Enterprise-scale applications are developed with an object-oriented approach, meanwhile, the widely used database management system now is a relational database, the mismatch between relational database and application development of the object-oriented concept is a problem between object-oriented environment with environment Relational Database Management System (mismatch impedances). This paper discusses the implementation of Eloquent Object Relational Mapping (ORM) for developing of Biodiversity Information System (BIS) and Model View Controller (MVC), which focuses on mapping the relations medicinal, wood, and tree object in the form of associations; One to One relationship, One to Many, Many to Many, Polymorphic Relations, Many Through Many, Many to Many Polymorphic Relations. The results of the implementation explain that the six concepts of association owned by Eloquent ORM can facilitate complex data relationships such as BIS by simplifying complex code writing to relate between tables by relating the class model so that it can be a solution to deal with complex data cases such as BIS. Eloquent ORM can mediate between the application layer and the database environment by transforming data from the relational database environment into object form and vice versa.

Recently, lots of companies are increasingly applying cloud services to electronic records management. The cloud services can dramatically lower the cost of archiving and managing electronic records and provides a foundation for resilient management of electronic records management, depending on the circumstances of the enterprise. However, due to the nature of service provided by third parties in the cloud, conflicting the nature of electronic records and the intrinsic risks inherent in the cloud, many companies are reluctant to apply the cloud to their electronic records management right away. In this paper, we analyze the risk factors of the electronic records in the cloud services and discuss some alternative models to solve them.

This paper proposed combination of Iconix Process and Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) an application method to create a healthy menu meeting the nutritional needs of the family. Iconix Process was used as an approach in application development. While TOPSIS method was used as a tool in providing some healthy alternative menu's with input criteria that was the usual allocation menu, the type of menu materials, the desired portion, and the number of menu combinations. The combination of the two methods produced an application that was able to provide an alternative solution in determining a healthy diet and nutritional needs.

VM migration has become a hot topic in the Cloud Dater Centers (CDCs). Numerous VM migration schemes are proposed for QoS aimed to improve various metrics affecting the CDCs. Also, it combines a Machine learning approach with modeling and predicting in CDC. Migration scheme through prediction based metric can greatly improve the physical machines resource utilization. Also, effective VM migration scheme can reduce the power consumption and time of the data centers. Thus, it needs to consider metrics which may impact the migration performance and energy efficiency. In this paper, we summarize and classify previous approaches of migration in CDCs. Furthermore, we conclude with a discussion of research problems in this area. In the future work, we will study on live migration mechanism to improve the live migration performance and energy efficiency in the variety of CDCs.

Component-Based Software Engineering (CBSE) is a branch of software engineering that emphasizes the separation of concerns with respect to the wide-ranging functionality available throughout a given software system. The main advantage of CBSE is separation of components. A single component only focus on a single task or a related collection of tasks which allowing software developer to reuse the component for other use-cases. By using this approach, software developers can focus on single components rather than dealing with complex monolithic source code. Several approaches have already been developed in order to achieve ideal CBSE. The earliest implementation was UNIX pipe and redirect, while the newer approach including CORBA, XML-RPC, and REST. Unfortunately those approaches are either too complex or lack of features. Therefore, a simple language-agnostic framework, so called Chimera, was developed in this research. Chimera was built on top of Node.js. This framework allows developer to build pipe flow in a chain (a YAML formatted file) as well as defining global variables. Compared to UNIX named and unnamed pipe, this format is easier and more flexible. On the other hand, unlike XML-RPC, REST, and CORBA, Chimera is much simpler. HTTP protocol is only required for distributed computing scenario. Nor it require the components to be aware that they works on top of the framework.

This Recently, vehicular cloud computing has been studied to take advantage of vehicular resources such as computing, storage and network in order to utilize them as a data center. In this paper, we analyze the parking lots as a datacenter and classify its types based on the properties required in the vehicular clouds. Through the case analysis of various parking lots, we study the dynamic environmental parameters that can affect the vehicle cloud performance. In the emerging trends of the electric vehicle, this results can be used as a preliminary analysis tool for vehicular cloud computing.

Quick and accurate decision-making has currently been a modern governmental characteristic, since the development of information and communication technologies also grow very rapidly. One way to support the quick and accurate decision-making is predicting the trending topic. The research aimed at assisting the government of Makassar City to predict the trending topic which would happen by analyzing the historical stack in the data mining. The method used was K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), in which prediction on the trending topic was determined based on the membership distance of a class. The research was conducted based on the news and conversation taken from the online and social media related to Makassar City Government with 393.667 raw data, in which the preprocessing was then carried out to determine the trending and non-trending conversations, producing 2007 trained and tested data. The system performance analysis technique applied was confusion matrix with calculation of percentages of the accuracy, precision, and recall. The result showed that using K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), the accuracy of 81,13% is obtained.
