The features of the interaction of software developers in the integration of electronic car control systems are considered. The existing aspects of the design and development of car control systems based on IP Cores are presented. The current shortage in the global semiconductor market generates an increase in prices for the assembly and programming of the universal unit and leads to an increase in the cost of cars in dealerships.

Analyzing the majority of modern studies on improving the quality of the road surface, we can conclude that such technologies can be used not only in the construction of highways, but also in the improvement of cities and towns. This trend in the context of a crisis in the economy makes the task of developing economical road surfaces with high performance and indicators of a modern technical level especially urgent. In this regard, road surfaces with the use of plastic have high potential.
