Active 3D fluorescence imaging based on holography 基于全息术的主动三维荧光成像

3D fluorescence imaging based on incoherent digital holography is very useful in the biological field. We have proposed a common-path and off-axis incoherent digital holography using a diffraction grating embedded with a lens to make the self-interference pattern. Based on the observation of the fluorescence image, active illumination of the holographic method is more efficient to avoid unwanted exposure to another area. We present the feasibility experiment to show the potential characteristics of our proposed system.
基于非相干数字全息的三维荧光成像技术在生物领域具有重要的应用价值。我们提出了一种共径离轴非相干数字全息技术,利用嵌入透镜的衍射光栅来制造自干涉图样。根据对荧光图像的观察,全息法的主动照明更有效地避免了不必要的曝光到另一个区域。我们提出了可行性实验来展示我们所提出的系统的潜在特性。
