In order to maintain competitiveness, in order to meet the requirements of a constantly changing environment, almost any organization needs development. In this regard, there are certain problems that often require immediate solutions. And the educational organization of higher education is no exception. The main thing is to identify adverse circumstances (i.e. problems) in time and correctly, identify opportunities (favorable circumstances) and find ways to solve existing problems. At present, there are various problems of modern technical education – this is the rapid development of modern technologies (their appearance is much faster than the existing timeline for training specialists), and high competition (now knowledge-intensive and high-tech projects are preferred), and the complexity of training combined with the isolation of many teachers from real practical activities, and at the same time the graduates' reluctance to go to work on the received specialty, given the relatively low wages. The problems of higher technical education outlined in the presented material were revealed through a survey of students (future engineers, economists and managers) and suggested ways to solve them.

Efforts to read the philosophical work allow to consider philosophy as a way of intellectual and psychological activity on reconstruction of the lost, or searching for a new meaning in situations of uncertainty, when the need to make a decision is connected with the fundamental inadequacy of the initial information. As a tool for adapting to situations of uncertainty, philosophy uses conceptual analysis, developing a person’s linguistic competence.

The purpose of the article is to identify and substantiate the innovative pedagogical searches in the field of the use of constantly developing information and communications technologies (ICT) in Russia and China. A comparative analysis of types of teaching was carried out taking into account the active use of information and communications technologies. Chinese experience is of great interest to Russian teachers due to the rich Chinese philosophy, national traditions and pedagogical knowledge. Russia and China have deep historical, integration, economic and cultural ties. The system of Chinese education brought the country to the leading position in the world and to the second place in the economy. The author reveals similarities in the education system of Russia and China. Positive achievements in the education systems of each of these countries are mutually enriching each other, acquiring a global character. At the same time, the Chinese education system has a number of achievements that have to be integrated into the Russian education system. The study compares the traditional and innovative types of teaching in Russia and China in terms of indicators: an approach to teaching, a dominant idea, a goal, centering on the subject of activity, teacher (instructor) roles, student roles, values on which a teacher (an instructor) relies, advantages, disadvantages, main results. The study identifies the essential characteristics of the types of teaching and makes it possible to establish that, at a theoretical level, the traditional and innovative types of teaching are opposed, but in practice they organically combine, complement and reinforce each other. China's experience in the use of ICTs in education is invaluable in the implementation of the modernization of education in Russia.

The article shows the image of Heracles – the greatest hero of ancient Greece – in early Russian art, as well as in the writings of chroniclers, scholars and enlighteners of the 10–19th centuries. It is established that throughout the history of Ancient Rus and then of Russia, Hercules was perceived with an exceptionally positive side, despite the pagan roots of his image. Condemnation occasionally was the fact of his deification by the Greeks and Romans. The image of Heracles was positively adopted by the Orthodox Church, which relied on the Byzantine doctrine, where Heracles was also viewed as a charitable fighter of monsters and a defender of people from evil. As a result or research it was revealed that Heracles had exceptional popularity in Russian art and literature, where he performed in a classical Hellenistic manner. He remained the standard of physical strength, human power and at the same time – a model of nobility, the ruler of the twelve great labours. The framework approach applied in studying and constructing a spatial territory structure can be considered as a way of nature use management and as a strategy of territorial planning of a cultural landscape in an old cultured region, which let to support a balance between conservation and use of natural resources. Sustainable development of a territory depends on the knowledge sufficiency of natural, social and economical processes in the region.

The article presents a comparative analysis of the nature and content of the concepts of risk and business reputation of the organization. The factors that may affect the process of digitalization of the economy in Russia are identified. The relationship between digitalization of the economy and the business reputation of industrial companies is defined. The refined definition of risk suggests considering risk as an economic phenomenon, which is an integral element of all socio-economic processes that occur in the organization, and is able to lead the system out of balance and, consequently, either improve its performance, or lead to undesirable losses, or destroy. The complete concept of business reputation is that it defines it as a stable representation in the minds of contractors of the organization (consumers, government agencies, suppliers, commercial banks) about the good faith of the fulfillment of its obligations, a high level of quality of the products of the efficiency of the implementation of business contracts. The interrelation between increase in business reputation and growth of competitiveness of the industrial organizations is shown. The quantitative index for assessing the level of goodwill by the dynamics of the revealed violations of the organizations in the industry is proposed. The dynamics of this indicator of industrial organizations of the Russian Federation in 2011–2017 is investigated. Such directions of reducing the risk of business reputation of the industrial organization of the Russian Federation as the development of tools for motivating personnel, the intensification of the use of professional psychological assistance for employees and management of industrial companies, the movement of their business reputation in social networks, the improvement of PR-companies of industrial enterprises, the development of self-regulatory organizations of the industry and the intensification of their activities in the management of the process of ensuring business reputation are revealed. The necessity of formation of independent qualified ratings of business reputation of domestic industrial companies formed in the context of sub-sectors of a particular sector of the economy and regions of the Russian Federation is shown.
