Exploration of International Division of Labor Model for Semiconductor Industry Development 半导体产业发展的国际分工模式探索

Semiconductor design and manufacturing capabilities have become a significant indicator to measure a country's scientific and technological level. Currently, China's semiconductor industry is experiencing accelerated growth, but it still faces challenges such as low localization rates, inadequate long-term industry support and investment, limited independent innovation by enterprises, weak upstream and downstream collaboration, and insufficient talent cultivation and incentive mechanisms. This paper will carefully analyze the developmental traits of the worldwide semiconductor industry as well as its foremost enterprises, investigate the model of global specialization, and propose pertinent developmental suggestions concerning the crucial challenges confronting the domestic semiconductor industry at present.
半导体设计与制造能力已成为衡量一个国家科技水平的重要指标。当前,中国半导体产业正在加速发展,但仍面临着国产化率低、产业长期支持和投入不足、企业自主创新能力有限、上下游协作薄弱、人才培养和激励机制不健全等挑战。本文将认真分析全球半导体产业及其主要企业的发展特征,研究全球专业化分工的模式,并针对国内半导体产业目前面临的关键挑战,提出有针对性的发展建议。

Optimal Design of Heliostat Field Power Based on Whale Optimization Algorithm and Gravitational Search Algorithm 基于鲸鱼优化算法和重力搜索算法的太阳静止场功率优化设计

With the deterioration of global climate and the worsening of energy crisis, the construction of a new power system mainly based on new energy is an important measure for China to realize the goal of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality". In order to maximize the power generation efficiency of the mirror field, the layout design of the heliostat is particularly important. In this paper, we constructed a model to calculate each optical efficiency loss component, cosine efficiency, atmospheric transmittance, and discretized the points on the heliostat, and calculated the shadow masking efficiency by coordinate transformation, and finally obtained the collector truncation efficiency. Next, the optimal design of the heliostat field in different cases is obtained using the whale optimization algorithm and the gravitational search algorithm.

Key Technology Analysis of Integrated Sensing System Towards 6G Communication 面向 6G 通信的综合传感系统关键技术分析

As emerging networks put forward higher demands for end-to-end information processing capability in 6G communication, integrated sensing and communication technology has become a prevailing trend for the future development of 6G. By adopting the integrated sensing and communication technology, the integrated sensing system in 6G communication could implement various functions, such as spectrum sharing, hardware sharing, and signal sharing, so as to further enable real-time monitoring, tracking, identification, and imaging of targets or objects, and to meet the needs of users in a better way. By separating communication and sensing, the integrated system could enhance both the performance of integration and collaboration. In this paper, with the purpose of discussing the application scenarios and performance metrics for integrated sensing and communication in depth, we also highlight the analysis of key technologies such as system architecture, air interface integration, and network integration. Our aim is to achieve an effective operation of the integrated system.

Research on Pricing and Replenishment Strategies of Supermarket Vegetables Based on LSTM Neural Network and Goal Planning 基于 LSTM 神经网络和目标规划的超市蔬菜定价与补货策略研究

This paper focuses on the daily replenishment volume and pricing of vegetable commodities, especially the impact of freshness on market selling price. Through Pearson correlation analysis, this study first explored the correlation between different vegetable categories and their single products and evaluated the sales correlation between each category and the single products of the same category. Secondly, this paper considers the cost-plus pricing method to analyze the relationship between the total sales volume of vegetable products and the pricing. The LSTM neural network model is used to forecast the sales volume and wholesale price of vegetable commodities, with special attention to the forecast data from July 1 to 7. Finally, this paper establishes a goal planning model with the goal of maximizing supermarket returns. Considering the total quantity of replenishment, sales volume and cost pricing as constraint conditions, the depth-first search algorithm is adopted to solve the problem, and the daily replenishment volume and pricing strategy for vegetable products in the next week are provided.

