This research was motivated by the large number of students who committed disciplinary violations at school. So it is an interesting problem for the author to use as a research title because it is related to the smoothness of the teaching and learning process and the success of students' learning. One of the disciplinary violations often committed by SMP X students is bullying friends, both individually and in groups, and there are many other violations. Therefore, special assistance is needed, namely group counseling services so that students' problems can be resolved. One of the techniques used to change the behavior of undisciplined students at school is the Rational Emotive Therapy (RET) technique with the hope of changing inappropriate behavior into behavior that is in accordance with school rules and regulations. The aim of this research is to find out how to apply group counseling using the Rational Emotive Therapy (RET) technique in dealing with student disciplinary violations at SMP X. The method used in this research is a literature study. The object of research is students who violate school rules and regulations. The samples that will be used as research are students in grades VII, VIII and IX.

Career decision making is a selection process from a variety of existing career options, whichcan be taken based on self-understanding, one's personality, and self-motivation. It can includeeducation as well as entering a training program, applying for a job, upgrading a job, changingpositionsorenteringanewjob.ThereasonforthisreviewwastodecidetheviabilityofgatheringdirectionadministrationsutilizingpretendingprocedurestofurtherdeveloptheprofessionthinkingabilitiesofclassXIIatSMKCendekia.Thereweretwogroupsandaquasi-experimentalnon-equivalent control group design in this study. Learning independence is a learning activity from individuals not to depend and rely on others to achieve the goals of learning, besides that learning independence is also one of the factors of successful learning achievement that will be obtained by students. This confirms that appropriate media are needed to support students in increasing their learning independence. The method used in the research is Research and Development (R&D) which aims to develop a product in the form of a learning independence poster. The research results obtained are the product in the form of a learning independence poster that must be revised before being used where the content feasibility aspect gets a good assessment with a decent category, the presentation aspect has points that must be corrected because it gets an inappropriate assessment, while the language aspect gets an assessment in a decent category. That way the product in the form of a learning independence poster can be used as a medium in helping students develop learning independence with notes that must be revised first.

The aim of this research is to find out the profile or general picture regarding the use of Instagram which is currently popular among teenage students, as well as reducing the level of dependence experienced by teenage students. In this study, the approach used is quantitative with descriptive methods. Sampling was used by random sampling with a total sample of 106 students from one class X Mechatronics department at SMK Negeri 2 Cimahi. The aim of this research is to determine the profile of Instagram dependence among students. There are aspects that are the basis for knowing Instagram dependence, including 4 aspects, namely, Tolerance, Mood Modification, Replase, Conflict. Data collection techniques by conducting an instrument distribution in the form of a questionnaire to students who are the research sample. The research results show that students with Instagram dependence in class X mechatronics are in the High category 15%, Low category 16%, and in the Medium category 69%. After knowing the level of dependence on Instagram among students, the next step is to design programs and provide services based on the results of this research. In providing services, students are directed to carry out interviews to find out whether the services provided are acceptable to students and whether students experience a decrease in their use of Instagram. The next step is to give the posttest to students again so that a comparison can be carried out, so that it can be seen that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted so that it can be concluded that the group guidance service is declared effective

This article aims to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the module to This article aims to develop a module to improve the self-efficacy of class VII students of SMPN 5 Cimahi. The subjects in this study were 26 students of class VII and 3 validators to test the feasibility of the module. This study uses the R&D (Research and Development) method by going through 9 stages. The data analysis used is a feasibility test to determine the feasibility of the module that will be used to improve student self-efficacy and the t-test test used to determine the effectiveness of the module to increase self-efficacy. Based on the results of the feasibility test, it was stated that the module was in the "very feasible" category to be used as a medium for implementing guidance and counseling services with a score of 94.6% from material experts, 96.6% from media experts, and 82.3% from practitioners ( guidance and counseling teacher). In addition, the results of the feasibility test limited to students also obtained a score of 79.4% and the broad feasibility test with a score of 87%. Based on these results, the module can be used as a medium for implementing guidance and counseling services in schools. Looking at the results of the module effectiveness test to increase self-efficacy, it also has a significant result of 0.00 <0.05, which means that through the media module, the self-efficacy of class VII students can increase.

Procrastination is often experienced by teenagers. Procrastination in adolescents is caused by several factors such as wasting time, avoiding tasks, and blaming others. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the module on academic procrastination of class XI students of SMAN 1 Saguling. The subjects in this study were 30 students of class XI and were selected based on the recommendation of the guidance and counseling teacher on the consideration of the highest level of students experiencing procrastination. Data analysis used normality test and t test. The trial process for the handbook based guidance and counseling module was carried out by distributing pretest and posttest questionnaires, calculating the effectiveness using SPSS and carried out 2 times, namely normality test and T-test on pretest and protest during the trial. The results of the normality test showed the significance value of the pretest was 0.111 and the posttest was 0.008 so that the normality test can be said to be normally distributed. The results of the t-test showed a 2-tailed significance value of 0.000 so that in this t-test there was a difference between the pretest and posttest variables because they had a 2-tailed significance value 0.05. So that the results of the t-test carried out can be seen that the developed module is proven to be effective on academic procrastination of class XI students of SMAN 1 Saguling.

