In the study, the financial performances of domestic private, public, foreign capital and participation banks, which are among the deposit banks operating in Turkey, were examined. The performances of banks between the years 2019-2020 covering the pre-COVID-19 and COVID-19 period were analyzed by using the ratios published by the BDDK, with Entropy and WASPAS methods, which are multi-criteria decision-making techniques. According to the results of the analysis conducted by entropy method, Non-Performing receivables (Gross) / Total cash loans in 2019 and Net profit (Loss) / Average total assets were found to be the most important criteria in 2020. As a result of the analysis carried out according to WASPAS method, it was determined that in 2019, bank financial performance was in the form of domestic private, public, foreign capital and participation banks respectively, while in 2020, foreign capital banks rose to the first place and domestic private and public banks declined one place.
