This research is a survey of consumers of Ramayana Solo restaurants. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is primary data. The population in this study were consumers who had visited the Ramayana Solo restaurant. The number of samples used in this study were 100 people. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire. This data analysis uses multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests. The t test results show that the price (X1) price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality (X2) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions and service quality (X3) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions

XYZ is a company engaged in the food and beverage industry and the beauty care industry. As a company included in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that produces and distributes primary goods to consumers, PT. XYZ has intense competition with other companies in the same industry in marketing its superior products to consumers. Therefore, the company must know the growth of its financial performance has been in good condition from year to year in order to survive in the business world, by analyzing the annual financial statements. The data collection technique in this study uses documentation studies with secondary data collection obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange by applying non-statistical quantitative research methods and analyzing using vertical methods and horizontal methods. The analysis results obtained, both using the vertical method and the horizontal method, show fluctuating movements from 2019 to 2023. However, the company's financial performance can be assessed in good condition, because the company is able to increase its assets and profits in a positive trend when expenses for payment of liabilities and expenses have increased.

The aim of this research is to find out about the work ethic of chili traders at market 46 along Jalan Baru, East Jambi District, Jambi City. and can reveal the causes of violations of business ethics in the work ethic of market 46 chili traders. This research model uses a qualitative descriptive research model. From the results of this research, it was found that seven out of eight traders had implemented and had a good work ethic and were in accordance with the provisions of Islamic business ethics. However, in this case, one trader was found who did not comply with Islamic business ethics, namely in terms of serving and responding to complaints.

Pengaruh Beban, Kerja Dan, Stres Kerja, Terhadap Kepuasan, Kerja Pada, Pt Xyz, Erlina Eka Sulistyowati
This research aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on job satisfaction at PT XYZ. The method used is a quantitative method. The subjects of this study are 47 employees of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Jakarta Centrum Main Branch Office. The data analysis techniques used include Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Determination Coefficient Test using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that partially, workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.015 < 0.05 and a t-value > t-table (2.536 > 2.015). Partially, work stress does not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.729 > 0.05 and a t-value < t-table (0.348 < 2.015). Based on the F-test results, workload and work stress do not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction simultaneously. This is evidenced by a significance value of 0.052 > 0.05 and an F-value < F-table (3.175 < 3.20).

Company performance is very dependent on the employees themselves. Therefore, personnel requires a lot of attention from management, one of wich is the discipline of each employee, work performance, and career development potential. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. With a sample size of 70 people. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the research show that there is a partially significant influence between work discipline on employee performance, this is proven based on the results of partial tests or examinations with a total probability value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated t value. > t table namely r 5.287 > 1.99601. There is a partially significant influence between career development and employee performance, this is proven based on the results of partial tests or examinations with a probability value of 0.000 < 0.05 and a calculated value > t table, namely 4.213 > 1.99601. Researchers took the object of research at PT Hyla Abadi, due to a decrease in customer satisfaction which was thought to be due to the influence of product quality and price. Research used is a quantitative approach. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. In accordance with the research objectivesThe population and samples used were 80 company customers and the sampling used was saturated sampling. used for validity and reliability tests were 30 customers at the same company. Based on the results of the T test, the Sig value of the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction is 0.074 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is no effect of product quality on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the T test, the Sig value of the effect of price on customer satisfaction is 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that there is an effect of price on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test, the significance value of the simultaneous effect of product quality and price variables on customer satisfaction is 0.000 <0.05, so the simultaneous test is accepted, which means that there is a simultaneous effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction. So it can be concluded partially that the product quality variable has no significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable, but the price variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the role of management information systems in the health industry in e-health and e-hospital programs. In the era of globalization, technological developments have had an impact on business progress, including the health industry. E-health and e-hospital as one of the internet-based technology applications require strategies to improve business efficiency and productivity. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and a literature study method. The results of the study indicate that E-Health and E-Hospital services can make it easier for people to access health services easily and efficiently. It is hoped that in the future it can provide more complete services, such as adding several Hospitals and Health Centers to its website, giving customers access to the various Hospitals they need.

This research examines the interaction between industrial development and other sectors in the economy. The main objective of this research is to identify the impact of industrial development on the agricultural, service and infrastructure sectors and understand the synergies that can be created between sectors. The methodology used includes secondary data analysis from government reports and case studies from several developing countries. The research results show that industrial development has great potential to encourage overall economic growth if it is well integrated with other sectors. Increased productivity in the industrial sector is often followed by growth in the services and infrastructure sectors, but this can lead to imbalances with the agricultural sector if it is not balanced with appropriate policies. This research suggests the need for a holistic approach in development planning that involves all sectors to achieve sustainable economic development.

The methodology used includes secondary data analysis from government reports and case studies from several developing countries. The research results show that industrial development has great potential to encourage overall economic growth if it is well integrated with other sectors. Increased productivity in the industrial sector is often followed by growth in the services and infrastructure sectors, but this can lead to imbalances with the agricultural sector if it is not balanced with appropriate policies. This research discusses industrialization strategies and their relationship with other sectors in the economy. Industrialization is an important economic transformation process, where a country or region shifts the economic focus from the agricultural sector to the industrial sector. An effective strategy in industrialization does not only focus on developing the industry itself, but also pays attention to the impact and interaction with other sectors, such as agriculture, services and technology. This research highlights the importance of synergy between sectors, economic diversification, and supportive government policies in creating a conducive environment for industrial growth. Through comparative analysis and case studies, this research finds that the success of industrialization is highly dependent on effective integration between the industrial sector and other sectors in the economy, as well as policies that support innovation and sustainable investment.

This research aims to analyze the budget preparation process in Indonesia, with a focus on how the government determines state revenues and expenditures. This study explores the mechanisms used in budget planning, including top-down and bottom-up approaches, as well as the role of various government agencies in the process. Data was obtained through analysis of budget documents, interviews with relevant government officials, and literature review. The research results show that budget preparation in Indonesia involves various complex stages and requires coordination between various parties. This research also found that although there are challenges in the transparency and accuracy of revenue projections, improvement efforts continue to be made through fiscal policy reform and improving financial information systems. Thus, this research provides important insights for policy makers and academics about the dynamics of budget preparation in Indonesia.
