Hazardous Toxic Waste (B3) is a challenge as well as the latest threat to the people of Indonesia. The management of B3 waste, especially medical B3 waste, needs serious attention given that the production of medical B3 waste continues to increase from year to year. The potential for medical hazardous and toxic waste generated in Surakarta City is quite large, originating from Health Service Facilities which include 19 Hospitals, 17 Health Centers, 1 DKK Lab, 12 Health Laboratories, 102 Main and Primary Clinics, 1,399 Independent Practicing Doctors, 251 Independent Practicing Dentists , 7 Independent Practice Midwives, Beauty Clinic and 6 Veterinary Clinics. The urgency of building a B3 waste treatment plant is the limited B3 waste treatment facilities which can threaten the environment and the potential for regional income.

Kajian Wellness Tourism Dari Perspektif Sosial Budaya

The city of Surakarta with an area of 46.72 km2 is known as a city of arts and culture which presents many historical places, various arts and culture, traditions, religion and various craft creations combined with tourism activities. Referring to the information provided by the Culture and Tourism Office of the City of Surakarta, there are several historical tours in the City of Surakarta, namely the Loji Gandrung Building and the Vastenburg Fort. In these places we can trace the history that has occurred in the city of Surakarta. Besides that, Surakarta City also offers other tourist destinations. Other tourist destinations in Surakarta City, namely culinary tourism, batik village tours, cultural tourism, nature tourism, religious tourism, and many others.

Kajian Digitalisasi IKM dan UMKM Kota Surakarta

Indonesia is experiencing fluctuating economic growth and tends to decline from 2011 to 2021 and economic growth will pick up again in 2022. In 2020 the Indonesian economy, including Surakarta City, experienced a sharp decline triggered by the Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic. Covid-19 has a high risk of increasing the number of deaths, disruption of the infrastructure repair process and large economic losses. In 2022, the Indonesian economy (5.30%), including the City of Surakarta (6.25%) will recover and improve. This year, many business units were able to adapt to changes in their external environment by carrying out various business innovations, including the application of digital technology in their business operations. Small and medium industries (IKM) and micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the main drivers of the economy, where when they are willing and able to adapt to various changes, such as climate change, industrial revolution 4.0, the Covid-19 pandemic and so on, then business continuity can be maintained and even experience better development.

Kajian Dampak Pengembangan Islamic Center Terhadap Kondisi Sosial dan Lingkungan 伊斯兰发展中心对社会和环境的影响研究

The Islamic Center is the center of Islamic religious activities. Islamic centers emerged in America as a place for the growing American Muslim population. In Indonesia, there are quite well-known Islamic Centers such as the Jakarta Islamic Center, the Samarinda Islamic Center, and the West Nusa Tenggara Islamic Center. The Islamic center is a place that functions as a center for fostering and developing the Islamic religion, besides that it also functions as a space for the development of da'wah in the era of development. The construction of the Islamic Center in Surakarta City is a part of the construction of the Raya Zayed Mosque which has been completed. The construction of Masjid Raya Zayed and Solo Islamic Center came from a gift from the Crown Prince of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan to President Joko Widodo. The construction of the Islamic Center is in line with the policy direction of the 2021-2026 City of Surakarta RPJMD, which is to increase efforts to use and control spatial planning with indications of the Optimizing the development of the North Solo Region program. This will balance the development of the North Solo Region and the development of the South Solo Region. Politically, the bilateral Islamic center is a symbol of friendship. The Solo Islamic Center that will be built is a collaboration between the governments of the UAE and Indonesia; Symbolizes good relations between the two countries.

The development of technology is now so advanced and rapid. The global era indicates the emergence of a new civilization that brings various conveniences, comforts and welfare of life through the help of information technology devices. Digital civilization is one of the markers of social life between the government, business people and the wider community. Changes in the order of digital-based society include changes in interactions in the world of education which are currently increasingly egalitarian, organizational relationships between non-profit, profit-government which are increasingly in various forms, mass media that utilizes various communication channels, information technology-based governance. , increasing population mobility, an economy based on the industrial revolution 4.0 and the high desire of people to live in a comfortable living atmosphere. This demand was answered by the emergence of the Smart City concept, namely a city that is able to maintain the continuity of the lives of its citizens towards a better quality of life. In this regard, the central government encourages regional governments to develop the Smart City concept in physical and non-physical development in their respective administrative areas which is expected to be able to improve the quality of life of the people who live there.

Power Plant is a tool to generate electricity by converting potential energy into mechanical energy which eventually turns into electrical power. The sources of power for electricity generation in Indonesia generally use hydro and wind power. The existence of excessive accumulation of waste in several cities or regencies has given rise to an idea/breakthrough for another use, namely the Garbage Power Plant (PLTSa). PLTSa is a Government program as an effort to utilize clean and renewable energy, and is one form of Indonesia's commitment that has agreed on a global methane pledge to reduce methane gas emissions by 30% by 2030.

Monitoring dan Evaluasi Rencana Induk Kelitbangan Kota Surakarta 日惹市总体规划的监督和评估

Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government as amended several times, most recently by Law Number 9 of 2015 stipulates that the research and development function is one of the supporting functions in the implementation of government affairs in the regions. This Hzl was then followed up through Government Number 18 of 2016 concerning Regional Apparatuses as amended by Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 of 2019, which states that Regional Bodies are supporting elements of Government Affairs which are under the authority of Regency/City Regions. Supporting affairs as referred to in the article consist of (1) planning; (2) finance, (3) staffing and education and training; (4) research and development, and (5) other supporting functions in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations.

The development of a city can be seen from the number of road users in the area. The high mobility of the population makes many choices of modes of transportation to move from one place to another. Public and private transportation that develops side by side makes vehicle exhaust emissions increase. This increase can be felt by residents with an increasingly crowded city atmosphere. It is recorded that there is an increase in vehicle exhaust emissions by 15% annually in the City of Solo. This needs to be a common concern to care for and preserve the urban environment.

The difference in roles between women and men in society has resulted in differences in the participation of women and men in the development process in Surakarta City. The participation of women is still far behind when compared to the participation of men. This can be seen from the indicators IPG (Gender Development Index), IDG (Gender Empowerment Index), TPAK (Labor Force Participation Rate), the phenomenon of feminization of poverty, and the level of women's representation in the DPRD (Regional People's Representative Council) in Surakarta. The impact is that women do not get the same benefits as men from the process or results of development in the City of Surakarta. As a result, development cannot take place optimally
