The study aims to find out the results of art paper products using recycled paper with strain engineering and adhesives PVAC. Besides aiming to get the proportion of raw materials and concentration of appropriate adhesive to produce art paper that had the best sensory quality. The research method used was fesis test material with Random Design. Fesis test research results showed that the proportion of raw materials and adhesives PVAC concentration significantly affect the color, surface texture, fiber appearance, yield and tensile resilience, and was not significantly different between the treatment of grammage and tear resistance. The screen-printing technique was chosen as a way of printing paper because besides tractable way too cheap. Although it is considered old-fashioned way, but it proved still fit for use in papermaking, especially art paper.