Super-stable Kneading Sequences with Double Cycles in 1D Bimodal Maps 一维双峰图中具有双循环的超稳定捏合序列

It is well known that a super-stable kneading sequence (SSKS) is an important concept, all SSKSs in bimodal maps forms joints in the corresponding symbolic dynamics, it decides the multiplication table of star products, which the n-tupling bifurcations to chaos can be investigated and Feigenbaum’s metric universalities can be measured and reconstructed, this SSKSs have form   which are periodic with single cycle. However, in fact, the SSKSs in bimodal maps have another form with double cycles which are little mentioned and researched, they have the same position and significance as the single cycle SSKS. In the paper, we presented the number of admissible SSKSs with period-n and the joints graph on the parameter plane.

Fault feature extraction of variable speed bearings based on order analysis 基于阶次分析的变速轴承故障特征提取

In the case of variable speed, the vibration signal of the measured bearing will contain the bearing itself information and the speed change information at the same time, and the signal is very non-periodic and non-stationary. In this paper, the order analysis method is adopted, the bearing vibration signal and the speed pulse signal are analyzed, and the signal is reconstructed by angle resampling, which reduces the non-stationarity of the signal, enhances the usability of the subsequent time-frequency analysis method, and can better extract the bearing fault characteristics in the variable speed environment.

Tongue image datasets and performance evaluation 舌头图像数据集和性能评估

With the development of computer medicine, data has become an extremely important resource, and the construction and research of dataset is an important means to promote the development and innovation of medicine. Because there are few tongue image datasets and most tongue body image datasets are in a non-public state, the research of medical related algorithms is hindered to some extent, especially in computer vision and medical artificial intelligence. The constructed tongue image data set provides a large number of tongue images and related clinical information, which can be used to train computer medical models such as tongue image detection and tongue segmentation. A Tongue dataset based on deep learning was established by selecting and labeling the collected tongue images manually. The datasets contain 2,021 tongue images, which are randomly divided into training sets, verification sets and test sets according to the proportion, and the dataset performance evaluation experiments are carried out on the existing algorithms. Testing on convolutional neural network models such as YOLO detection and tongue segmentation, the average accuracy of detection and segmentation Miou value can reach 97.0% and 99.95%, respectively. The experimental results show that the data set can obtain high accuracy in detection and segmentation algorithms, and can be further applied to related research in the medical field. Optimization Study of Desert Traversing Routes Based on Floyd and Greedy Algorithms 基于弗洛伊德算法和贪婪算法的沙漠穿越路线优化研究

This paper is based on a desert traversal game to reach the endpoint within the specified time and keep as much money as possible, so it is necessary to give a reasonable choice of routes and optimize the routes. This paper defines the adjacency matrix of the graph and borrows the Floyd algorithm to get the two shortest routes: "to mine" and "not to mine"; secondly, based on the basic assumption that "players will give priority to routes containing villages", the shortest routes are optimized and the shortest routes are optimized to be "to mine" and "not to mine". Secondly, based on the basic assumption that "players will prefer the route containing villages", the shortest route is optimized to the shortest route passing through villages; Thirdly, based on the objective of "retaining as much money as possible", mining in mines is divided into "continuous mining" and "non-continuous mining". "Finally, the greedy method is used to obtain the funds of the three cases of the two routes are 9410-yuan, 10430 yuan, and 9800 yuan, and the remaining funds are compared to obtain the optimal route for the player to pass the game. Afterward, the weather probability of each day is estimated and the weather sequence is randomly generated; secondly, combining the map information and the weather condition of the day, the dynamic strategy should be adopted by the player given; again, Monte Carlo simulation is used to simulate the whole decision-making process, and the performance of the model is optimized by adjusting the parameters of the model.

As labor costs rise and logistics volumes expand, unmanned trucks have become the focus of major freight companies. Especially in the development process in recent years, driverless technology has become known to everyone, and with the implementation of driverless driving, people's lives and the face of the city have become completely new, and it has deeply stimulated freight and logistics corporate nerves. This article introduces the intelligent horizontal transportation equipment used in ports, including container automated guided transport vehicles (AGV) , intelligent guided vehicles (IGV) and intelligent network-connected unmanned truck collection (UCT). Both UCT and IGV rely on the new generation of 5G communications and artificial intelligence, which are the future trends in the transformation of automated terminals into intelligent terminals. They conducted a comprehensive analysis of the development prospects of automated driving in ports.
