Career development and employee work performance is not just a coincidence, but many factors influence it, namely the work environment, job rotation and demographic characteristics. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the non-physical work environment, work rotation, demographic characteristics on career development and work performance of Bima City Health Service Employees. This research uses associative research methods. The sample in this study amounted to 42 people. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple regression with the SPSS program. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the non-physical work environment, work rotation, and demographic characteristics have a significant influence on the career development and work performance of Bima City Health Service Employees

This research aims to determine the process of proving crimes of psychological violence in domestic violence cases and the factors inhibiting the process of proving crimes of psychological violence in cases of domestic violence. Based on the analysis of data and events, the author concludes that the process of proving psychological violence in cases of domestic violence must use Visum Et Repertum which has the power of proof/valid legal evidence in criminal cases in accordance with the theory of psychological evidence. The type of Visum et Repertum used is Psychiatric Visum et Repertum. From several conclusions examined, it is clear that the judge always bases his conclusions on the Visum Et Repertum submitted in the peace agreement. The inhibiting factors for proving psychological violence in domestic violence cases are made using the legal system theory put forward by Lawrence Friedman and as a result there are still differences in the understanding of law enforcement officials regarding the application of domestic violence laws. (the content of the law) gives rise to differences in perception. Apart from that, it took quite a long time from the incident to the Visum Et Repertum examination, so the autopsy results did not support the trial process (legal structure).

Institutional capacity development plays an important role in various aspects of existence, one of which is in the realm of government institutions. Capacity building is very important to increase the efficiency and efficacy of officers in carrying out their responsibilities as civil servants. In addition, government policy regulations and deregulation have the potential to hamper the operational performance of organizations in providing their public services. Capacity Development is an activity carried out to develop various strategies to increase the usefulness, effectiveness, quality of services and responsiveness to government performance, as well as increasing individual capabilities and resources to achieve the desired goals and responses, namely how to synchronize needs and abilities for this purpose. The aim of this research is to analyze what factors influence the development of institutional capacity at the Sumbawa Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service in improving the quality of licensing services. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method which describes a situation, an object or an event without drawing a general conclusion. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that there are 2 factors that influence the development of institutional capacity at DPMPTSP Kab. Sumbawa, namely first, supporting factors. First, supporting factors in developing institutional capacity in DPMPTSP Sumbawa Regency are Leadership and Shared Commitment. Second, the inhibiting factors in developing institutional capacity in the Sumbawa Regency DPMPTSP are Budget Capacity and inconsistent regulations.

This research provides an in-depth analysis of "Political Education of the Prosperous Justice Party in Sumbawa Regency Approaching the Legislative Election of 2024" using qualitative research methods. Through in-depth interviews with relevant informants, surveys, and data analysis, the study aims to comprehensively understand the practices of political education conducted by the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS). The research findings indicate that PKS in Sumbawa Regency recognizes the importance of political education as an integral part of preparing for the 2024 Legislative Election. The party not only plays a role as a political participant but also as an agent of political education contributing significantly to the local community's political understanding. PKS's commitment to normative values such as Pancasila and Unity in Diversity is central to shaping the party's political identity. The main challenges are encountered in efforts to change public perceptions of the party's political identity and respond to resistance to the changes in political values advocated by the party. Inhibiting factors, including inconsistent regulatory complexities, resistance to changes in values, shifts in perceptions of political identity, and differences in understanding local culture, are also identified as elements influencing the dynamics of PKS's political education. This research provides a profound understanding of PKS's political education practices and highlights challenges to be addressed to strengthen the party's political identity approaching the 2024 Legislative Election, with a specific emphasis on qualitative research methods as the analytical approach.

This research was conducted to find out how much influence price, service quality and location have on purchasing decisions for Honda brand motorbikes within PT Daya Motor Selaparang Mataram.The population used in this research were consumers who had purchased a Honda brand motorbike at PT Daya motor Selaparang, Mataram. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents and the technique used was a nonprobability sampling technique with an accidental sampling approach (sampling based on chance). From the results of the analysis, the indicators in this research are valid and valid variables. And the most dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions is the service quality variable with a regression coefficient of xx, then the price variable with a regression coefficient of xx and finally location with a regression coefficient of xx. The dependent variable in this research is quite good at explaining the independent variable (purchasing decisions). The author's suggestions are for motorbike things that have been assessed by consumers and correct things that are not good in the opinion of consumers.

This research aims to express the meaning of horses for the people of Sumbawa through the poem "Kuda Sumbawa" by Dinullah Rayes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method using semiotic theory approach. Data collection was done with library, listening and note-taking techniques. The data analysis was carried out using the semiotic model reading method consisting of heuristic and hermeneutic or retroactive reading. The results show that horses owned by the Sumbawa people have two categories, namely ordinary pet horses as riding horses that are released to graze in the open fields and race horses whose stables are placed near the owner's house with very good care. Race horses are priced differently from ordinary horses. It is usually ridden by a child jockey without using a saddle. The poem describes the owner of a famous race horse who is still friendly to others.

This article discusses the HMI issue, the main issue discussing the independence of the Islamic Student Association organization towards national politics, fully using historical research methods (History Research) with historical methods starting from the Heuristic, Criticism, Interpretation and Historiography stages. This article aims to find out about the HMI organization in the Indonesian political arena regarding the perception of online media. The data analysis technique in this research places more emphasis on the process of searching for data from online media which is carried out using internet studies. Based on the research results, it shows that the HMI Organization in its development has always been independent in the nation's political arena, even if there are cadres who take part in politics, it is the personal right of each individual.

This research aims to analyze women's empowerment in the village government from the gender aspect. The type of research is field research located in Rea Village, Binuang District, Polewali Regency. Data were collected through interviews, document studies and literature. The collected data were analyzed with a qualitative analysis model. The results of this study reveal that, women's empowerment in the Rea Village Office, Binuang District, Polewali Regency has been seen. This is evidenced by the process of recruiting village officials who are balanced between men and women and human resource development programs specifically for women. However, some gender analysis instruments have not been fulfilled, such as the fulfillment of the WID (Women in Development) and GAD (Gender and Development) policy matrices. This is due to the absence of resources (village officials) that focus on gender analysis in empowering women in village institutions.

The type of research is field research located in Rea Village, Binuang District, Polewali Regency. Data were collected through interviews, document studies and literature. The collected data were analyzed with a qualitative analysis model. The results of this study reveal that, women's empowerment in the Rea Village Office, Binuang District, Polewali Regency has been seen. This is evidenced by the process of recruiting village officials who are balanced between men and women and human resource development programs specifically for women. However, some gender analysis instruments have not been fulfilled, such as the fulfillment of the WID (Women in Development) and GAD (Gender and Development) policy matrices. Education in a country has a very important role in ensuring the survival of the nation, because education is a vehicle for increasing and developing one's potential so that quality human resources can be achieved. Reputation is an important asset for an organization because public trust is built on reputation. Reputation is not something that is fixed. Sometimes the reputation increases and sometimes decreases. For this reason, efforts are needed to maintain reputation. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach, in which the researcher directly obtains information from informants while still referring to qualitative research guidelines. The determination of informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Using internal reputation strategies (internal school) and external actions (external schools) can be used as a basis for determining strategies to build school reputation so that later it can optimize the implementation process and also develop strategies to build school reputation.