Inaccuracies in the career planning of students can cause failure in the future, if the work they get is considered not in accordance with their type or personal style, it will cause discomfort at work, and in the end it will end up being an increase in unemployment in Indonesia. Therefore the need for career planning that is done early on. One of the media that can be used in planning a student's career at school is a media career flashcard which is packaged in the form of a fun game. This study was conducted to determine the feasibility of career flashcard media in career guidance services. This research is a development research (RnD) which was carried out with several validation tests, namely by conducting validation tests on experts and limited trials to 10 students and broad testing to 40 students of class VIII-I at SMPN 3 Ngamprah. The assessment of the suitability of the career flashcard media was carried out by the validator and carried out a limited and extensive test with the final result of the career flashcard product validity test being 94.46% which was included in the "very suitable for use" category after revising. From the development of the career flashcard media product that was made in carrying out career planning for class VIII students at SMPN 3 Ngamprah. With career guidance services using career flashcard media, it was found that students opened their horizons in planning future careers that were tailored to their personality type.

This research is a development research (RnD) which was carried out with several validation tests, namely by conducting validation tests on experts and limited trials to 10 students and broad testing to 40 students of class VIII-I at SMPN 3 Ngamprah. The assessment of the suitability of the career flashcard media was carried out by the validator and carried out a limited and extensive test with the final result of the career flashcard product validity test being 94.46% which was included in the \"very suitable for use\" category after revising. From the development of the career flashcard media product that was made in carrying out career planning for class VIII students at SMPN 3 Ngamprah. This study aims to determine the effect of career guidance services on career interests of class XI students SMA Mutiara 2 Bandung. This research uses the research method of counseling guidance action (PTBK) with the subject of research as many as 20 students of clas XI SMA Mutiara 2 Bandung. The method of data collaction using observation, interviews, and research documentation. Consists of 2 cycles. While the data analysis technique used descriptive analytical analysis. The process of data analysis begins by examining all the data obtained, either though interviews or observations. Then described by using percentage analysis. The Results of the study indicate that in the initial conditions,students’ career intrests are still in the “not good” category, in the first cycle there are indicators that have increased in the “very good” category, namely the indicator of introduction to the world of work with descriptors knowing the world of work, with percentage of by 75% of the 15 students. While in the second cycle all indicators have increases by getting the “very good” category with a percentage of >80% on each indicator from 18 students. Thus, it can be concluded that career guidance services can affect the career interests of students in class XI SMA Muttiara 2 Bandung.

This article aims to determine the feasibility test of mind mapping media in group guidance on the learning motivation of class VIII students of SMPN 2 Rancaekek. This article is part of research and development or Research and Development (R&D) according to Borg and Gall which includes an assessment of the feasibility test of material experts, media experts and expert guidance and counseling teacher practitioners. The data collection technique in this development research is through a questionnaire/instrument. The data obtained from the instrument questionnaire were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of this study indicate that; The feasibility test of mind mapping media is assessed based on; a. Material experts get a total score of 70 with a percentage of 97.2% which is in the very feasible category, b. Media experts get a total score of 96 with a percentage of 96% being in the very decent category, and c. Expert practitioners get a total score of 96 with a percentage of 96% that fall into the very decent category. which can be concluded that the learning motivation mind mapping media product is very feasible to be used in the group guidance service process.

Modules are teaching materials with a clear and systematic series of activities and learning objectives, thus enabling students to be able to study independently. Career maturity is a person's success in completing typical career development tasks at a certain stage of development. The purpose of this study was to determine the product development process, determine the feasibility of the product according to experts and practitioners, student responses,and the effectiveness of the group guidance module on career maturity. The research method used is research and development (R&D) which was developed by the Borg and Gall model which was adopted by Sugiyono. The results show that the products that need to be developed in schools are group guidance modules on career maturity, product feasibility according to media expertsaat a percentage of 100%, material experts at a percentage of 99.1%, guidance and counseling practitioners at a percentage of 100%, with a very feasible category. Student responses from the model trial involving 12 people got a score of 86.8%, and the assessment of the results of the usage trial involving 38 people got a score of 81% with a very decent category. The effectiveness of the group guidance module on career maturity after conducting the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in the assessment of 10.3%. The results showed that the development of the group guidance module on career maturity has very high category feasibility and can be used as a medium in career guidance services in schools.
