Photoluminescence tuning in SiOx by HFCVD: a review HFCVD光致发光调谐SiOx的研究进展

Objectives: The present review work shows a detailed study of the optical and structural characteristics of SiOx films using different deposit techniques, among which employing the technique of Chemical Deposit in Vapor Phase by Hot Filament (HFCVD), it was possible to obtain a thin film without annealing and that presents an intense emission of photoluminescence. Methodology: A review of the optical and structural characteristics of SiOx films obtained using the most popular techniques, such as: PECVD, LPCVD, and magnetron sputtering, against the HFCVD technique and the control of process parameters that improve the thickness and emission of photoluminescence. Contribution: How to obtain, adjust or optimize photoluminescence in the visible electromagnetic spectrum of SiOx without thermal annealing, where a strong emission is obtained in the red of the visible electromagnetic spectrum.

Proposal for functional evaluation of the patient post COVID-19 COVID-19后患者功能评估方案

COVID-19 is a virus that has impacted the world leaving great economic, social and, above all, health devastation. Currently, the various sequelae that it leaves in post- infected patients are being studied, being dyspnea and fatigue the most predominant. In this sense, the aim of this article was to generate a functional evaluation proposal that allows to know the sequelae in the physical capacity in post COVID-19 patients, for the intervention of an adequate physiotherapeutic treatment plan. The methodology that was implemented was basically a review of the current literature in different databases, the list of all the articles that were found and the references of relevant review articles were also examined to identify the magnitude of the sequelae and measuring instruments for an effective intervention. Finally, the contribution is undoubtedly towards the functional assessment of the post-COVID-19 patient, being a useful tool at the time of the physiotherapist's approach.

Thin films of Titanium Nitride deposite on substrates used for biomedical applications 氮化钛薄膜沉积在生物医学应用的基板上

In the present work, thin films of TiN were obtained on AISI 316L stainless steel substrates by DC unbalanced magnetron sputtering with promising characteristics such as resistance to wear and corrosion to be used in biomedical applications by changing the temperature of the substrate and the mixture. of gases. Microstructural characterization was performed using optical microscopy, atomic force microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Scratch tests were performed using an irradiated and non-irradiated ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) pin on the coated and uncoated substrates to study and compare the scratch effect, continuing the same circumferential geometry, a stroke length of 200 m and a 5N wet load using pure Milli-Q water (type 1) to simulate body fluids with the pin to test its performance and implant durability showing higher values in the coefficient of friction (COF) in the TiN-coated samples.

Determination of torque and power of internal combustion engine using gasoline magna, ethanol blend with gasoline magna and E85 biogasol 用汽油麦格纳、乙醇与汽油麦格纳和E85生物汽油混合测定内燃机扭矩和功率

The present research focuses on the study of the power generated in a 105 hp four-stroke in-line reciprocating internal combustion engine (MCIA) using three different renewable and non-renewable fuels: E85 biogasol and gasoline-oxyfuel. The power and torque generated with the blends were compared for the three fuels. The device used to measure torque and power was a dynamometer based on the prony brake principle. According to the results obtained, the power and torque generated using E85 biogasol are 16% lower than those generated using 100% gasoline. This is due to the fact that in the case of renewable fuels, the lower powers obtained were generated by the use of a poor mixture in the combustion chamber of the engine due to lack of calibration of the fuel map. In the case of the magna gasoline-oxyfuel blend, a torque value similar to that of the magna gasoline was obtained but at lower rpm, this effect indicates an advantage for the implementation of renewable fuels in a MCIA.

Wavelength measurement of a Helium-Neon laser using a Michelson-type amplitude division interferometer 用迈克尔逊式分幅干涉仪测量氦氖激光器的波长

This paper describes a way to experimentally calculate the wavelength of the light emitted by a Helium-Neon laser, model HNLS008R, which according to its technical manual has 0.8 mW of power and wavelength 632.8 nm. The experiment is based on Michelson's light interference theory, which consists of using a light source that illuminates a beam splitter, which allows dividing the light wave into two paths, one is directed towards a fixed mirror and the other towards a mobile mirror, these optical elements allow reflecting the light with the same angle of incidence producing a superposition of waves in the form of circular finges. When the movable mirror moves about its optical axis, a movement in the fringes of the order of half a wavelength is observed. The equations governing the behavior of the interference fringes in the experiment are also described and the expression to calculate experimentally the wavelength as a function of the number of fringes, the displacement of the moving mirror and the wavelength of the source under test is obtained. Finally, the experimental results are compared with the technical data provided by the manual of the device, concluding that the laser still conserves a stability in the wavelength, so it is still reliable to be used in optical experimental arrangements.

