Negotiation and persuasion approach using reinforcement learning technique on broker's board agent system
Yun Mayya, Lee Tae Kyung, Ko Il Seok
In this paper, multi-agent system using negotiation and persuasion method with reinforcement learning, implemented on broker's board agent system is proposed. The objective of this research was to design prototype of broker's board multi agent system with negotiation and persuasion capability based on reinforcement learning. For evaluation the agents, we did learning process, in order to find the agent, who makes the best solutions for raising capital.

Message negotiation of e-services: Case study of life and commercial support services for property management in Taiwan
Chih-Kun Ke, Jiafu Su
Property management has become a major area of research interest in the Taiwanese building management and maintenance industry. However, conventional security and property management services are considered basic service items that are inadequate to fully satisfy human needs. Supplying adaptive services catering to various aspects of the lives of residents is the main focus of the building management and maintenance industry, particularly for enhancing community management quality. Recently, Information and Internet techniques have changed human lifestyle. Service providers offer innovative e-services to attract and retain customers. This study thus explores the lifestyle of community residents based on the category, “life and commercial support services”, used by property managers in Taiwan. This work presents a novel service platform that community residents can use to provide innovative e-services. The e-service platform includes a system framework that uses advanced techniques to create the XML-based resident profile. The resident profile records basic personal attributes, professional skills, and life requirements. According to the resident and commercial e-service profiles collected in the knowledge base, this work uses negotiation to discover hidden knowledge and reasonable solutions. Finally, the discovered knowledge and solutions are recommended to residents to help them improve their lives. Hopefully, supplying an adaptive knowledge message can help residents make good decisions regarding their life requirements.

HIP-based handover mechanism under MIH architecture in heterogeneous wireless networks
Shih-Jung Wu, Che-Yu Yang
In this paper, we offers a HIP-based vertical handover scheme under MIH architecture in heterogeneous wireless network. Many diversity wireless access technologies are offering in Next Generation Wireless Networks (NGWN). In NGWN, the integration of wireless access network will be accomplished by seamless handover which contains many challenges i.e. service mobility, vertical handover, common authentication, unified accounting/billing, security mechanisms, QoS and service provisioning, etc. Toward this direction, our research aims to provide a complete integration of heterogeneous network architecture and support a fit mobility management for network to seamless handover. We focus on simulation about vertical handover execution for WiMAX to WiFi scenario. Our idea can modify defects of Mobile IP and SIP. And it provides internet users always best connection. Moreover, we hope to contribute our research to beyond 4G wireless networks.
