Kompozycja i układ przestrzenny parku historycznego na tle historii i przekształceń majątku i wsi Dąbrówka w powiecie poznańskim

Streszczenie. Badania, których wyniki przedstawiono w artykule, dotyczą parku historycznego w Dąbrówce w gminie Dopiewo w powiecie poznańskim. Celem badań było ustalenie stanu zachowania parku oraz rozpoznanie jego pierwotnego układu kompozycyjnego. Park stanowi część zespołu rezydencjonalno-folwarcznego będącego dawną siedzibą majątku Dąbrówka, do II wojny światowej własności rodziny von Tempelhoffów. W ramach prowadzonych badań wykonano inwentaryzację zieleni, zebrano materiały historyczne związane z dziejami wsi, majątku Dąbrówka oraz parku. Ustalono również, jak ukształtował się układ kompozycyjny parku w okresie, kiedy majątek należał do ostatnich właścicieli. Zebrane materiały stanowią podstawę do przyszłej rewaloryzacji parku.

Changes of the colour, total sugar content and respiration rate of broccoli heads during short-term storage 短期贮藏过程中花椰菜头部颜色、总糖含量和呼吸速率的变化

The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of short-term storage (24–96 h) at different temperatures (3°C, 16°C and 21°C) on the colour, respiration rate and total soluble sugar content in broccoli heads. The respiration rate of broccoli heads was also measured at 21°C during 24 h. The results of the study revealed that the colour change (hue angle and L) was the highest in the broccoli heads kept at 3°C after one-day storage. On the fourth day of storage the hue value decreased at 21°C and brightness decreased at 3°C. The respiration rate, measured at 21°C during 24 h, was the highest during the first three hours, later it decreased, and between 10 and 24 h it was almost at the same level. The respiration rate measured on the day of harvest at 16°C and 21°C were almost five times higher than at 3°C. After the 24 and 96 h of storage, the respiration rate was similar at each of the three storage temperatures. There was a significant decrease in the total soluble sugar content only after 96 h of storage at the temperature of 21°C.

The influence of a microbial inoculum on the enzymatic activity of peat and morphological features of the French marigold 微生物接种量对泥炭酶活性和法国万寿菊形态特征的影响

The objective of the study was to determine the dynamics of the enzymatic activity in a substrate containing a microbiological inoculum (Effective Microorganisms – EM) intended to improve French marigold growth and flowering. The material used in the study was peat substrate of 5.5–6.0 pH into which plants were planted and then inoculated with different doses of the EM biofertilizer (1 : 10, 1 : 50, 1 : 100). Samples of the substrate on which experimental plants were cultivated were collected during the following three phases: the phase of seedling planting, the phase of vegetative growth and the phase of flowering. The scope of investigations comprised determination of the activity of dehydrogenases, urease and acid phosphatase activity by the spectrophotometric method. In addition, the following plant morphological analyses were performed: plant height, shoot number and length, number of buds and inflorescences, and leaf greenness index (SPAD). It was found that the phase of plant development was proved to be the main determinant of the activity of the enzymes under study. The EM biofertilizer had positive

Porównanie składu chemicznego korzeni marchwi o barwie pomarańczowej, purpurowej i białej

Streszczenie. Celem pracy było porównanie składu chemicznego korzeni marchwi pomarańczowej, purpurowej oraz białej. Analizowano zawartość cukrów, błonnika, pektyn, karotenoidów, związków fenolowych i witaminy C. Wykazano, że skład chemiczny korzeni badanych odmian marchwi był różny. Korzeń marchwi o barwie pomarańczowej (‘Koral’) zawierał najwięcej pektyn (6,37% s.m.) i karotenoidów (149,66 mg w 100 g s.m.), w tym głównie β-karotenu (ok. 50% sumy karotenoidów). W korzeniu marchwi purpurowej (‘Purple Haze F1’) najwięcej było cukrów ogółem (57,12% s.m.), a najmniej błonnika. Z kolei korzeń marchwi białej (‘White Satin F1’) zawierał najwięcej błonnika (50,76% s.m.), w tym również najwięcej frakcji rozpuszczalnej (40% ogólnej zawartości).
