In this paper, we introduce notions of fuzzy delta-I-open Sets and fuzzy delta-I-continuous functions in fuzzy ideal topological spaces and investigate some of their properties. Additionally, we obtain a decomposition of fuzzy semi-I-continuous functions and alpha-I-Continuous functions by using fuzzy delta-I-continuous functions.

In the networked manufacturing environment, how to monitor dynamic and variable quality fluctuation, diagnose the abnormal variation in real-time and adjust the process at the right moment, becomes a difficult problem for the modern networked manufacturing enterprise in process quality control. In order to overcome this difficulty, This paper presents an intelligent process quality control mode oriented to networked manufacturing by combining statistical process control (SPC), and artificial intelligent (AI) for quality prevention, online statistical analysis, intelligent diagnosis and adjustment, and corresponding functional modules and framework is put forward. Finally, the prototype system of intelligent process quality control is developed to demonstrate the rationality and validity of the method. This work confirms the potential synergies of hybrid AI techniques for realizing networking, intelligent and automatic process quality control.

Textile and garment trade occupys an important position in our country. Article started from the amount of textile and garment exports using China's textile and garment export trade data, from 1992 to 2008. Based on the use of Holt model to predict the export in different stages. Result shows that the Holt model has a high prediction accuracy for predicting textile and garment exports. And predicted 2009 and 2010 exports, wishing to contribute to provide a series of adjustments of policies, strategies depending on the forecast for the relevant departments.

Definition of the evaluation for support concept of the winged missile was analyzed. And aiming at the characteristic of the forepart evaluation, the index system of the forepart evaluation was established. 3-D meaning of subordinative degree and expression of Euclidean distance on Vague sets were described, and a new decision method based on similarity measures between Vague sets was proposed. During the forepart evaluation for support concept, the larger the value of similarity measures is, the closer the degree between alternative concept and desired concept is. Finally, feasibility and rationality of similarity measures of Vague sets in the forepart evaluation for support concept of the winged missile is demonstrated through an illustration.

This paper analyzed the importance that the vicarious management corporation (VMC) carried out the knowledge management in its work, discussed the contents of the knowledge management of the VMC, and obtained the knowledge management model. In order to better knowledge management work, the paper put forward a thought establishing the knowledge management system of the VMC which included six parts: knowledge management organization, knowledge management culture, knowledge management rules and regulations, knowledge management organization motivation, information platform for knowledge management and performance evaluation for knowledge management. The paper probed into every part in-depth, and drew a conclusion finally that the VMC need to build the virtual-learning knowledge management organization, develop the learning organization culture, stipulate for the sound knowledge management rules and regulations, pay attention to carry out the incentive of spirit and competition within the organization, build efficient information platform for knowledge management, and constantly improve the level of knowledge management through the performance evaluation for knowledge management.

Aiming at the challenging issue of target recognition (TR) in uncertain environment, a soft evidence inference in dynamic Bayesian networks is presented, which not only enriches Bayesian networks theoretically but also offers more flexible and robust target recognition system by exploiting the complementary of other target attributes. The architecture of the target recognition system is designed and an algorithm for TR utilizing soft evidences inferring in dynamic Bayesian network is also advanced. Experimental results illustrate that the proposed TR approach is robust by synthesizing different target characters and amending each other with respect to different time-slices. Moreover, this method can meet the real-time requirement by deriving belief even when some target attributes data are not accessible temporarily.

With the development of personalized recommendation systems, the research of collaborative filtering reached a bottleneck. Neither algorithm accuracy nor computational complexity can be improved significantly. In this paper, we present our statistics and analysis on some recognized datasets. The analysis shows that the real rating features of the users cannot follow even distribution while most current algorithms were based on this premise. Therefore we proposed a new user-based collaborative filtering algorithm combining data-distribution. Since different users have different rating ranges, the key method of the algorithm is the special revise of user preference according to the distribution of the ratings. Our algorithm is comparable in computational complexity to SLOPE ONE algorithm and more accurate on the sparse data. We believe that it is a hopeful new direction for the development of collaborative filtering, which reflects the highlight of this paper.
