Technology of controlling upper corner gas by pneumatic fan with vortex zone replacement 涡区置换式气动风机控制上角气技术

Because of high inclination angle and thick coal seam in fully mechanized coal face S204 in Qi Jiapo mine, using U-type ventilation can easily result in gas overrun in upper corner. After the analysis of main source and accumulation causes of upper corner gas in fully mechanized coal face, the technology of managing upper corner gas by pneumatic fan with vortex zone replacement is researched. The best installation location and technical parameters of pneumatic fan have been determined through numerical simulation methods, and the process parameters and the engineering implementation method of replacing upper corner are determined according to the pneumatic fan parameters. Application results show that after the technology has been carried out, the gas concentration in upper corner is decreased up to 61.78%.
祁家坡矿S204综采工作面倾角大,煤层厚度大,采用u型通风容易造成上角瓦斯超量。在分析了综采工作面上隅角瓦斯主要来源和富集原因的基础上,研究了采用涡区置换的风机治理上隅角瓦斯的技术。通过数值模拟方法确定了气动风机的最佳安装位置和技术参数,并根据气动风机参数确定了工艺参数和更换上角的工程实施方法。应用结果表明,该技术实施后,上角瓦斯浓度降低61.78%。

The forecast of logistics cost of coal enterprises based on PSO-BP 基于PSO-BP的煤炭企业物流成本预测

In order to forecast the logistics cost of coal enterprises effectively,the PSO-BP and BP network are respectively used to forecast the logistics cost ,the result shows that the PSO-BP network's convergence speed and prediction accuracy are obvious better than BP network. The PSO-BP neural network is very attractive for a wide application in forecasting logistics cost in coal enterprises.
为了有效地预测煤炭企业的物流成本,分别采用PSO-BP和BP网络对煤炭企业的物流成本进行预测,结果表明,PSO-BP网络的收敛速度和预测精度明显优于BP网络。PSO-BP神经网络在煤炭企业物流成本预测中具有广泛的应用前景。