Numerical validation of hydrodinamic cavitation generation using perforated plates 多孔板产生水动力空化的数值验证

This research shows the analysis of three case studies using perforated plates with a central orifice to generate hydrodynamic cavitation with diameters of 2 mm, 3 mm, and 4 mm. Experimental model was fabricated and instrumented to validate numerical models of the perforated plates and their corresponding pressure drop. Test points were established in the experimental setup to measure variables such as pressure drop compared between upstream pressured (distance of one diameter before plate), and downstream pressure (distance of ½ diameter after the plate), according to the ISO 5167 standard. The numerical model was developed using commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software applying the standard k-epsilon turbulence model, the mixture model, and the Rayleigh-Plesset equation. Results demonstrated that numerical model of the pressure drop produced hydrodynamic cavitation downstream the perforated plates; such phenomenon was validated with experimental data by less than 5% error values.

This work shows the development of an application in Ruby to detect the actions carried out on a USBNes control, with the purpose of achieving an application that can be used for teaching video game programming, connectivity and communication between devices, in the Ruby programming language. In the first stage, an analysis was made of the libraries available in Ruby such as Shoes and Gosu to create GUIs and video games and the detection of an USB device. In the second stage two prototypes were identified that were able to detect the actions carried out on the keyboard. In the last stage the final version was developed which detects the buttons pressed on the remote, the necessary tests were made, and the code was published in a repository in GITLAB for reference and future use. The application was developed and tested for Windows and Linux Ubuntu to prove Ruby's portability.

In the first stage, an analysis was made of the libraries available in Ruby such as Shoes and Gosu to create GUIs and video games and the detection of an USB device. In the second stage two prototypes were identified that were able to detect the actions carried out on the keyboard. In the last stage the final version was developed which detects the buttons pressed on the remote, the necessary tests were made, and the code was published in a repository in GITLAB for reference and future use. Waterproofing systems for roof protection in homes 家庭屋顶防水系统

Based on the impact of climate changes, our concern arises in this scenario and the entire building is exposed to different climatic agents such as the rain itself, which can negatively impact the overall performance of the construction. Waterproofing is an essential requirement for buildings for residential, commercial and industrial use. Aspects such as the geometry and the materials with which the structural roof systems (slabs) were obtained play a fundamental role when choosing the most effective waterproofing system to incorporate into the building. Therefore, our main approach is to list the various waterproofing systems most used today for the protection of housing roofs since a knowledge of these systems will trigger a correct procedure, control and care in waterproofing, which results in a conservation of the building.

Mechanical characterization of polyester resin composite with natural fibers 聚酯树脂与天然纤维复合材料的力学性能

In this paper, composite materials reinforced with natural fibers were studied, such as: Jute (MC-RY) and Manta (MC-RM) as a proposal for new materials for the manufacture of a prototype for automotive defense. The materials were manufactured as laminates and characterized mechanically through stress, bending, impact and Brinell hardness index tests. The results indicated that both reinforcers improved the mechanical strength of the matrix by up to 71%, as well as the impact energy absorption by 14%. The mechanical properties for MC-RY determined in flexure (bending = 56 MPa, Eflection = 4.16 GPa and maximum = 14 mm) were used to perform an impact simulation in two different models created in SolidWork, the results indicated that the MC-RY could be used for the construction of the defense using 3 layers of this material.

Statistical Analysis of X-ray Images and Laboratory Studies of COVID-19 Patients COVID-19患者x线影像与实验室研究的统计分析

The large increase in COVID-19 cases that continue occurring in Mexico has generated the need to learn more about the damage caused by this virus, for which it has been proposed to carry out a statistical study of the 164 ray images database X and 29 laboratory studies provided by the Salamanca State Center for Critical Care (CECCS) of patients diagnosed with COVID-19 and not COVID-19, the purpose is to analyze if there is any correlation between X-rays and laboratory studies. First, the entire database was organized by patient, both for X-ray and laboratory studies. Afterwards, the statistical process of the laboratory studies was carried out. Subsequently, we worked on the selection of patients with a greater number of X-rays, segment of these the area of the lungs, since it was our area of interest. In these radiographs, the statistical process of entropy and box-and-whisker plot is performed. Finally, the results of some laboratory studies are correlated with the entropy and box-and-whisker plot results.
