setiap proses pelaksanaan pemerintahan baik di legislatif maupun di eksekutif.
